    @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV @jiotvplus Do you plan to support users who already have Samsung(Tizen) smart TVs? JioTV+ app is not available for any TV.. And there’s no sense at all to use the set top box if you already have such a good smart tv.. Really ruins the whole experience!

    @JioCare Waiting for #JioFiber connection for 7 days, NO0000J7JOK3 and customer support is disconnecting calls when I asked about cancellation and refund.@trai Also surprised to know from customer support that they don't have a escalations manager. Should have opted for #Airtel

    @JioCare Thanks for responding back. I'm wondering what kind of investigation is going on..since it's been almost 4 weeks now since I had shares the details to jio care and had multiple calls with customer care..and yet I get the same one liner response
