For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

I’ve raised multiple complaints, even called support, and got Complaint No. SR00003BU58F Every time I’m told “4–5 hours,” but nothing gets fixed. What’s the point of paying for Unlimited 5G if I can’t access 5G at all?

Shivaanand Chand (@chand_shivanand) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, The moment I exposed this issue on X ( few minutes ago ), I immediately received an SMS ( 12.44 ) claiming that my service request was put on hold because the engineer “did not get access to the premises.” This is a false and convenient excuse. Giving landmark ( Above Health Juice Centre ) No engineer visited my premises, and no one contacted me before updating such a misleading status. I have already paid the advance amount, including the payment to the third-party UPI ID shared by your own executive. Despite receiving the payment, your team keeps creating new stories instead of completing a simple installation. For the last five years, two Jio set-top boxes have been working on this very connection. Now, suddenly, your records show only one and this is being used as another excuse to delay the installation. If there has been any error in your records, it is your responsibility to rectify it—not the customer’s burden. The payment has been made. There is nothing pending from my side. Stop giving false status updates, stop inventing new reasons, and install the set-top box immediately.
