@JioCare @reliancejio Day by day internet speed is deteriorating even 144 video on YouTube Stop in between,it seems jio is only concerned in increasing customers and compromising with speed ,pls fix issue else I will switch to vi.

@JioCare @reliancejio After expiring my plan I am going to switch my network. Worse network experience from @reliancejio . I am user till starting. But now I am very frustrated to jio. If I can't change my network one day I will broke my phone due to network issue.

@reliancejio @mipaltan Pura ipl khatm ho gaya but tera network thik nhi hua. Ab kabhi @JioCare pe bharosa nhi hoga. Bas bolta hai thik ho jayega but hota kuch nhi hai. Worse network experience. Finally I am going to switch my network.

Now let me give examples of incompetency. Twitter support told me the other day that you are not having valid plan. Chat support people told me only engineer can tell whats the issue as they don't have technical knowledge. Er told "Bhaiya aaisa issue pahli baar dekha". @JioCare

Hi Jio Team, please do something for network issue in our location. In day time it's average but after 06:30 PM to 11 PM it's pathetic. I think it's fault from network operator's side. Tower is just a KM away from my location. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Still issue is not fixed. Technical operator who visits says it requires a wire of more than 200m and Jio nowadays don't provide it. @JioCare since I could not find any such policy online, can you please confirm and look into this urgently.
