    @JioCare paid the amount fully for 6 month plan of jio fiber. No one has come yet to connect the device. Scheduled time is 6pm today. Bad customer service. How to get the refund. Please tell me.

    @JioCare the network and cellular network is going from good to bad and now from bad to worst cannot connect calls most of the time net is slow I had ported from Airtel to jio and now it looks like time to port back to Airtel will wait until the end of this month

    @reliancejio The worst network in our area. Network speed is pathetic. Especially during night hours. Complained a lot, but of no use. Simply wasting money by recharging. Compelling me to port the number or escalate the complaint to TRAI.

    @JioCare # very poor network coverage in #Kerala #Kochi during the day there is no coverage on the network calls dropping cannot connect calls incoming calls saying our of network area it’s getting from bad to worse all day same problem evening is the worst,

    Guys really now I am using @BSNL_KL 4G sim on my phone past few days I am getting such kind of bad network from their end dont know what's the matter do I need to call cx department and ask for any kind of internet Settings earlier it was @JioCare using phone #Note8

    Any update, @JioCare? Order No: NO0001DEM4QM is still pending. No engineer visit, no installation schedule, and the assigned engineer says there is no material available. Meanwhile, customer care continues to ask me to wait another 24 hours.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani It is really disgusting to note that your wifi connection starts sending recharge messages two days in advance and also the internet stops working, this happens every month without fail and I am sure that this is being done deliberately so that you guys can make some free money. Please allow the consumer to use the connection for the period for which he has paid the money! Don’t you think that’s fair?

    @airtelindia 8 days since set top box stopped working. Reported on call, email, x & visited airtel store. No fix. Except that you have raised a Service request, nothing happens. I regret having opted for airtel, I'm shifting to @JioCare, hope they don't disappoint.

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am a paying Jio customer with active Internet and OTT subscriptions, yet I am being forced to watch full-screen promotional ads on my Jio Set-Top Box home screen before accessing content.

    @JioCare Due to personal reasons I am going to USA under h1 visa for long term and very good expirence with jio, I don't want to be a part of Jio Air fiber. Kindly cancel it with immediate effect.
