    How can u close a complaint without resolution? No one called me, network is still 1-2 bar max. Forget download can’t even browse. I really regret my decision of porting the sim .. @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence you both are smilar

    @reliancejio Jio 5g is a complete disaster. None of my office sites and meetings are working with jio mobile data, facing this issue from 10-12 days and customer care says its going to stay atleast till Feb. What a pathetic service, why to launch 5g if u can’t provide the the services

    There is a jio network in my village but Villagers are facing a lot of problems due to bad internet connectivity.Many are doing WFH, online classess.complains have been filed but not a single response from jio team.Add- pin 845306 basantpur @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani
