    @JioCare @reliancejio @ImAtulKansal Posting on behalf of my family members It has been more than 5 days,since I have been requesting Jio,Sarswati Nagar,Jodhpur to resolve internet issue as mobile internet has been suspended in Jodhpur. Online classes of kids are effected.

    @airtelindia unable to download the saved videos from @googlephotos on any Airtel network, broadband or mobile network. Works like a charm on @reliancejio. Issue persisting for over 2 weeks now

    @reliancejio could you look at improving signal connectivity at this location- Geown Oasis Villas, V. Kalahalli, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 562125. Otherwise no point having your connection here, as I don't get any signal in my new home at this place.

    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    @JioCare Any update on this..You guys going to resolve that problem or not. It's a very bad customer service from last 3 days we are facing problem with jio network but no body working it. Very much disappointed by jio @reliancejio @JioCare @AkaashAmbani @MUKESHAMBANl @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur network is so slow in my area that i am unable to order my food on @SwiggyCares..its not loading at all.i use ACT fibernet wifi n its fast but right now there is power cut and i am hungry and jio internet is so ****** up that i am unable to order. Scam.

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio more thn 4000+ people are using Jio network in the our society and we don't evn get one single bar of network.Can't hear anything properly. It's Bangalore and in our whole society we feel like we am sitting in one remote village bec of no network!!

    Dear @reliancejio can you pls start providing your service in our area (pin 560099) Bangalore? There are around 200+ flats in our building and many more in near by apartment. Current only @Airtel_Presence is there and they are having horrible service. Pl plan to provide service.

    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    @JioCare There is no temporary issues , its a permanent issue. Replace drop cable . And dont send the same person . Still from 3 days there is no internet.

    @JioCare @JioCare Rebooting & diagnostics have been done multiple times The issue is recurring for months & gets temporarily fixed when technician comes but reoccurs again. Kindly escalate it beyond basic troubleshooting & provide a permanent solution instead of repeated temporary fixes.
