    @JioCare I didn't get any message. It was scheduled yesterday at morning, night. I didnt get any message mentioning that it is scheduled today . Could you confirm and escalate to speeden up this resolution.

    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @_MukeshAmbani It’s very painful to see a simple query is not resolved for >1 wk & ur team doesn’t take an effort to clarify too. Best is u have a toll free but no agents speaks other than bot If this continues u may lose ur customers -unlucky jio customer

    @JioCare It's not on some occassions. If you want I can post the speed test result every hour. The network is poor in my location and that's the truth. If i go in the market the network is amazing.

    @JioCare He clearly said that relocation will not happen so please take new connection and cancel old connection and he'll get me 100% refund and actually relocation didn't happen even after raising request 2 times 10 days prior and even after taking 6-7 follow ups. @shiels @reliancejio
