@JioCare By today its almost 10 days to device pickup and 7 to 14 days refund process then one of month of time for uninstallation and refund process. Did you stated this information while provide the connection and if the customer recharge complete Will you provide the Internet.

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @JioCare I am using VI sim and getting a very bad speed . This issue faced frequently and when we rais complaints it fix for few days and then again face same problem. Please fix it permanently or let us know if you are not able.

@JioCare your network has not improved in my area from last 1 yr. Same internet speed is occurring. It's almost equivalent to 2G speed. Find the solution as soon as possible. Otherwise it's time to port I think.@reliancejio
