    @JioCare I paid for a 12-month prepaid plan in good faith, yet I am being denied the unused validity because of a process your representative instructed me to follow. A customer should not suffer a financial loss due to incorrect guidance provided by Jio’s own representative.

I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request. Is this the standard level of customer service from Jio, or is this only in Kochi? Very disappointing for someone trying to become a new Jio customer. Attaching the SMS for your reference.
