When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

I warned them that if they called again, I would take the matter to consumer court for consumer harassment. After that, the calls stopped completely.

It is still not installed, and absolutely zero contact has been made by your team. Furthermore, your toll-free number is useless.
