When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

I have not installed it for showcase it was my mistake to choose #bloody_jio. I should not recharge it for next 90 days.
