    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m very frustrated with your network service. My local cell tower has been down for the last 4-5 days and I have no network coverage. This is not the first time this has happened. These issues are frequent and annoying. Please fix this issue urgently.

    @JioCare it has been 4 continuous days without Internet working and no permanent solution given. Is there a true support available to resolve the issues permanently? In the new ways of working internet is very much required and the way the service is provided is unacceptable.

    @JioCare day by day your services are getting poor now my wifi has stopped working and I have got time slot for technician visit at 6 pm 22 March it means 15 hours from now how will it be possible to manage all the things request you to escalate it and fix it early morning
