    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @JioCare @JaikyYadav16

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t want to jinx it but the new in-app get a new sim feature with eSIM is amazing. I bought two SIM cards yesterday for iPad and second phone with self KYC and never saw a more streamlined process of getting a new number and SIM card.

    Customer care ? When can I speak to a person who is not a bot , what kind of terrible pathetic company that you are running @JioCare I am working from home , my whole job requires wi fi . If this is not fixed by tomorrow I will shift to @airtelindia I don’t really need your servi

    @reliancejio Nobody attended complaint no SR00002KUNJI at Jaipur. Wrong answer. Scheduled 12 to 1 pm today but I’m still waiting to get the results.
