    @JioCare It's not that am not aware how to recharge, you guys didn't understand my question. #Ambani family has to arrange communication and English classes to customer support employees of #jio Answer my question posted first.

    @JioCare @reliancejio finally got the SIM but during eKYC my name is reflecting in the place of my father's name as well - No problem in my UIDAI. Your helpline said my father's name is reflecting correctly in your SB but eKYC in 3 stores say differently. Paper KYC not possible #Help

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even after sharing my address my number and alt number you guys come up with more questions but resolving issue was not your priority. It seems you don't trying to resolve issue just asking questions Now I get it in case of issue there is no solution..

    @JioCare All your words are bunkum, for months, I am suffering and getting these assurances only, the data service internet doesn't work at any place, every time I complain, I get the same stereo type answer, fed up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I am totally fed up of your services and your customer care people. I took jioSTB connection on 27 nov 2022 from the same day it was not working i logged too many complaints to get it replaced but getting only one answer wait for 24 hours.

    Dear Sir,@MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Since last 15-20 day I'm facing weak network even my device having 5 network bars And the main thing is It's in BANGLORE (T.Dasarahalli). I've 13 times contacted with customer care executives. But. No_use!

    @JioCare frustrated With jio data service. now only wayout is to go to some other service provider, who can provide data services at least in big cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata etc.

    @JioCare I haven't received any service number either. Ofcourse having lost the SIM it's not possible to get it on JIO SIM. Hope you are sending it to alternate number #URGENT

    @JioCare Finally found a place where SIM available but i am told PAN India server issue hence sim can't be handed over. Please sort this

    @JioCare There is no resolution for jio fiber SR*****BWLBO from last 3 days. Called many time customer care, only response is service engineer will come this time. Really frustrated now, have paid all bills in advance though it's postpaid plan & facing such pathetic service.

    @reliancejio your customer service has got to be the WORST. Ridiculously hard to deal with. What’s taken the cake today is having your service rep actually yell at me, and hang up! How much longer you think before I actually take the trouble of switching out to another provider?
