    @JioCare been trying to get Jio air fiber at my home. But all your reps are useless. They dont pick calls & dont follow up on requests. N then they cancel the requests. Even tried calling your helpline but no help there either. Totally frustrated and disappointed with ur service.

    @JioCare The issue is a complete network outage in Village Asara, Baghpat, UP - 250623. No signal, no calling, no SMS, and no internet for the last 94 days. This is a village-wide issue affecting thousands of users, not just a single connection. Please share the restoration timeline.

    Live forcefully closed Sorry Guys Coz of Rainy weather and the indian company @airtelindia i used for my network connectivity and they gave in return a cheap quality of internet connect and only do spam calls @airtelindia u need to upgrade for real i am very upset for ur service soon i am porting on @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Bahut chances diye but ab bas. Constant network issues, slow internet aur poor support ki wajah se finally Jio number ko dusre operator me port kar raha hu. Recharge mehenga aur service disappointing. Hopefully future me users ki complaints seriously loge.

    @Airtel_Presence I got a call and they are asking it will be resolved asap. Agents not attending the issue. If it is not resolved within 6pm today, refund my amount, will get @reliancejio WiFi.

    Dear @JioCare, itna bakwaas network aaj tak nahi dekha. Full signal dikhata hai aur internet 2G se bhi slow chalta hai. Call drops alag, buffering alag. Recharge ke paise pure lete ho service zero dete ho. Seriously worst network experience. #Jio

    @JioCare small businesses like ours suffering internet downtime for 6 days in a row causes immense financial and work hardships. The entire idea of going for a business plan was to get seamless service and timely support, But it seems it's all on paper.
