over a month ago i complained in jio complaint service regarding my network issues and they said it's a temporary issue and will be solved within few days but day by day the network connectivity is getting worse so please kindly pay attention. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

@JioCare consistently facing slow network issue but not able to lodge complaint becouse your excutives never reply on chat. In speed test you sugest to use mobile at diffrent location then plz send me address where I can enjoy the speed that you promis.

@JioCare how are you dealing with the fraudsters who try to get eSIM by stealing identity of a person? What are the procedure to issue an eSIM? How the frauds can be avoided? Your customer care executive has not much info on this.

@JioCare Continuing this thread - my folks are facing an issue on JIO sim few apps don’t work e.g. Sharekhan, Uber but on switching internet to other sim all works well. @JioCare apparently has no solution as they don’t care. Let us know what to do? @reliancegroup
