@JioCare how are you dealing with the fraudsters who try to get eSIM by stealing identity of a person? What are the procedure to issue an eSIM? How the frauds can be avoided? Your customer care executive has not much info on this.

Very poor network connectivity of jio. I can't access internet and even don't make any phone call. Why I pay 555 rps to jio? I going to complain against jio. please give money back. I also going to quit after recharge is expired. This is called monopoly. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio Wi-fi calling works only for an hour on @reliancejio Sim and stops working later. No proper solution provided by customer support. Have raised a port request and porting to @airtelindia due to lack of willingness from #JIO to resolve Wi-fi calling issue.

@JioCare @DoT_India 1)When VI & Airtel can offer smart pack of Rs 49/- for 28days why Jio can't ? Jio should initiate it. 2) Jio has kept Rs 100/- as a prime membership from every customer, then why the monetary(t.t) balance can't be used for calls without any active rech plan ?
