    @reliancejio i am facing very bad connectivity and very poor internet connection speed upload speed is just 0.12mbps why?? I tried to contact through 198 but no one received it cuts the call automatically my area pin code is 721212

    Will you pls find out why wrong information was given to me regarding the faulty SIM and who is responsible for the same? Since there was no issue concerning SIM I continue to face the problem even after replacement of SIM. Can this called be professionalism on part of @JioCare ?

    @JioCare This is your service , right ? Your service request numbers have expired now. It will be an official complaint now to DoT and TRAI for harassing and causing mental torture to customers by looting their money and stealing their bank details. Let RBI step into it. Fraudsters.
