    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated with the poor network quality in my area recently. I am barely getting any signal, and the internet speed is painfully slow on both 4G and 5G. It is making it impossible to work or browse. Please fix this immediately.. #jio

    @jagograhakjago What a pathetic service.Weeks of repeated outages, missed engineer visits, auto-closed tickets, endless template replies, and now a full bill without resolving the reimbursement.This has been an exhausting and frustrating customer experience @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I did that at leat 30-40 times do want me to do it again? Can u share a single video that it diagnostics solved even a single problem? I bet it can’t.. Done try to distract customers on your fake diagnostics? i m paying you for 100mbps i m getiing 20-30 mbps whose fault is it?
