When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. The previous ticket automatically closed without any notification or resolution or me providing any OTP to service engineer. Not sure y it takes 19-20 days to resolve issue
