When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

Engineer assigned within 30 minutes amd connection restored in 2 hrs from my call. So, next time go straight to cancel connection. Job done!
