    @reliancejio @reliancejio Sorry isn’t enough. SR No. [SR00002NHJDM] is still unresolved despite your engineer identifying the issue and a promised visit that never happened. Stop giving false assurances and provide a confirmed resolution time today. Escalate this immediately.

    @reliancejio My Jo fiber connection is not working since last 5 days, multiple complaints has been registered but no concrete solution has been provided till now. Mr. Yogesh Vishwakarma area manager of Mumbai, Andheri East, MIDC office is arrogant & mannerless.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team, you have already lost our patience. Your installation team initially said it was a backend issue & backend says there is no issue. Please check with i9 laptop but no one is still unable to identify the root cause so pls no more bouncing ball @Mukesh_ambani_ FYI

    It's been 2 days my Airfiber connection is not yet installed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please cancel my order and initiate refund asap. I should've given a chance to @reliancejio for better customer service experience.

    @TRAI Fix ths Duopoly between @reliancejio & @airtelindia These two are just ruining everything whenever they want... Increasing price unnecessarily... Without any competition these two destroying everything...
