    @JioCare I was already expecting ur reply as you wanna steal the limelight cunningly. i hv already lodge several complaints but to no avail. I still get 50-60 Kbps of ultra fast data speed that my mobile can't handle such blazingly fast speed nd your HD calls are worst than other company

    @JioCare how are you dealing with the fraudsters who try to get eSIM by stealing identity of a person? What are the procedure to issue an eSIM? How the frauds can be avoided? Your customer care executive has not much info on this.

    @JioCare consistently facing slow network issue but not able to lodge complaint becouse your excutives never reply on chat. In speed test you sugest to use mobile at diffrent location then plz send me address where I can enjoy the speed that you promis.

    Very poor network connectivity of jio. I can't access internet and even don't make any phone call. Why I pay 555 rps to jio? I going to complain against jio. please give money back. I also going to quit after recharge is expired. This is called monopoly. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Have sent you the details in private message. Kindly take care. It is not acceptable that you can't restore a service issue in a Metro city in 3 days. Doubtful about the service in tier2 or tier3 cities. Highly disappointing and good reason to switch to other providers. #JioFiber
