  Really impressed with the customer service of JIO FIBER. They themselves informed me there's something wrong with my connection. As I was using Mobile data. And the tech guy was there within an hour of me raising the complaint. Awesome mechanism. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @ViCustomerCare Recently i switch to @reliancejio .better network & speed. Vi has no 5G in my area. And extra pay 50 rupees to get unlimited 4G. Jio speed is fine 490mbps.

  @JioCare My internet isn’t working since yesterday. Technician was scheduled to visit 1900-2000hrs,he didn’t came. For today it’s scheduled at 2100 hrs. Without connectivity for more than 36hrs? I don’t want this kind of service. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY,else disconnect.
