For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

Calls keep dropping and the internet is barely usable.Wt more frustrating is that even after repeatedly complaining to Jio, there has been no proper resolution or serious response.
