    @JioCare Thanks for the message i have sent you my details and even applied for the sim on your app but my main concern is I don’t have a UPC code as bsnl is not letting me to send sms to 1900 and my recharge will expire tomorrow on bsnl please help me with a solution

    @JioCare The customer service provided by you is pathetic! The ticket was marked as resolved even without confirming with us, and the issue still persists ! I opened a new ticket again today with the same issue. Please assist with it.

    @JioCare It's now nearly 72 hours since the connection went down and all i have heard is only false assurances from the #jio team. I have asked for an ETA by when my issue will be resolved and it is not being provided. I don't need your false assurances. When will it be fixed? @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 4 days and still no resolution I recharged your data add on pack of 65 coz it showed 2 gb additional but i was unable to claim it and you even didn’t solved my problem worst experience with you this is the reason i will he switching to @JioCare soon

    Despite 48 hrs of the request and payment for STB, Jio is simply pushing dates and the service team is so weird that they close the request with resolution notes despite the issue never being remotely addressed.#JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare @PrakashJavdekar

    @CoongCockroach @reliancejio @JioCare I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps

    Can you please fix your network in my area? It is impossible to answer calls, watch any OTTs, or use the internet or calling on my phone in any way without multiple network drops. Despite paying for annual 5g plans, I don't get any service every 5 minutes! @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber No delay from your end? My internet was down from 3rd July to 6th July—that's 3 days without service. If this isn't a delay, what exactly is your definition of 'on-time service'? Customers pay on time. Why doesn't JioFiber deliver service on time? And who asked for a rent rebate?
