@nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

@JioCare I have #jiofi of yours service with number +916360864725 but it working fine past from two days you cut short the bandwidth frequency of that number now net working I am loosing my money which I paid you @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare your services are simply pathetic. Today marks the 7th day of my complaint and none of your employees have even bothered to give me a call. I want a refund and an instant surrender of my connection. You guys are not the only service providers in the country.

@reliancejio Existing @reliancejio connection changed 3 mths ago in lieu of better connection by @JioCare Vishwas Tiwari, now getting speed of 20 while paying for 300 MBPS. Paid installation charges though having existing Jio fiber connection, After multiple complaints, issue stand unresolved

Good Morning @JioCare (No Care) @reliancejio This is now quite clear your support team just use "BOT" because they are "ROBOTS". Engineers don't work after 5:00 PM & not even on Sundays. I wish to reach to the head of CRM team if they are not BOTs.

@JioCare My jio fiber was connection was changed from old to new, due to some technical issue, but the engineer didn't change the old wire, he manipulated the old wire and done my new connection, Now my jio fiber is not working. On 2nd April my installation took place.
