Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

Despite 48 hrs of the request and payment for STB, Jio is simply pushing dates and the service team is so weird that they close the request with resolution notes despite the issue never being remotely addressed.#JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare @PrakashJavdekar

@reliancejio @DelhiCapitals I am here to listening for your bakwas. I am here and know this area ground reality of jio. How many user in my area those using jio. According to me 10 to 20. Worse network giving by jio. Enough is enough boss. I am not going to tell any thing.

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I request for jiofiber on 18 dec, verified and setup on the same day so quickly. Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

Jio fiber customer care services are the most absymal services i have ever gone through. Seriously don't go for jio, we have completely stoppage of jio fiber and its been 6 days and no resolution. They keeps closing service request no and opening a new one @JioCare @reliancejio
