    @JioCare since 1 week I am facing slow internet, call drop after few seconds, voice of other person and my voice not transfer, I complaint 198 many times but no improvement in service and calling. I already recharge 1 y plan now I am stucked. I give money in wrong network.

    @JioCare have applied for a new fiber connection with order number NO0000LFFM8C. While applying salesperson confirmed to install on same day but it's been 3 days no one is coming for installation. Called customer care to complain on this issue but still issue not resolved.

    @JioCare Payment is already done for 3 months, now it shows as billing cycle is may 11th when connection itself done on May 1st , now your customer care says for 11 days it will be charged pro data basis with no clue as to how much is going to be charged , this is fraudulent

    Jio was refunding my 1500₹ to me for fiber uninstallatio so i provided them my bank details.They refunded 500₹ and informed 1000₹ after 14 days. I got 500₹ on 8 oct20. Now they are saying some bank details issue trasnfering rest 1000₹. @JioCare @PMOIndia please explain why?

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I want to close my SIM and when i went to Jio Store they told me that u need to contact our customer care only they can close ur sim. We r not authorised to do so, tried so many times in customer care and no one responded. Can u pls look this issue
