@reliancejio ,after one year with #jiofiber started facing serious speed issues and each time when call they r asking same trouble shooting, and disconnect call if they can't sort. Never expected this like a behaviour from jio

@JioCare For a new connection your engineers makes superfast visit. When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

@reliancejio The worst network in our area. Network speed is pathetic. Especially during night hours. Complained a lot, but of no use. Simply wasting money by recharging. Compelling me to port the number or escalate the complaint to TRAI.

@reliancejio I have been frantically calling for Jio Fiber relocation. Engineers just did not turn up during given slots. Horrible service. If this continues then I would switch the account to better service provider. Hope they resolve the issue at the earliest.
