    Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have shared relevant details yesterday and now even promised SLA for issue resolution has also expired but no one has called or visited yet. Probably Jio has outgrown its own capacity of handling customer volume !! #unreliable

    @JioCare Mate i would love to have jio fiber connection in my house but you dont provide service in lucknow cantt even airtel don't provide service here. We have to take connection from BSNL, we serve in army but jio and airtel don't serve us. Internet connection here is very poor.
