    @JioCare need urgent help. No network in my whole area all of a sudden. I verified with all my neighbours all using jio are facing this outage. Area code 211016 near mastan market (kareli). We are in WFH mode and need urgent assistance.

    @JioCare I am facing network issues since jio lunch. Still there is no tower in our village or its neighbouring. I have complained 167 times & everytime jio' employees said, it's a continuous process, it take time to resolve the issue. Now i am tagging @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Made jio fiber recharge on 19 aug 5.56 pm order id TB00000YDOSR, phonepe and hdfc both saying payment sent to the merchant but my recharge still not successful, your private dm representative are not helping meat all. Tell me what you want to understand the issue. @reliancejio

    Jio Fiber, my Jio app, Jio store, Jio Remote, Jio customer care number, Jio chat support, Jio email support, everything of Jio are not working. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI one of the world pathetic service provider.

    @JioCare Hi Team, I am relocated to same location within 1 km where JIO Broadband service is available. Also raised relocation request as per jio customer care suggestion but after multiple followup now Jio E ngineer you have to raise new Jio Fibre connection request.
