For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

Literally #jiocare has slept over these complaints and calls. @DoT_India - Sir, please take cognizance and help with this long pending service issue.

As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.
