    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid the setup cost for #JioFiber already and its installation date was showing today only. No one even contacted me for installation and initial Setup. I called customer care multiple times but they kept on giving me future timeslot . Please help!

    There is nothing called @JioCare . I think made a mistake by opting for #JioFiber. For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I request for jiofiber on 18 dec, verified and setup on the same day so quickly. Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

    @reliancejio @mipaltan Pura ipl khatm ho gaya but tera network thik nhi hua. Ab kabhi @JioCare pe bharosa nhi hoga. Bas bolta hai thik ho jayega but hota kuch nhi hai. Worse network experience. Finally I am going to switch my network.

    @JioCare I had ordered jio fiber connection vide order no NO0000OINRKI on 9/2/2023. However, till date it has not been installed. I want to cancel the order but the concern vendor not responding to the call request. Please act. Very pathetic service

    @reliancejio @JioCare report a complete lack of network coverage at SuratTextileBourse,Surat.This isn’t an issue of weak signal/call drops but total network blackout. Mobile ph show no signal at all,making it impossible to make or receive calls,use mobile data,any communication.

    @reliancejio I live in sector 89 Gurgaon Smart world gems J block .There is lot of problems of network .almost no problem in my block .I feel you are the best company in my country so please sort out the issue as soon as possible

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support regarding my refund request. Despite multiple follow ups, there has been no resolution or clear communication. This is unacceptable for a service provider of your scale. Refund without further delay.

    @JioCare As clearly mentioned in my post, the issue is with the network, resulting in call drops each and every time. Not sure if the prob is with your #JioBharat device which I recently purchased.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This company really needs to up their game when it comes to customer support. Been 8 long days since our fibre is not working. All we get in the name of support is a sorry and that the issue has been escalated. Absolutely ridiculous.
