For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

Shivaanand Chand (@chand_shivanand) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Dear JioCare, This issue has remained unresolved for more than one and a half months, despite my repeated complaints and follow-ups. About 10 days ago, your uninstallation team visited my premises and removed my old router and one set-top box. You have already collected the payment/advance for the replacement set-top box through your authorised representative. However, the new set-top box has still not been installed. Further, the old router was taken away and the existing cables/wiring were disconnected during uninstallation, but no new router has been installed and the wiring has not been restored. It appears that one team completed only the uninstallation, while the installation team has never turned up. Every time I contact JioCare, I receive the same standard response that the issue has been forwarded to the concerned team and will be resolved shortly. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. There is no accountability. Despite repeatedly asking, I have not even been informed who is responsible for my case or provided any contact details of the concerned person. This level of service is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I request you to resolve this matter within 48 hours by ensuring: • Immediate installation of the new set-top box, for which payment has already been collected. • Immediate installation of the new router. • Restoration/replacement of all disconnected wiring and completion of the installation work. • Sharing the name and contact details of the responsible officer/team along with a confirmed installation schedule. If this issue is not resolved within the above time, I will be constrained to escalate the matter before the appropriate consumer grievance authorities and other competent forums, at your risk as to costs and consequences. I expect an immediate resolution instead of another automated response.
