    @JioCare My family is unable to watch TV and i think you can't solve this issue until August last because in haridwar it will be crowded till then. And @reliancejio never thinks of their customer convenience, every year we suffers from the same issues. #jiofiber

    @Shreyansh12521 @reliancejio @JioCare My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare If the above is not the case, then I am afraid there is a drastic loophole in your system where the customer service team members are unable to understand the ticket handling process in Jio.

    @JioCare There has been no Jio network in Nakrunda, Dehradun for the last 4 days. Both calling and internet services are completely affected, causing significant inconvenience. Kindly look into this issue and restore the network at the earliest.

    @JioCare I am getting an internet speed of 2-3 Mbps for the last 1 year. Everytime I complain, the answer from jio is technical issues in my area. So I am going to switch to Airtel as they don't have any technical difficulties in my area.
