Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I request for jiofiber on 18 dec, verified and setup on the same day so quickly. Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

@reliancejio @mipaltan Pura ipl khatm ho gaya but tera network thik nhi hua. Ab kabhi @JioCare pe bharosa nhi hoga. Bas bolta hai thik ho jayega but hota kuch nhi hai. Worse network experience. Finally I am going to switch my network.

So i called @JioCare few months back and complained about speed they told me to wait beacuse some issue in area network , then i called them 3months back they said its happening because too many people using the service. Then my wifi had some issues today so i swiched to hotspot.

@JioCare In this covid situation internet service has become an emergency service. Due to this pandemic and lockdown we are working from home. For the last the three days the internet connection (#JioFiber) has been disrupted in my house.
