    @JioCare I booked new connection(sector 5 vikas nagr lko) 5 days back, as per team new Box need to install box. On calling Anuj kr singh from installing team spoke to me in very unprofessional way and ask me to take money back. order no : N00000H5S8GV. very bad exp. @fiber_jio

    @JioCare got family plan of rs. 999 but it has been more than 1 month and no additional no has been given under family plan. I am paying still 999 for one no. The representative at Jio store is making false promise time and again. Is there any resolution or I have to leave jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst experience @ jio stores. Stepped in seeking assistance on getting a duplicate Sim. Store person completed formalities & gave me a Data cable & forced me buy it with replacement Sim which was not nessarry to me. I rejected to buy & didn't get the sim

    @reliancejio I am a satisfied jio sim user and would like to avail jio fiber services but there is no sign of getting a fiber connection here in Chembur. Connections are expanded only till the some buildings in my locality. Kindly help.
