@JioCare Please do something regarding the the network coverage at @IFMR_Official , Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. It is pathetic. For the past 4 days no calls are going through properly and also 4G connectivity is in a horrible condition. Please look into you systems.

@JioCare My number is 9930404768. I called up yesterday at 12:25 pm customer care. Please try to log in jio app and try to register complaint your experience will be as painful as mine. perhaps that will help you to understand customer pain and change user experience

@reliancejio @JioCare My service request number is SR00001H2T7G. You guys have made my request a laughingstock. The engineers that visit my place, make lame excuses and leave the issue unresolved. Your service center is not helpful at all. I need to get it resolved now!!!!!
