Issue is that I need to restart the JIO STB frequently to keep viewing channels... If we don't restart frequently, it will go back to home screen in between.. totally irritating

When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable.
