    @JioCare I had taken a number of jio in maharashtra for 1 of my labour , because he hasnt proper document , Now he is not with me so i decided to close the service of that number , so i visit ur Maheshkhunt (Khagaria) centre But after more than 7 days that number is still alive

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had placed an order for Jio air fibre in 27th May 2026 but I am Not getting the connection setup. You guys have taken 4 months of payment in advance but not responding to my calls. My order id is NO0001DPARZ2. This is not the kind of service i expect

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. My JioFiber set-top box has not been working, and despite raising a complaint 4 days ago, no technician has contacted me and no update has been provided. JioFiber service no: 6182317807. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare Dealing with Jio has become a nightmare. KYC done, installation denied. Re-KYC done, still no installation. Paid twice, waited for weeks, followed every instruction, yet nobody is reachable and no one takes ownership. Need urgent resolution. @AnantAmbani

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Applied for relocation on 28 May (Ref ID: CO0001SIYSTN) in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. Request was accepted but no engineer has visited till date. (1/3)

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio 7+ years with Jio. Booked JioFiber last Friday (NO0001DQPTW6) and paid for a 6-month plan upfront. It's been 5 days—no installation despite 2 escalations. Scheduled yesterday, but no one came. Customer care disconnects. Install ASAP or cancel & refund.
