    @JioCare Yes, issue is resolved. But I want to know the price of Jio STB remote. Technician took Rs 599 for the replacement of remote and did not give receipt. So just want to confirm the price.

    @JioCare The customer service provided by you is pathetic! The ticket was marked as resolved even without confirming with us, and the issue still persists ! I opened a new ticket again today with the same issue. Please assist with it.

    I am really frustrated after taking jio fiber at home, @JioCare customer care is worst i have ever talked with other telecom sector, they even cut your call between conversation and they cut my connection too which has already paid by me @reliancejio , I am going launch FIR .

    @JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a very tough situation in my area. I am complaining this issue since last 6 months but it is still unresolved.Situation is that I am not even able to send whatsapp app messages. internet connectivity is really very bad.
