    @reliancejio sucks !! Period. Zero signal strength for any 4G connectivity in my location. The only thing that works for them is the signal strength enough to send SMS reminder for me to do timely recharge?? For what?? @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @ViCustomerCare today ported sim to @reliancejio @JioCare no doubt vi provide good amount data but no use if network is not proper I have complained many time like 100+ not resolved so changing it and this issue is still here can't call can't use internet so chose jio

    Hi @JioCare . I live in Kolkata, it's already a 5G enabled area . I am using Nothing phone one @nothing which one is also a 5g smartphone. But jio 5g is not working in my phone .. I took all necessary steps but still it's not working

    @JioCare At least you people should have minimum common sense before replying like looking into your issue…concerns raised on 26th march almost more than a week…no one visited my home for the device pick up but getting the messages that team will cone and pick the devices

    How many of you have switched to 5G? So far I am resisting the urge to buy a new 📱 till my old faithful breaths its last. I have noticed that from few days, the service provider is lowering the speed of 4G to force us to upgrade . Anyone feels the same? @reliancejio

    @JioCare #jiofiber - My router was collected in October by your team and now Jio denies there is no such router collection details in account.I need my router back. It has active recharge till July 2023. And no one from Jio is responding to solve my issue. #badcustomerservice
