    Ranchi's #jiotrue5g is an absolute joke. "True 5G Unlimited" exists only in ads—the actual speeds are terrible. File a complaint and all you get is empty promises, with zero improvement. If there were an award for the worst service provider, @reliancejio would easily be #1. 😡😡

    @reliancejio This is what jio given me in Lucknow in the name of 5G network:  Download Speed: 54.6 Mbps (Barely matching standard 4G thresholds)  Upload Speed: A completely unusable 2.71 Mbps  Jitter: 22 ms (Indicating severe network instability and packet fluctuations)

    @JioCare I went to the jio store regarding my jio sim , the person said that the online orders are handled by other people and they don't have the capacity to give sim to the online orders . It's been so long since I placed an order. Kindly solve my issue @reliancejio .

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio @JioCare Took a new Jio AirFiber connection 3 months ago & it's been a nightmare. Paying fr a 30Mbps plan but barely getting 3-4, & it completely drops frequently. Multiple complaints raised 0 engineer visits or resolution. Absolutely frustrating.

    @JioCare @JioCare I first requested termination of my JioAirFiber connection on 13 July, but no action was taken. I raised the request again today under SR00003BH0CR and explained the complete reason during the call at around 10:20 AM. Despite this, I am receiving repeated calls from 022-31019087, asking the same questions again and again. These unnecessary retention calls are causing harassment and distress. Please stop these calls immediately, complete the termination within the promised timeline, and provide written confirmation. Any further unnecessary calls will lead to a formal complaint with the DoT, TRAI and National Consumer Helpline.
