@JioCare Please do something regarding the the network coverage at @IFMR_Official , Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. It is pathetic. For the past 4 days no calls are going through properly and also 4G connectivity is in a horrible condition. Please look into you systems.

@JioCare Refund received (security deposit) of the jiofiber connection. In which 15% amount has been deducted from your side without any reason and there is not even customer support number after discontinued from the jiofiber services. Clarify my issue as soon as possible.

The network quality of @JioCare in SAFEDABADABarabanki has been deteriorated to such an extent that it has become impossible to make a call. Forget abt opening a webpage. 1000 of jio customers in this area have no option other than switching to @Airtel_Presence or @VodafoneGroup

@JioCare We had requested for a surrender of connection and it’s been 3 weeks and no one has turned up to collect the modem. Meanwhile the service request number SR000017KJHP was closed even without any action being taken. We have now been asked to make a new request.
