    @reliancejio wat is wrong with jio …. Network bars show full but their is not network. It is a serious issue. Can be matter of someone’s life and death. This happens everyday since last year on regular basis.

    @JioCare I spoke to customer support on different numbers and none of them have any idea about the product. They keep redirecting it to different departments. There is no return policy on your website and I cannot return the device. If you are not taking it back

    Internet not working in my area already raised complaints but didn't solve network issue yet also facing difficulty in calling. Solve this issue on top priority otherwise all we are go for #portout #reliancejio #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    Worst service by @JioCare @reliancejio .My sim.cwrd has been deactivated withour any information . When asked about the reason ,they don't have it. Its been more than 4 days and they are still trying to resolve the issue.
