    @JioCare No are now helping since one month I am requesting and respect you all as professional co. But it shows you are not professional and miss using customer credit card. I am disappointed and lost respect for Jio.

    @JioCare Been a Jio Fiber customer since inception and wanted to upgrade with the STB plan. Your support asked to terminate my old one and buy a new one which I did. Now I don't have my old connection as well as new. Your support asked me to use mobile data till then. What should i do?

    @LiveManojlive @reliancejio @JioCare I hav jio sim.. and my family has Airtel... They r suffering and now after a year they r returning to jio... Its net is good. I haven't faced any problem yet.. Airtel is costly and not working at all... I was talking about their launch of JIO DTH service..

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm getting slow speed internet for long time and it happens in evening only I've complaint multiple times and shared all required details but seems you guys are not interest to solve issue And while calling at 198 it never connect.

    @reliancejio Poor customer service. Nobody responding on call center. Just waiting & waiting. I have cancelled my jio fibre connection in Jan20 and got 50% refund in Dec20 i.e. after 11 month. Still waiting to get balance 750.I m approaching to consumer forum for deposit refund & interest

    @reliancejio speed of jio is very slow in my locality they told it is due to many users present in my locality since 3 years yet issue not solved till now that's why jio is getting less new customer than @airtelindia in last few months it is due to poor service of jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your jio service is absolutely useless... trying to renew plan for the last 45 min unsuccessfully. Customer care is unresponsive and website does not allow to make payment. It seems you people do not care Please change tag line
