When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Called, emailed, wrote on twitter etc. But no result. Thus had to visit the store and end up with a new connection .

Arvind Dholakia (@arvinddholakia) reported7 times I raised request for change of ownership of Jio air fibre. I followed correct steps on MyJio app and uploaded valid PDF documents which were less than 2 MB file size. Inspite of this Jio air fibre customer care has rejected without giving precise reason. @JioCare
