@JioCare And what does it mean refund if applicable. I haven't installed my JioFiber due to your technician haven't found Connection box in front of my flat. I think you should have to change your Company name to FraudFiber instead of JioFiber who keep/eat customer's Deposit.

hey @JioCare! if your customers have bought an IR plan while abroad and aren’t able to receive texts because they are not connected to a network, find another way (ie email) to reach those instructions to them - they can’t receive texts… because they don’t have network 🥲
