    @JioCare I don’t think so. Its been a week now and somehow i am stuck in loop with your service team. Every time they generate a request followed by scheduling engineer visit followed by engineer declining the visit due to technical reason. Seems like i am talking to bots, no empathy!!

    This might be the beginning of the end of @reliancejio dominance in the teleco sector. Frequent network & call drops. Poor customer support. Customers migrating back to @airtelindia (including myself) Such a shame! 😪

    @JioCare I've been trying to relocate my internet connection for over 10 days. Everytime I'm given a date and time but it isn't completing and keeps getting rescheduled on your end. Your customer service isn't helping. Please reach out to me on priority.

    @JioCare Due to a retailers mistake , in putting the name while porting in jio i am not able to get the same number again As my mobile phone has been stolen I request in jio store but they say one thing no you have to get new number only Can anyone help from jio Asap

    Hey @JioCare i am unable to use my mobile internet properly for the last 10 days, what is the issue here, no rainy weather, no strong winds, nothing happened, yet network is bad. We understand that sometimes server may be down, but it does not take more than this long, Pls reply.
