    @JioCare @reliancejio If you really want to help, simply escalate it to the Dev team who works on router software updates. You can't help me and your team had already visited my place and tried with replacing the router but its a design issue since almost one year so all routers impacted

    @JioCare - even twitter responses are lethargic . There seems to be a huge disconnect between customer support and on field installation teams. I haven’t got any form of call from technician so far. Only time of appointment gets pushed from one day to next!!
