@JioCare At d time of installation itself your engineers r acting in d most pathetic manner, then after installation they will never ever turn up. Your engineers have tested our patience. Coz everytime i receive an email i ask my family members 2 stay home as u r coming for installation

@JioCare Everyday an engineer is being allocated but again in the d evening v r receiving an email stating a new date & time have been allocated. U urself r not being sure about your own engineers. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for your unprofessional engineers. Pathetic service

@JioCare Yeah I got it . I am just requesting any tentative date like will it take 1 week , 10 days. Please understand , I have to temporarily take any other sim if it will be blocked for long time . As I am unable to use from last 1 week. Please assure by when I can expect resolution .

@JioCare I don't know from technical point of view , whether it should take 10 days to resolve . There is no point to use family plan then if one single service request will take more than 1 week to get clarification only but still not having any idea. #disappointed #jio

@JioCare Okay @JioCare could you please suggest me tentative fixed date please since outgoing services of one of child member is not working from last 4 days after plan change from 999 to 799. I totally understand it will take some time but some tentative date would help more.

@JioCare @JioCare if my request is already noted why there were 3 complaints closed without resolution or update and were is my refund read tye complete history and then provide my refund this is the indias number 1 fraud company with 3rd class poor and pathetic assistance to customers

Modern Extortion: Outdated hardware(a decade) to support modern internet speed and then request customers to upgrade on the pretext of faster connectivity. Faced the same with @ACTFibernet. Few like @JioCare provide the latest hardware, but sad you do not serve in my location.

By the by, I'm porting Lakshmi's BSNL connection to @reliancejio. I don't know why, even after years of the advent of 4G, BSNL has not yet upgraded from 3G to 4G? As a customer, I've no choice than to shift to a provider for speedy 4G, that too at a cheaper rate than BSNL's 3G.

@JioCare Fed up with your hopeless Customer Service! Your local sales team hard sold Jio fiber to me saying "If I pay for 6 months, I get 1 more month for free". Now, my account is deactivated after 6months of usage. Where is the one month free period as you promised?
