    @JioCare And if jio is not able to provide services.. you shoud not have to fool customer saying that its being rolled in a phased manner beacuse if it is so till now why i can't get the connection

    I want jio giga fiber connection in my location but not getting even after registering for about 2 months.... right ahead in 200 m there are connections installed but i can't get it till now.. Help @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_

    @JioCare which type of service has been provided to your customers that in and around 200-300m there are are 6 installed connections and i m unable to get it... This is very disappointing customer service i am facing from any company as i have registered for the connection 2 month ago

    @JioCare @DoT_India Networking team of @JioCare visited my site & agreed for poor data speed. Above response also corroborates this. However, I have received a message from jio that a new site has been installed in my area. This is contradictory to information shared by networking team. Confusion.

    I am complaining since Dec 16 for poor data speed in my residential & official area. But @reliancejio has done nothing. I have lodged complaints approx 100 times, raised issues many times to @DoT_India but nothing done. @JioCare. I am still continuing as all operators are same.

    @JioCare too hell with your service, always gets disconnected from ott apps though we have paid/recharged well in advance. If this is the case, we should not be opting your ott platform. Poor service..! @Akash_Ambani

    @MyTechMusings @reliancejio Yes mmWave is going to be tough, maybe using outdoor CPEs can be the solution. FWA looks like the first use case for mmWave, smartphone will come later I think.
