When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the customer care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.
