    @reliancejio jio fibre network is down for the past 3.5 hrs in chennai Iyyapanthangal area, 600056. and no action from jio network on this. Remember that many are working from home and this is jeopardising our office works. #jiodown.

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No service since morning. MP registered sim but I am right now in chennai. I even went to your jio care and purchased a duplicate sim and it has been almost 3 hrs now. None of the two sims are working.

    @ajith_shettyy @JioCare Pathetic service by Jio fiber. Sales team took advance monthly rent for 6 months and assured to install services within 48 hours. But even after 10 days, service was not installed as technical team denied to install due to non availability of internet port.
