    @JioCare I had taken a number of jio in maharashtra for 1 of my labour , because he hasnt proper document , Now he is not with me so i decided to close the service of that number , so i visit ur Maheshkhunt (Khagaria) centre But after more than 7 days that number is still alive

    @JioCare Again you all have closed the complaint request unanimously without informing me anything and without solving my issue. I'm getting less than 100KB/s in my area with Jio 5G and you closed my slow speed complaint request?? How?? It's getting too worse now !! Need to switch now !!

    @JioCare Technician Himanshu keeps calling and giving new time commitments, but still hasn’t come to resolve the issue. This is extremely poor service and support. Please ask your team to de-install all the equipment, as I no longer wish to continue your service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio again JioFiber’s internet service has become a daily frustration. Frequent outages, slow speeds, and unhelpful support make it difficult to rely on the connection better I use airtel instead.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is unacceptable. My JioFiber has been down for 24+ hours. I raised a complaint, an engineer visited and confirmed it is an area-level outage. Since then, despite 10–15+ follow-ups, there has been NO restoration, NO engineer visit, NO meaningful update

    Hello @JioCare My village has been facing an issue with Jio's network since last year; the signal drops every half hour. I have lodged complaints about this multiple times,This is a problem affecting the entire village, not just me, and I hope it will now receive attention.
