    @JioCare Yes, jio fiber is not available at my area, but still i believed jio can reach there where no other network can't.

    Dear Mukesh Ambani, Why I pay to jio for this type of worse network, not access internet, not make phone call. Call drop regularly, even supreme court said call drop is crime but u r Ambani everything manageable. I am paying 555 for this?@JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Can you exchange my JioFi device with a new Airtel hotspot ? Even though your customer support sucks your services are great all the time. Not like @reliancejio Which sucks everywhere.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After expiring my plan I am going to switch my network. Worse network experience from @reliancejio . I am user till starting. But now I am very frustrated to jio. If I can't change my network one day I will broke my phone due to network issue.

    Still not get any solutions. This is called monopoly. Pahle free me do uske bad paisa le kar bhi service na do. Market me competition nhi hone ka fayda yahi hai. @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @JioCare Recived a massage "Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 10-09-2020 : 20:30:00 for INSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box. Your Order number is..." Will you plz instruct your engineer to install it on time????

    I'm loosing data without use. Today again same problem, yesterday night I did recharge with 2gb and didn't use it. Today morning again lost my 2 gb data has gone after that I had turned off my data, No one attending call from jio customer service. @JioCare @DDNewslive

    @JioCare Hi I have paid the bill of my postpaid no. Transaction is successful. 3 days has passes since. But my outgoing calls has been blocked by jio. Customer care not solving the issue. Mail with screen shot also sent. Please resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare 1. When can i get my pack's refund? My current pack includes internet services also which you are unable to provide due to network issues, hence the charges for the same shall be reverses immediately. 2. If u are still working on this issue, why the ticket was closed? #jio
