I am complaining since Dec 16 for poor data speed in my residential & official area. But @reliancejio has done nothing. I have lodged complaints approx 100 times, raised issues many times to @DoT_India but nothing done. @JioCare. I am still continuing as all operators are same.

Pathetic experience with @reliancejio for last 1 week. Internet speed is like 0kbps sometimes. I talked to the customer care, filed complaint and everytime they say 'it will be resolved soon'. I guess they meant a whole year by SOON. Gonna port out this time for sure. @JioCare
