  Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

  @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

  @reliancejio Even the fun part of @reliancejio that when in 2023-24 5g just launched at my town i getting 500-800 mbps. and till i see one new tower of jio but network coverge getting worse i don't know how they upgrading and till now i don't get any 3500mhz coverage at ground floor.

  @JioCare For 4-5 days, both 5G & 4G speeds are absolutely terrible in prime Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar). Regretting my 1-year recharge—feels like a total waste of money. Fix this network issue ASAP! 😡👇

  @JioCare Till time no service engineer is assigned. Pathetic service from Jio team. Internet is dead from last 3 days and no reaponse from JIO yet. Kindly close my current connection as this kind of service is not acceptable.

  @JioCare Kavita, i understand actively working but it's 2+ months returning equipment but refund issue is open. It should have been done in 14 days. I have medical emergency in my family cause of which I terminated service to release refund & cut cost. It has defeated purpose 1/2

  @JioCare @JioCare tell me what is the cause of issue? Customer care is not connecting. Work and education is getting affected due to his irresponsible support from you. This is 3rd day of outage. You will be pulled to consumer forum.

  @JioCare Jio has the worst service & customer care employees. Your Jio Fiber stops working every few days, but your customer care people talk with so much attitude on call that there is no issue from our end & no technician will visit. @JioCare

  @JioCare @JioCare, @reliancejio Still no response, no reply to my emails, and no accessible customer support. Paying for Jio AirFiber relocation was a mistake. Refund my ₹1,200 immediately. If this is not resolved without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings.
