    @reliancejio @mipaltan Pura ipl khatm ho gaya but tera network thik nhi hua. Ab kabhi @JioCare pe bharosa nhi hoga. Bas bolta hai thik ho jayega but hota kuch nhi hai. Worse network experience. Finally I am going to switch my network.

    @reliancejio @DelhiCapitals Hello dear, According to you, this is my fault right? This is not temporary problem. This problem is everytime and everywhere in my colony so don't tell coverage is good in your area. I am going to change my network if you don't have any solution.

    Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I request for jiofiber on 18 dec, verified and setup on the same day so quickly. Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

    @JioCare Hello Jiocare, i had recently ported to jio to enjoy family plan from competitor through one of your store.however its been 15 days but still, secondary mobile numbers are not added. I had been i contact with store executives repeatedly still im not getting any help.

    hi @JioCare , Mobile network in my area is almost zero when there is no electricity. I am using jiofi and mobile internet. I suspect there is some misuse of the electric generator used for the mobile tower. I have been facing this issue for one month now.
