    @JioCare I need a prompt resolution, it has been more than 10 days now, as per the representative I was supposed to receive a reference number within 3-4 days. Am I supposed to visit the store again and again to know the status. As they don’t even bother to pickup the call.

    @JioCare Wow what service the technician instead of attending to complaints says it's not in his line of duty and did not turn up. It should not be Jio but Jao. Lousy service and employees they don't care as they feel there is no other choice for people. In India you can get away easily.

    @JioCare Yes its been resolved, but I need compensation for my lost days and the stress you have given all these days. You already know how much time and pain have taken to get it fix from you. If you cannot do that, please close my subscription and refund my full money. Tata play is good

    It has been over 24 hours since the Jio Fiber internet service went down in Noida Sector 76. Customer care is simply brushing off the issue by citing a technical problem. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber #JioInternetDown #JioFiberDown
