For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

Complaints are ignored, solutions are delayed, and customers are left helpless. This is not the standard expected from a company like Jio. Better I'll go for airtel instead of this.

Promised speed: 30 Mbps. Actual speed: 30 Kbps. Multiple complaints, still no resolution. At least deliver the service customers are paying for.

It has now been 24 hours, and practically nothing has changed. -No installation. -No confirmed timeline. -No proper response from the local team. -And the Kesli office continues to remain unavailable/closed when I try to get support. This experience is getting worse at every level — from the local team to customer care and escalation support. Everyone says the issue has been “forwarded”, but nobody actually takes ownership and resolves it. Payment has already been made. I have been following up continuously. How many more escalations are required for a simple JioAirFiber installation? @JioCare I don't need another “we have forwarded your concern” response. Please take ownership, give me a confirmed installation timeline, and actually resolve the issue.
