The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. It will take ten days to register complaint after several calls and so on. Do not buy any wifi connection from them. Landline connection which is free is all crap.
