@JioCare I was already expecting ur reply as you wanna steal the limelight cunningly. i hv already lodge several complaints but to no avail. I still get 50-60 Kbps of ultra fast data speed that my mobile can't handle such blazingly fast speed nd your HD calls are worst than other company

Dear Mukesh Ambani, Why I pay to jio for this type of worse network, not access internet, not make phone call. Call drop regularly, even supreme court said call drop is crime but u r Ambani everything manageable. I am paying 555 for this?@JioCare @reliancejio

Very poor network connectivity of jio. I can't access internet and even don't make any phone call. Why I pay 555 rps to jio? I going to complain against jio. please give money back. I also going to quit after recharge is expired. This is called monopoly. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio After expiring my plan I am going to switch my network. Worse network experience from @reliancejio . I am user till starting. But now I am very frustrated to jio. If I can't change my network one day I will broke my phone due to network issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio It has been almost a week, and I still haven’t received any update from your team. This delay is quite disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to escalate issues on public platforms just to receive basic support. I had expected a much more prompt and professional response from Jio. Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on the status of my issue.
