@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I request for jiofiber on 18 dec, verified and setup on the same day so quickly. Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

@JioCare it's almost 6months we are facing jio network issue I did lots of complaints to the customer service but they didn't respond us back. Pathetic service so far. Even my phone is ON mode still it's jio service shows your network is out coverage or either switch off. #Jio
