I am complaining since Dec 16 for poor data speed in my residential & official area. But @reliancejio has done nothing. I have lodged complaints approx 100 times, raised issues many times to @DoT_India but nothing done. @JioCare. I am still continuing as all operators are same.

Worst experience with @reliancejio @JioCare , ticket No - sr00001f321m is not resolving from a long back. Also team is not responding correctly why this is delaying. they install connection in hours but disconnection, device pickup and refund is not done after a month.
