    @JioCare Thanks for the message i have sent you my details and even applied for the sim on your app but my main concern is I don’t have a UPC code as bsnl is not letting me to send sms to 1900 and my recharge will expire tomorrow on bsnl please help me with a solution

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 4 days and still no resolution I recharged your data add on pack of 65 coz it showed 2 gb additional but i was unable to claim it and you even didn’t solved my problem worst experience with you this is the reason i will he switching to @JioCare soon

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day by day internet speed is deteriorating even 144 video on YouTube Stop in between,it seems jio is only concerned in increasing customers and compromising with speed ,pls fix issue else I will switch to vi.

    Dear Jio fiber My connection related to my mobile no 9838666333 was recovered by your recovery agent before 2 month ago but no any amount refund till now. Please refund my amount already complaint submit two times. @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid the setup cost for #JioFiber already and its installation date was showing today only. No one even contacted me for installation and initial Setup. I called customer care multiple times but they kept on giving me future timeslot . Please help!

    @reliancejio 4 Days Back Register for Problem in Jio Fiber Unable to use it, Technicians vist and Said their is Wire breakage in Road, Need to change the Wire, Place the request for Reallocation, After placeing the Reallocation request till Date Nothing happens and Now Supervisor

    @JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

    @reliancejio @JioCare if there's a award worst service that goes to you , since last Saturday 30/05/2026 my jio fiber is not working yet no service response from Your engineers, give excuses like bad weather conditions, and doesn't come for service request.Get it resolved ASAP
