    @JioCare @reliancejio My #JioFiber has been down since 13-Jun-2026. SR00002LSDZY remains unresolved. I work in an IT MNC providing 24x7 support and missed an urgent Major Incident call due to this outage. Repeated outages, repeated complaints, no permanent resolution. #JioDown

    @shahiddd06 @JioCare @reliancejio Even my money is stuck with them. Their services didn’t run for 2 months, just after I did the 1 month recharge. Around ₹1k gone. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund the amount. Hence I disconnected their service.

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber is proving expensive for me. JioFiber lines are available about 500 meters from my house, but my area is still not connected. Kindly extend JioFiber service to my locality so customers can get a more affordable broadband connection. 323602

    Still reviewing my decision to buy @jio_fiber . @JioCare assuring me that installation will be done soon . It's been 72 hours and no one is responding . No wonder people are not buying their products . What will happen when their service will be down ?
