  @JioCare my set top box is losing internet connection every 2 mins. The cables are lose and not installed properly. The engineer had taken 1100 rs extra from me after paying 2500 for installation. yet this happened. Please help or I will have to remove the connection otherwise.

  @JioCare I'm able to browse. Internet is not a issue. There is a ethernet cable going from my router to settop box, my set top box uses internet from this cable and not wifi as wifi signals don't reach the stb. This ethernet cable is the problem. It is not connected properly to settopbox.

  My JioFiber isn't working for the last 8 days and the ****** customer service at @reliancejio @JioCare can't even arrange an Engineer to fix it up. My advice: Switch to Airtel!!
