    @reliancejio @DelhiCapitals I am here to listening for your bakwas. I am here and know this area ground reality of jio. How many user in my area those using jio. According to me 10 to 20. Worse network giving by jio. Enough is enough boss. I am not going to tell any thing.

    @JioCare Still no one visited. You people to continue to reschedule the appointment by citing that I made request for rescheduling. However, there has not been single request for rescheduling. You people are fooling the customers. It has been 13 days since I paid for the service.

    @reliancejio 4 Days Back Register for Problem in Jio Fiber Unable to use it, Technicians vist and Said their is Wire breakage in Road, Need to change the Wire, Place the request for Reallocation, After placeing the Reallocation request till Date Nothing happens and Now Supervisor

    @reliancejio We are living in hostel and about 200 jio users are facing the slow internet speed. I am trying to contact jio team but can't we are facing the issue from last 3 months and above can you please resolve the issue other wise we can change the provider. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Has social media become the only way to communicate with you now? If a customer raises a complaint, it becomes impossible to speak to your customer care team, because they simply disconnect the call by saying that the complaint has already been registered. #JioFiber 😡

    @JioCare I have DMed check there. The initial service engineer check was only done after days, not immediately I'm sure of it. Where was not the delay. Even after issue identification there was delay. Don't claim such way that there was no delay. It only only only delay.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have received your team's response, but the problem remains unchanged. Please let me know when the "No Internet Connection" issue that occurs during the evening and night hours will be resolved. Customers need solutions, not just ticket numbers and standard replies.
