What a joke Twice a week your jio fiber internet gets down. If you people can't provide proper service then get this internet service open of ours,we don't want jio fiber!

As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

Paying for both but getting neither! Please resolve this. With your 4G network speed I can't even open the myjio app what a shame.
