    @reliancejio since last 7 days facing issue with network. Completely unreachable in terms of receiving CA, however I can make a call. Complained your local executive but they are unable to find the issue

    @JioCare Its been 4 days+ since the issue began and the issue continues along with your false assurances. As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, been a jio user over a decade. Since past couple of months, I am facing call drops, no network, network drop issues. To my best understanding, It all started since the launch of #jio5g in #RANCHI. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @JioCare fed up with the customer support. No response on my plan change. Even though i paid 3 months plan 2474, it's showing me due of 1072/-. My jio app doesn't display any plans to change too. What kind of support do you have??

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 4 days and still no resolution I recharged your data add on pack of 65 coz it showed 2 gb additional but i was unable to claim it and you even didn’t solved my problem worst experience with you this is the reason i will he switching to @JioCare soon

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid the setup cost for #JioFiber already and its installation date was showing today only. No one even contacted me for installation and initial Setup. I called customer care multiple times but they kept on giving me future timeslot . Please help!

    @JioCare What is broken or damaged that its taking so long? Why can't the customer know the ETA for a fix so that one can decide to shift to another operator. If #jio cannot provide decent service in times to come in this area, i should be able to decide and change. Provide ETA @DoT_India

    Jio Network Experience huge traffic, in my area and they have not left any door which can be knocked, chat assistance can't help all the time moreover they can't send service engineers any ways.@JioCare

    @JioCare It's now nearly 72 hours since the connection went down and all i have heard is only false assurances from the #jio team. I have asked for an ETA by when my issue will be resolved and it is not being provided. I don't need your false assurances. When will it be fixed? @DoT_India

    @JioCare Why has SR000016MH59 been closed? Its now 5 days and the connectivity problem continues. Please re-open SR000016MH59 immediately and provide a timeline by when this long pending issue will be resolved. @DoT_India @reliancejio

Why isn't my Jio AirFiber installation taking place? Will I have to run after you for installation even after booking?

    Hello, my Jio wifi has stopped functioning seven times over the past two months. Seven technicians have visited in this period and two days ago it stopped functioning again. Despite raising the issue on Jio care back then no techician arrived. Its a never ending loop @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare I had an interaction with Nagma in your customer care 2 days ago and she told me to switch off the router for 8 hrs and restart but it didn't resolve the issue at all. LOOK INTO THIS ASAP because my work is getting impacted.
