@JioCare Yes, issue is resolved. But I want to know the price of Jio STB remote. Technician took Rs 599 for the replacement of remote and did not give receipt. So just want to confirm the price.

Jio Network Experience huge traffic, in my area and they have not left any door which can be knocked, chat assistance can't help all the time moreover they can't send service engineers any ways.@JioCare

@JioCare @RISINGRKC I am facing the same issue. It's been more than a month I have requested to pick up the device and refund my money. But, they mark the request resolved without any call or reschedule it to post dated saying customer has asked to reschedule. It's very annoying.
