    Dear @JioCare @JioFiber, My Wi-Fi has been down for more than 24 hours. I raised service request SR00002LKPTM and was assured a technician visit today at 10:00 AM, but no one has visited yet. The service status is being updated incorrectly since morning.

    @JioCare Your service is extremely awful. I had raised a relocation request for 3rd June. No one has visited to fix the connection and today is 5th June. There is no proper support and the app is completely useless. Either fix my connection or disconnect it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the customer care is giving the same responses every time I call and not doing anything to actually rectify the issue. I've been on call for 9:30 as of now with the customer care number and I'm yet to be connected to an advisor
