    @JioCare how many times I complained regarding this but why jio team is not taking action on data speed issue in plan expiring before one week starting now pls recharge bt who are taking action on this just money are putting your pockets and leaving this kind of complaints

    Hello @JioCare where should I call to connect with your support? 199 / 1991 doesn’t work. I have a family plan of 799 and I'm unable to make a call from a child account for the last 2 days. Could you help ASAP?

    @JioCare I have exiating Jio Fiber plan. I switched to postpaid plan, but STBquality is not good, so that I hv complaint and support team could not resolve so I decided to switch back to prepaid. Bus Jio not accepting my request and told me to cancle and reapply fresh connection

    @JioCare i got 5g service few days ago but now service has gone sir bad that i am getting missed call alert sms.Friends are not able to connect me it's showing mobile switch off or out of coverage

    @JioCare should work on 4G internet because internet suddenly stops working and when I call to jio care they told me it is a temporary problem and will be solved soon But never solved. This problem is still from 3 months for using internet you have to on and off airplane mode.
