    @JioCare Shashank don't you think recharge expiry related msg I should receive a week ago? But it's almost 3 weeks earlier and daily I'm receiving. You have the worst network presence and call drop is regular. Occasionally you can talk correctly over call and internet is space technology

    @JioCare Took payment for a JioFiber connection, failed to install it, marked it as "Activated", and withheld the refund. This is a clear case of deficient service. Immediate refund and compensation required, failing which I will pursue legal and consumer forum remedies
