    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    @JioCare my plan was over so u recharged yesterday. My recharge was successful but since yesterday I am not able to call anyone via my jio number. Rest everything is fine. Please solve this issue. It's urgent.

    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio i never gave a second thought to stay with jio when it raised recharge rates. In return the whole area of our Hullimagla P.O., electronic City, Bangalore always receiving internet speed<10KBps. I repeat 'always'. Increase the tower bandwidth ASAP

    @JioCare Dear jio I port my number in jio from airtel now in my postpaid plan. I got 1 year Netflix free so why jio is changing money for Netflix. I call customer care but they disconnected the call after listened my query. #worstservice . @trio jio is looting customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio seems you don't take your customer seriously, it's been more than 24 hours and my jio postpaid still not activated. I have provided my sim number too (89918640408016260158). Pathetic service from jio care and from jio store from where I bought this sim.

    @JioCare @reliancejio too bad support. Have uninstalled the service of jio fiber last month.Modems and setup boxes has been surrendered to the jio rep however till date money is not returned. Have been calling jio customer care and they promise to refund in 24 hrs but no luck

    @JioCare my jioFibre Router 3613550234 is blinking red since morning. Called your customer care multiple times.They cite Local background issue & that your technicians are working to resolve. It is almost 20hrs now. However our neighbour's fibre is active.Plz intervene & redress
