    @JioCare Already have checked and this is the worst reply. You are Sharing youtube video on how to redeem voucher. That is well know to me. Have u read issue details and 4 day conversation? You all atleast read issue then reply ..or just say Resolution is not possible or just say NO. Hell

    @JioCare I have not recharged my Jio number because of the poor network quality and frequent connectivity drops. Money doesn't grow on trees or lie on the streets. Customers pay for service, not repeated assurances without results.

    When I purchased the Jio SIM, nowhere was it mentioned that the SIM would be deactivated if I didn't recharge for 15 days. I receive about 100 calls every day, and now that I disconnected a call, your customer service has started behaving unprofessionally. @JioCare

    @JioCare Day 5 and still no resolution. I was told the engineer would come by Monday, but no one has arrived yet. Only the visit timing keeps changing. No clear update, no accountability. Please confirm if this will be fixed today or if I should look for other options.

    @JioCare App already checked. There is no technician assigned currently , no actionable update, and no restoration timeline available. Redirecting me back to the same place after 4+ days of outage and missed visits is not a resolution. Need a real update, not repeated steps.@JioCare

    Switched to @airtelindia just to post this as Jio internet wasn’t working. 1. Call issues for 1+ month. 2. Requested AirFiber disconnection on Apr 15, still billed. 3. New AirFiber also has frequent outages. Very disappointing. Please resolve. @JioCare
