What a joke Twice a week your jio fiber internet gets down. If you people can't provide proper service then get this internet service open of ours,we don't want jio fiber!

As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.
