    Dear @reliancejio I know you care a damn for such tweets. Nowhere around Bengaluru actually I get internet, at home I have own Airtel WiFi and rest of the day I use office WiFi. For UPI, everytime I have to rely on shop's WiFi. So why should I pay you for internet?

    @JioCare ​Disappointed with Jio's service. Visited the store today to get a new SIM urgently. The staff's behavior was highly unprofessional—they refused to listen to my issue or help me out. I had to leave without my SIM. Please resolve this ASAP. @reliancejio @relianceinsider

    @JioCare @Vineetvikram06 The replies are always polite: “We’re here to help” and “We’ll look into it.” But based on my experience and the many people I’ve spoken to, I haven’t seen an actual resolution. My advice: Think twice before applying for a Jio Fiber connection. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber This is to inform you that my jio fiber (wired) connection is down. Twice technician visited but it was instant fix. After few days it goes off. No internet.
