    Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

    I am really frustrated after taking jio fiber at home, @JioCare customer care is worst i have ever talked with other telecom sector, they even cut your call between conversation and they cut my connection too which has already paid by me @reliancejio , I am going launch FIR .

    @airtelindia Geetanjali kushwah(team leader) and Ajay of Airtel customer care wasted my time and finally agreed to the facts . It has been 12 hours and no Airtel down in Latma Area of Ranchi. Ur customer care was just worse. I loved Airtel but @JioCare is better

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 4 days and still no resolution I recharged your data add on pack of 65 coz it showed 2 gb additional but i was unable to claim it and you even didn’t solved my problem worst experience with you this is the reason i will he switching to @JioCare soon

    @JioCare Still no one visited. You people to continue to reschedule the appointment by citing that I made request for rescheduling. However, there has not been single request for rescheduling. You people are fooling the customers. It has been 13 days since I paid for the service.

    Despite 48 hrs of the request and payment for STB, Jio is simply pushing dates and the service team is so weird that they close the request with resolution notes despite the issue never being remotely addressed.#JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare @PrakashJavdekar

    @JioCare Surprising priorities @JioCare — teams are available within minutes to install a NEW connection, but after-sales support takes days to fix an existing customer’s outage. Getting new customers shouldn’t be easier than taking care of customers who have already trusted & paid you.

    @JioCare I contacted customer care and raised a complaint. However, I was informed that there is a tower/network issue in the area and that it may take up to 2 months to resolve. If the service is not working properly for 2 months, what about the subscription charges that I have

    Hey @JioCare despite payment our jio fibre doesnt work and this is every month's problem. Service is pathetic, set top box hangs and glitches multiple times. This is annoying me now & I'm fed up of taking this matter with your customer care. Fix it ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation
