    @JioCare What is broken or damaged that its taking so long? Why can't the customer know the ETA for a fix so that one can decide to shift to another operator. If #jio cannot provide decent service in times to come in this area, i should be able to decide and change. Provide ETA @DoT_India

    @MukeshAmbanima @JioCare Jai Hind sir🙏.self from ranchi jharkhand.n have already applied for jio fiber. but not yet installed.Your fiber cable almost reached at my locality only 150 meters away from my home. Now the days online classes going on, no any network working properly.

    There is nothing called @JioCare . I think made a mistake by opting for #JioFiber. For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

    @reliancejio since last 7 days facing issue with network. Completely unreachable in terms of receiving CA, however I can make a call. Complained your local executive but they are unable to find the issue

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid the setup cost for #JioFiber already and its installation date was showing today only. No one even contacted me for installation and initial Setup. I called customer care multiple times but they kept on giving me future timeslot . Please help!

    @reliancejio prime video is not working with Jio Fiber connection. It says device connected to internet using a VPN or proxy service. Please resolve immediately. Was working fine till morning today.

    @JioCare It's now nearly 72 hours since the connection went down and all i have heard is only false assurances from the #jio team. I have asked for an ETA by when my issue will be resolved and it is not being provided. I don't need your false assurances. When will it be fixed? @DoT_India

    In "Chikalgud of hukkeri taluka Karnataka India" there’s literally zero network towers, the signal here is straight up nonexistent and it’s low-key a struggle. If any ISP like @JioCare or @ViCustomerCare sets up a new cell site, y’all will grab a huge wave of new users instantly

    @smukherjee00 @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio BSNL coverage is poor, OTP issue, call quality issue. No bulk data plans. Only do price Hike. There is no loss for income and OTP on the grace period. It's money minded than Pvt operators
