    @JioCare fed up with the customer support. No response on my plan change. Even though i paid 3 months plan 2474, it's showing me due of 1072/-. My jio app doesn't display any plans to change too. What kind of support do you have??

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid the setup cost for #JioFiber already and its installation date was showing today only. No one even contacted me for installation and initial Setup. I called customer care multiple times but they kept on giving me future timeslot . Please help!

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I have never seen such a poor internet service like Jio Fiber in my life. Again our internet got damaged. What a joke Twice a week your jio fiber internet gets down. If you people can't provide proper service then get this internet service open of ours,we don't want jio fiber!

    Jio Network Experience huge traffic, in my area and they have not left any door which can be knocked, chat assistance can't help all the time moreover they can't send service engineers any ways.@JioCare

    Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I request for jiofiber on 18 dec, verified and setup on the same day so quickly. Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 4 days and still no resolution I recharged your data add on pack of 65 coz it showed 2 gb additional but i was unable to claim it and you even didn’t solved my problem worst experience with you this is the reason i will he switching to @JioCare soon

    @JioCare R u robot? After 7 years we got the same reply, disappointed because @reliancejio didn't do anything on the ground for better basic services. I request once you check your network team's degree It's true or fake because 7 years a long time and your team didn't do anything

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @JioHelpline3 I've tried every possible way to reach ur customer care just to disconnect my JioFiber. No human, no support. Disconnect my JioFiber TODAY. Beware, future customers: the hardest part isn't getting JioFiber—it's getting out.

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.
