Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨
