I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

I've been a customer of jio almost since it's launch 9 years ago and never thought to port to another telecom service. You also need to match that quality with your banking experience.

This to totally unacceptable, i do not want to raise a ticket again and the original ticket is falsely moved to resolved.
