Worst support from @reliancejio Fiber in Bangalore, my connection is not working from past 5 days and they are not responding for calls and they are saying technical team is not available to attend issue. Don't know how @JioCare is providing connections with out proper support.

@JioCare can you look in to your worst network, can't connect and do work on this network, fed up with your network, almost one year over same dialogue by you people we will give gud network in 6 months, if not resolve,then tell clearly, Better to go Airtel network.

Just over a minute video, trying to post on Twitter from 8:15... Network just sucks. Both @JioCare & @Airtel_Presence Just advertisements are not enough. Battery was at 60% now down to 22... Just a short video...

@JioCare last month when recharging my no +918792727946 by mistake I have select wrong plan instead of regular plan , I select Jio phone plan& I was not noticed, I tried to contact your customer care.. It was not possible..please rectify my problem to continue your network..

@JioCare No, I tried reach out to customer support and they said that I can’t use this pack now and I will be able to use it only when my existing plan of Jio get expired. This is not acceptable. If I have recharged now, I should be able to make call right away.
