    @JioCare @JioCare you have been saying this "our team is working on it" for last 6 days is your team so incompetent that they can't even solve a small issue of one of the customer in 6 days or you are just saying it to save your face as as no one is working on my issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @HotstarReality Being an AI & Automation Engineer, I know it's a backend token provisioning / API sync issue. Tried all basic troubleshooting (Clear cache, login via Jio data), but token is stuck. Your portal form was glitching, but I've successfully raised a ticket. (2/3)

    @JioFibre @reliancejio @JioCare we are not able to connect to the jio fiber wifi from last 4 days. Everytime I call you are saying that there is an technical problem which will be resolved in 4 hours but the problem still remains. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

    @JioCare Hello team, I am calling your customer care multiple times...no resolution has been yet given, only your customer are buying time... I have never faced such bad experience from reliance and jio... Pathetic.. I have been jio customer for more than 3 year. And facing bad expence

    @reliancejio It has been 9 days now since the complaint has been raised but no technician has come for resolving this issue. It is extremely unprofessional to not even try to address the query and solve the problem in this time
