@JioCare I have #jiofi of yours service with number +916360864725 but it working fine past from two days you cut short the bandwidth frequency of that number now net working I am loosing my money which I paid you @JioCare

@nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

@JioCare On 2nd August My Connection Got Lost , I informed engineer to repair my jio fiber but he totally ignored me i did plenty of calls to all your representatives but there wo no response , I called Customer Care they told me they will be taking action in next 24 hours

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 20 days when I deactivate my sim but still I won't get my refund neither I got any e-mail from your side. I already pay my bil and now my sim is also not working but there is no information about refund And your customer care is pathetic

@reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbaniook at what kind of service is provided totally unprofessional and unexpected. As they don't have a engineer to process the pick of jio devices it's been delayed so long. Disconnecting processed on 14th july and till date no further process.
