    @JioCare One of the worst customer service. No Voice / ability to manage your device for 6 months. Everytime a new Service request will be opened and it will be closed the next day without resolution. No Manager to escalate too.

    @JioCare Please help me confirm that if i take Jio Fiber connection & recharge for 2 months then if i don't recharge for 2-3 months will Jio Fiber discontinue my connection ? I really want to this & get clearification because I'm very much interested in getting Jio Fiber!

    Why to pay more than 600 rs at an inflated price, just to get a recurring worst problem of internet outage. Since last 3 days, i couldn't use internet at all, even after complaining several times. Port is the last option, i am left with. @reliancejio @JioCare
