@JioCare How can I reach out. Your team is supposed to resolve the issue but they are not.Tanvi jee Aap bataiye ki Mai Mercedes bol Kar aapko tata nano de du to what you will do. It's the same with jio from outside it is Mercedes but from inside it is even worse than Nano.

@JioCare 24 hours ago your technician was to visit and resolve ( An issue that has been going on for a week ). He gives an invalid reason and doesn’t turn up. On day 2,there is still no ETA on when this will get resolved. You can refund my money and close my connection if you don’t care.
