    @JioCare Day before yday same problem, that time also someone raise a complaint. Check ur data dont send formatted replies everytime.

    @ACTFibernetHYD worst broad band provider. Least bothered about customer. @reliancejio please come to out locality at earliest , waiting for your broad band services at my location.

    There is always this red light blinking on my Jio giga fiber when I need it the most. I'm fed up with jio's service and the customer care number never works as well. Very much disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You are only giving assurance but the service request is resolved again without any visit of the engineer. Got a new time again. Have raised request since 8th Feb and no one has visited yet and two service request have been closed saying that the issue is resolved.
