    @JioCare JioFiber internet is not working since 31st Aug, Compliant raised on the same day and scheduled appointment on Yday evening 4-5pm, but still it is not resolved.

    @JioCare What do you mean by 'notifications may continue but you may ignore'? Why should I get notification after recharge? You want to say indirectly that we will continue to harass customer for 24 hours after recharge.

    @JioCare I find this issue very irritating. I can't wait for your "24 hrs" for another ten days. Perhaps it's time I switch to airtel or other ISPs as you guys cannot address consumer grievances effectively.
