Rahul Agrawal (@rahulaggr) reported@reliancejio @JioCare needs to provide an option to select between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands.Currently, there’s no way to manually choose the band, causing issues with devices that support only 2.4 GHz or only 5 GHz. Some smart/IoT devices simply fail to connect.

What ridiculousness is this? All you’ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttsSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. It’s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.
