    @JioCare Please do something regarding the the network coverage at @IFMR_Official , Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. It is pathetic. For the past 4 days no calls are going through properly and also 4G connectivity is in a horrible condition. Please look into you systems.

    @JioCare Revised dates have been provided 10+ times already. I can list down all dates starting from 23 Jan till today. Each day 1-2 slots have been used as revised apointment. This is the most clueless part of your process. Every revise is in hope that may be someone will come.

    @JioCare Internet down since 26 April night (SR00002KQUX2). Still no resolution. Calls connect only to Hindi agents; when I request English/Tamil, calls are disconnected. This is denial of service. Escalated to appellate & DoT. Immediate action needed. #hindiimpostion #harrasment

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support regarding my refund request. Despite multiple follow ups, there has been no resolution or clear communication. This is unacceptable for a service provider of your scale. Refund without further delay.

    @JioCare no, Supriya. The problem is, my Registered mobile number is not working. So i do not have access to MyJio. All I need is for someone to pass on my current number to the technician. Two attempts have already been made and clearly they are unable to find my place without contacting

    @JioCare I need a solution not a copy paste response. This morning my service request rescheduled again. It's now rescheduled 3 times in the last 24 hours. I want to escalate this matter higher. My office work is affecting due to this.

    @JioCare Unable to DM. It is restricted! Will my fiber issue be resolved ever? Again I rescheduled an engineer visit for 29.04.2026 b/w 6 to 7 pm but again it was rescheduled from backend without my consent. This drama of automatic rescheduling is going on for 3 days but no resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare Poor network in Pakariya, PO Kodabhat, Pamgarh, Janjgir Champa (495554). Very weak signal, call drops & slow internet. Issue for long time. Please fix urgently.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare While @reliancejio is spreading like a wildfire Vi is still being ignorant about customers. Zero efforts to increase network coverage, zero efforts to bring new customers, Zero efforts to convince and keep the customers.
