    @JioCare there is very bad experience with jio internet speed 0.22kbps. It seems that there is 0.25 instead of 4G.

    Highly disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare I had surrendered my jio fiber connection in the month of feb and device got picked up on 28.02.2021.Till now I have not got the refund. Raised several complaints but no update Last complaint no. SR000014XJT7

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare, I need to raise a complaint for an invalid JioFiber installation on my premises. Customer support website does not allow more than 500 characters to explain my issue, please help me with an email address or a contact where I can raise my complaint.

    @JioCare 8 have paid for installation of Jio-fiber connection. The Jio staff told that by 2morrow or day after 2morrow ur connection will be established. Till now no contact is made by ur team. If you cannot provide the service kindly send me link to cancel order & get the refund
