    @reliancejio @DelhiCapitals I am here to listening for your bakwas. I am here and know this area ground reality of jio. How many user in my area those using jio. According to me 10 to 20. Worse network giving by jio. Enough is enough boss. I am not going to tell any thing.

    @JioCare Jio fiber not working for 10 days. Complaints closed without resolution, no Engineer visited. Fresh complain lodged SR000017I8Z8, resolve immediately. Also extend validity for days service not provided

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day by day internet speed is deteriorating even 144 video on YouTube Stop in between,it seems jio is only concerned in increasing customers and compromising with speed ,pls fix issue else I will switch to vi.

    Jio Network Experience huge traffic, in my area and they have not left any door which can be knocked, chat assistance can't help all the time moreover they can't send service engineers any ways.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic network and net speed for your so called 4G SERVICES these days as for a 80 kb image downloading fails or keeps circling. Calls to same Jio network or other networks need to be repeatedly dialled, HD voice calls are so scrambled and inaudible. #port

    I am really frustrated after taking jio fiber at home, @JioCare customer care is worst i have ever talked with other telecom sector, they even cut your call between conversation and they cut my connection too which has already paid by me @reliancejio , I am going launch FIR .

    @JioCare That team only sent a technician who said it can’t be done and his manager said that it would take another 2-3 days. I had disconnected my previous internet service now I am stranded. I am an IT employee working from home currently please understand my situation and help me.

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 4 days and still no resolution I recharged your data add on pack of 65 coz it showed 2 gb additional but i was unable to claim it and you even didn’t solved my problem worst experience with you this is the reason i will he switching to @JioCare soon

    @JioCare @reliancejio your jio fiber engineers are bunch of lawyers and your services are absolutely ****. I am not getting the service for past one week and the enginner just visited and left that he wil resolve later. Still no communication. Pathetic

    @JioCare Yeah that's what you guys have been doing since 27th of May the day I made a complaint. Your engineer who was supposed to show yesterday for whom I cancelled my plans and waited home all day never showed up. I was on call with your technical team member for almost an hour.

    @JioCare recently got a Jio AirFiber connection installed. During the KYC process, the executive registered his own mobile number instead of mine. I do not have the LRN or ORN details. Please check using my installation details and help correct the registered mobile number.

    @JioCare Do you think 9 days delay is on time resolution? Are you guys there just do copy paste same reply? Very bad experience with Jio. I want my 9 days salary (Rs. 13500.00) as compensation. I cannot afford such deduction where there is not my fault, all because of you.

    @JioCare Erroneous bill generated on my JioFiber A/C no.100975266652 despite 1-yr advance payment for annual offer. Due date is TODAY! Ticket ID: SR0000376MIR ignored. Already lodged complaint on National Consumer Helpline (Docket No.9447344). Resolve this & extend validity till 4 July!
