    @JioCare You are not doing anything at all. The revised ETA is also lapsed. I called for new connection & they are ready to give it today. But for fixing issue with existing connection you're sleeping for 6 months shamelessly! Atrocious! conduct to loot unsuspecting customers like this.

    @JioCare I want my refund and nothing esle. I dont need installation of Jio fiber. Don't want to use Jio any more in future. Just process to refund and that's the only resolution I want. Do it within 48 hrs or you will be liable for further leagal action.

    @JioCare You are already assigning engineer from 28 April and I did not get any call any response from any engineer. I have made my final decision. Just refund my money and refund it ASAP. I am totally frustrated with your service and mentally disturbed replying you again and again

    @reliancejio If a person want to pay its Postpaid bill..and the connection is terminated..then for paying dues only the customer have to get OTP . But from where ? Cz the connection is already terminated.. And as far as I searched..there is no other medium to pay postpaid bill
