When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

No signal, no data, continuous network failure. This is causing serious disruption. Request immediate technical intervention and restoration of services in the Viman Nagar area without further delay. He was supposed to be before 8 pm today Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution! Right now, the bullshit call center had delayed the status after 8 pm
