@JioCare before I could start using jio my experience with the jio store from where I got the sim is pathetic. Secondly sim is not activated and it’s already been more than 24 hrs. Hope you can increase your customer service level.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I having some calling issue from my jio number but the big *jio* had not a single channel where I can talk directly to anybody and speak about my problems. Don't know what to do. And where to complaint. All channels had automated ivrs or chatbots.
