    @akash236 @JioCare Srvc of jio very veey much poor. Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. This company now have no value for there cuatomers.😤😤

    @JioCare @Sau_rab_Alld You guys ate also providing very poor service. Even i have complaning of an issue since 1 1/2 mnth, but no solution simply a msg everytime, we are lookjng into it, but still you all are looking only. Very poor... 😤😤😤😤😤😤

    @JioCare @GVidya_Sagar Poorest service. From 2 mnth i m getting only msg to console. Worst i ve ever expereinced. Aircel, rim were much bettet at their times. U ate them, nd now 0 srvc to customer. Verry poor. Bus paisa time pe chahiye nahe to cnnction bund. Shame on #Jio

    (2) 1. Whenever there is a power cut in my area, the condition of my 4G network becomes worse than that of 2G network and even after the power comes, the network is not fixed for hours. 2. And ....... @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare What screen shot should i share? I even deleted my account on amazon prime, issue is,i was informed while taking postpaid connection that amazon prime is included in it, but its been more than 4mnths its still not activated on my no. 7004526134.

    @JioCare Sir's i informed yesterday of my problem about amazon prime, not getting activated on my postpaid no.still not resolved. Will you wait if i don't recharge my no.? Kindly look t fast, its almost 4mnth me rendering here nd there to start it. Regards

    @JioCare @ukvish Jio is providing poorest service these days to customer. Even i m among them one. I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

    @JioCare I want raise a complaint against coupon 2gb/day, when I recharged my jio no 9718502842 on 05th November 2020, I got a coupon via message on my mobile this coupon provide me 2gb/day extra data, but this coupon is not showing my account and I don’t got any facilities.

    @JioCare Pathetic service from jio fibre team. Internet is down from yesterday. Engineer came and refused to fix the issue. Again called customer service and still no solution. I have been constantly harrased by the service team.

    The rudeness of your staff and punctuality is appalling. I even arranged for an electrician at my own expense to resolve this. Since you are unable to set up the connection. Continue to cancel my connection, but ensure all the prepaid plan amounts are refunded @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is getting seriously frustrating, i am facing network issue in my area.complained multiple times.. No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

    @JioCare , you have blocked my jio number and no resolution since yesterday. This is when the bill was paid in advance and you raised a -ve Rs50 bill. The only reply I have received is "We Understand". Do you really?
