@JioCare Jio Network is deteriorating, nowadays it is not giving even 3G network speed, earlier speed was upto 10Mbps in Jio WiFi dongle now it is not working, please look network speed on Pin Code 486445, if not possible then please let us know if we should opt other options?

@JioMart_Support @JioMart @reliancejio Then you not canceling the delayed order and neither refunding the amount for missing items and then raising other complaint to fool the customer where 3 already raised complaints are unresponded.

@JioCare @reliancejio Facing horrible service experience from jio fibre. Internet is down since 3 days... have made several phone calls spoken to numerous people but seems like it will never be fixed. I guess it's time to say good bye to jio and switch #quitjio

Day 6 and the issue is still pending. @JioCare and @reliancejio have no customer service and nobody has even bothered to call me except leaving messages like “we’re looking into it”

@JioCare no +911413145157. My wifi is not working since 10th Oct. Have called customer care multiple times. Everyday they say that an engineer will visit, but no one has come till now. The tower is just 10 metre away from my place. Worst service.
