  @JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

  Hi, team @JioCare and @reliancejio, I applied for port in on 3rd Nov, the store executive has said to wait till Sunday ie today for the successful port in. Still, I haven't received any confirmation message, nor has the previous operator network got disabled.
