    Sunday Bazaar,bokaro,jharkhand is facing problem of bad internet connectivity, we are enjoying 2G, in place of 4G, mine location is just beside a Jio tower please look at this @reliancejio @TRAI

    Its is very terrific service given by @jio_fiber because its been 9 days since i paid for jio airfiber to install at my home but no response from any side. 9 days are not less to process anything but the service you are giving is pathetic. @JioSupport @JioCare

    Jio network rn: signal full, internet null 💀📡 Bsdk , mdc , L jio network, recharge khatam hone pr 100 call ayega recharge krwao , network ka L lagake baitha hai mdc jio , Bhakk 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 24 hours main 2 hours bhi network kam nhi krta thik se @reliancejio 🤧

    @JioHotstar @JioCare @DisneyPlusHS, I have a major billing/access issue. I had a standalone Hotstar Premium sub. I got JioFiber and your system forced me onto the Fiber ad plan. Tried to fix it, but now my Premium sub is GONE. Need a human to restore my paid Premium access ASAP.

    @JioCare @jio No internet for 4 days. No response on DM, email or calls. Technician gave temporary fix, issue repeated again. This is negligence. Either fix today or disconnect with refund. SR000033RJN3. Chennai.

    @reliancejio Very poor experience with Reliance Jio Fibre. Paid ₹807 for installation (Order No. NO0001CZW6F0) on Apr 2026 after KYC, with promise of same-day installation. No service provided, no response from representative. Requesting immediate refund. #JioFiber #CustomerSer

    @JioCare 4days of complete JioFibre outage, multiple engineer visits, repeated rescheduling and still ZERO resolution. Your IVR traps us in a loop due to the service request with no way to speak to an actual agent. This is unacceptable service and beyond FRUSTRATING! #jiofibre
