@reliancejio I purchased jio phone and within 3 months it stopped functioning.Your technicians are asking for payments in order to fix it. What's the point of giving warranties then if there's no service after sale? I'll move to consumer court now if my issue is not resolved.

@reliancejio you saw my tweet about bad connectivity, your guy comes & then says my phone is getting a signal why don’t you reset all your Jio SIMs. Firstly, I didn’t launch a complaint, & appreciate that your team reached but don’t send a buffoon who asks me to reset my phones.
