For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

Why can't the customer know the ETA for a fix so that one can decide to shift to another operator. Forget about this, i am facing issue in calling. Whenever someone tries to call me ...it said the caller is out of network coverage.
