    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima Every single day, we are having network outages for several hours. WFH, online classes are going down the drain. Is this how you justify the money you took for the 4G promise? Does 4G mean 0.1kbps internet speed?

    Dear @JioCare in my place whenever there is a cut of electricity above one hour the mobile network always become nil. I am writing this to you with using other mobile network through WiFi. Is this natural? Without electricity your backup stands only 1 hour? Plz let me know.

    @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst network connectivity. Call drops, no network availability inside the room, sometimes it's not even available in outside premises as well. Don't know what you people are charging so much money for?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Such a pathetic service. Raised a request for fiber connection the details were collected and the amount was also paid on 8th June 2021. But still did not get the connection. It's been almost a month. We get 8-10 msg daily about the installation.
