    @JioCare I had taken a number of jio in maharashtra for 1 of my labour , because he hasnt proper document , Now he is not with me so i decided to close the service of that number , so i visit ur Maheshkhunt (Khagaria) centre But after more than 7 days that number is still alive

    @JioCare He told me that “I have to pay Rs.10,000/- for Two years for both i.e. Jio Fiber/Net with Jio TV. According, the said Mr.Sahid installed both equipment in my Law Office. I was shocked to learn that both i.e. Internet and Joi TV are not working since yesterday.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Please investigate the salesperson’s conduct, the unauthorised charge taken in Jio’s name, and the complete failure to provide the promised installation. I request an immediate resolution instead of another escalation with no action.

    If you’re in rural area please never choose jio Air fibre because their service is literally garbage. There is a hardware issue in the one installed at my home, I trying to register complain and they are not even giving option anywhere. Its been 3 days. @JioCare @reliancejio
