    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @JioCare I am facing this problem since Oct 21. Every time you guys told me that will be resolved. Having some issues and bla bla bla. I am not interested listening to these things. I can't adjust since few mnths dear. It's yr problem plz rectify/resolve it othrws tell me very frankly

    @JioCare I am experiencing very low network speed for the past few days ! Not at all fair to have reduced the network speed when people are using the mobiles more due to lockdown ! Location : Thirumazhisai , Pincode 600124.

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    4.5gb per day in speed of 3g and sometimes 2g. Everyone live in 2020 but i live in 2010 'cause of ji network. What the hell @JioCare.

    This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic 5G services in Pune 411014 area. Even after showing 5G signal, 3 bars, it’s working as 3g. The data speed has dropped significantly for all the mobile devices using jio. Everyone is facing the same issue

    @ShikharTrades @JioCare You should be happy that they at least installed device at ur place. Most of the time, they just take money, earn interest on it, & return it after 2 months when customer gets frustrated. This is what Jio AirFiber has been doing for a long time, and @jagograhakjago is sleeping.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service. My WiFi has been down for days with ZERO response from support. Your tech installed Jio AirFiber instead of JioFiber, lied that it’d “auto-convert in 2 months” it didn’t. We were also billed 1 month extra. #JioFiber #JioAirFiber
