    @JioCare Hi Navin, thank you for reaching out. As mentioned, the MyJio app shows my Order ID as "null" due to a technical error on the portal, so I do not have a standard ORN number starting with 'NO000'. I messaged you my payment details to locate and cancel the booking manually:

    @JioCare First, U forced a 6 yr-old customer to disconnect his connection because u failed 2 provide proper support for 25 days. Then, when I disconnected my connection, ur support was nowhere 2 be found. This has been delaying my deposit refund and d monthly recharge for unused services.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 5/8 And despite all this, Jio's response is still: โ€œLimited network connectivity in this location.โ€ And apparently, Jio will โ€œtry to improve it in the future.โ€ SERIOUSLY? What exactly is a customer supposed to do with a connection showing 100% packet loss and 0.0 Mbps upload?

    @JioCare My network has been completely unstable. Mobile data is barely working. Please check the network towers in my area and resolve this ASAP.
