    Despite 48 hrs of the request and payment for STB, Jio is simply pushing dates and the service team is so weird that they close the request with resolution notes despite the issue never being remotely addressed.#JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare @PrakashJavdekar

    @JioCare Still no one visited. You people to continue to reschedule the appointment by citing that I made request for rescheduling. However, there has not been single request for rescheduling. You people are fooling the customers. It has been 13 days since I paid for the service.

    @JioCare fed up with the customer support. No response on my plan change. Even though i paid 3 months plan 2474, it's showing me due of 1072/-. My jio app doesn't display any plans to change too. What kind of support do you have??

    @JioCare What is broken or damaged that its taking so long? Why can't the customer know the ETA for a fix so that one can decide to shift to another operator. If #jio cannot provide decent service in times to come in this area, i should be able to decide and change. Provide ETA @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic network and net speed for your so called 4G SERVICES these days as for a 80 kb image downloading fails or keeps circling. Calls to same Jio network or other networks need to be repeatedly dialled, HD voice calls are so scrambled and inaudible. #port

    Appalling service by @AjioCares @RelianceJio. Raised a return for Order ID:FN8959703956, which was cancelled WITHOUT informing me. A new request was created, but now it's stuck with zero updates. Done following up. Resolve this and process my refund immediately! #badservice#ajio

    @JioCare No its not because of any technical reasons. Received the call from engineer and he asked me to call customer care and get someone else assigned for this job saying that he doesn't do relocation work. @jagograhakjago this is ridiculous. I've already paid the bill until 10th May.
