@JioCare @DoT_India Networking team of @JioCare visited my site & agreed for poor data speed. Above response also corroborates this. However, I have received a message from jio that a new site has been installed in my area. This is contradictory to information shared by networking team. Confusion.

I am complaining since Dec 16 for poor data speed in my residential & official area. But @reliancejio has done nothing. I have lodged complaints approx 100 times, raised issues many times to @DoT_India but nothing done. @JioCare. I am still continuing as all operators are same.

@JioCare No, Never, Your team and Jio not helped on this issue, not even get a proper response. Jio TAT is 24hr but the issue not fixed even after 48hrs. Now also you are not giving the proper justification for your delay in service. We never face such a worest service.
