Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.
