    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service by jio fiber. For 3 days internet is not coming and that too in a city like Mumbai which is supposed to be it's home. Customer care only giving false timelines and no rectification done. I payed 6 month advance and now regretting.

    @JioCare Raised a service request for Fiber. Got an afternoon slot of 1-2. The engineer is not here. You haven't even provided any contact number. And the app shows that the slot has been changed from 4-5. IVR has no option to talk to rep. Lot of inconvenience on a working day.

    @Samartharao5 @reliancejio @JioCare Mine got fixed. Turns out Jio IVR has issues with OnePlus's Oxygen OS12. I had to switch my sim to a different phone(Xiaomi). And perform the activation. Post that i am able to make calls and use data.

    @JioCinema It’s been more than a week I’m unable to watch IPL matches on jio cinema from my jio setup box. There is no volume at all and after 10 seconds the video freezes and doesn’t play at all. Worst app! @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been a loyal customer for years now, but I am extremely disappointed with the internet services in my area. Despite complaining for 8 months, I am still not getting internet speeds less than 50 kbps. #BadInternetService
