Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

@JioCare my service request number is SR00001D3VJJ dt 22/08/2022 13:15. I have called to customer care no 20 to 25 times but my complaint is not resolved 4 days had passed but no result. Pls look into this matter and resolve it

@JioCare @reliancejio @Asliambani Past 20 days i am waiting for resolution, but jio cus care is saying 75 Gb voucher is expired. The base plan validity is till Aug 10 , 2023 , the voucher will get expire. Understand the seriousness in the issue and resolve soon. I have raised the Query with no -MR00013DORQ3.

@SouRavSrjDt I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
