Why can't the customer know the ETA for a fix so that one can decide to shift to another operator. For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.
