    @hireachbb @reliancejio This is for hi reach customers, I am hireach customer from so many years. These days hi reach services like broadband, care unit and technicians got worst. I saw jio service and standards in my community. Better change to jio. I'm changing next month.

    @airtelindia you suck. I ported one number to @reliancejio recently after confirming with your customer care there was no balance. Now you are threatening to disconnect my number claiming unpaid due, even after making payment with so much difficulty still not confirming payment.

    @JioCare I have got this type of message many time from your side but never got my issue resolved. Since 8th of oct 2021 your engineer collected jio fiber device and filled my account details wrong and causes this. I was happy with net service but unhappy with your Customer care support.

    @JioCare Its already been 6 days , my office work is getting hampered due to this inconvenience. Using hotspots is not sufficient. Today I received message from jiocare to wait till 30-12-21. I cannot wait till that time. I need support ASAP
