  @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio If you don’t have WiFi then surely this will be an issue. Have that one at your and enable WiFi calling. WiFi router works like network tower.

  @JioCare Out internet has been down for 7 DAYS. SR0002LR4XQ ON HOLD, RESCHEULED. No visit, no resolution , no information. Have tried calling jiocare , usual pre canned responses, mailed , no response. Pathetic. Unresponsive . No care jio care Respond here . Care.....

  @JioCare I am unable to use 5G while I am paying for 5g , you all duffers not listing my problems only message message playing work on it it's my 105th complaint for 5g network regarding,solve it as soon as possible

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service. My connection has been down for the last 3 days and no technician has visited yet. Customer care is not responding or providing any resolution. This is the 4th outage in a single month.
