I am complaining since Dec 16 for poor data speed in my residential & official area. But @reliancejio has done nothing. I have lodged complaints approx 100 times, raised issues many times to @DoT_India but nothing done. @JioCare. I am still continuing as all operators are same.

@JioCare @DoT_India Networking team of @JioCare visited my site & agreed for poor data speed. Above response also corroborates this. However, I have received a message from jio that a new site has been installed in my area. This is contradictory to information shared by networking team. Confusion.

Don't go with @reliancejio as they have only 2G Speed.. and while resolve this issue asking for 120 more day's. #Jio moto to add more customers but while asking service showing TAT and t&c Don't go with jio poor service.
