    @JioCare @reliancejio 4 days without JioFiber - no TV, no OTT because of faulty STB. Got it replaced yesterday but what about compensation for the 4 days I paid for but couldn’t use? Looking forward to a resolution.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, your engineers are unnecessarily delaying my Jio AirFiber installation. They keep giving excuses instead of completing the installation. They even told me they would cancel my order. Is this how they talk to the customer?

    @reliancejio have you some shame I recharged 5g But your net service is 0 I can't sand a single whatsup msg This is on going 1 months I complaint many time but 0 result You msg me please send your number and text msg on personaly

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I've been complaining about slow internet speed consistently for the past 7 months, but haven't received a solution yet. I hope I won't in the future either. So please refund my ₹3599/- 5G recharge. I don't want to stay on your network.

    @JioCare We have spoken to multiple customer care executives, but none of them has taken ownership of the issue. We are simply being given scripted responses and empty assurances while our complaint remains unattended.

    Dear @JioCare, My ₹3,300 AirFiber refund is still pending despite repeated promises. Your customer care team confirmed that my refund would be processed under Request ID: SR00003AUIUR. As I was getting an error on the refund link, I shared my bank details via email
