    @JioCare You are not addressing the issue Yet I paid the bill in Good Faith Expected that you will improve it but you guys are least bothered I cant even use other Wifi on it so that temporarily I can watch using other Network I am Done with this kind of Service please Proceed

    @JioCare What kind of misleading plan is this? My active ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Data: Unlimited”, yet my internet has stopped working. Your support executive says my “limited monthly GB” is exhausted. Where is this limit mentioned in my plan details? 1/2

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been two days since the router is blinking red light. There is no response from support team. Did all the troubleshooting steps still the problem is not solved. The technical team didn't pick the call when the query was escalated through toll free no 😡

    @reliancejio My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a pathetic customer experience you are providing! Got a JioFiber connection in dec'25 & paid rs 1000 as a refundable security deposit as told by the technician.

    @JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps JioAirFiber plan but getting only 7.1 Mbps, causing constant buffering and streaming issues. I complained last month, but the same issue continues. Please investigate and provide a permanent fix ASAP. @reliancejio
