@reliancejio Very poor service by jio staff in Jammu. They expect 5 star rating, but they are not even worth one. Please keep option for negative marking as well. Complaint locked since yesterday, and no resolution done till today. Either resolve or shut down jio. SR 000013thdv.

@JioCare poor poor network. Not receiving any text messages for past 10 days on my phone and my family members jio numbers. Finally made up my mind to leave this pathetic network.
