When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

I want to cancel the order but the concern vendor not responding to the call request. Please act. Very pathetic service

However, there has not been single request for rescheduling. You people are fooling the customers. It has been 13 days since I paid for the service.
