Very poor network connectivity of jio. I can't access internet and even don't make any phone call. Why I pay 555 rps to jio? I going to complain against jio. please give money back. I also going to quit after recharge is expired. This is called monopoly. @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear Mukesh Ambani, Why I pay to jio for this type of worse network, not access internet, not make phone call. Call drop regularly, even supreme court said call drop is crime but u r Ambani everything manageable. I am paying 555 for this?@JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio After expiring my plan I am going to switch my network. Worse network experience from @reliancejio . I am user till starting. But now I am very frustrated to jio. If I can't change my network one day I will broke my phone due to network issue.

@JioCare how are you dealing with the fraudsters who try to get eSIM by stealing identity of a person? What are the procedure to issue an eSIM? How the frauds can be avoided? Your customer care executive has not much info on this.

Jio fiber helpline do not have valid option to select...it total waste if time calling jio for queries. When tried calling phone helpline they deny service for jiofiber . Please look into the same. @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai @TRAI
