    Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

    @JioCare I have #jiofi of yours service with number +916360864725 but it working fine past from two days you cut short the bandwidth frequency of that number now net working I am loosing my money which I paid you @JioCare

    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recharged my Jio number with a plan that showed Hotstar subscription benefit during recharge and in transaction details. But in MyJio app, the subscription is missing. Customer care says late recharge after expiry, which is contradictory. Pls resolve issue

    Worst experience with JioFiber Internet not working since installation. Raised multiple complaints but no resolution. Engineer visited & said he can't fix and put ticket on HOLD without consent. No internet, no refund. @JioCare please resolve ASAP or give refund, SR: SR0000345NOT

    @JioCare Internet is fluctuating from last 1 month, called 8 times in 15 days for reporting issue. troubleshooting done, technician visited, still problem not solved. Called today for disconnection,someone from the retention team listened to the entire issue and transferred2 ivr
