    @JioCare My village has a network problem for a long time, which has been causing a lot of problems. My village name is Motipura taluka, Kathlal district-Kheda state, Gujarat - 387610.Voice calling, internet etc. are causing a lot of problems due to non-arrival.

    @JioCare my JioFiber keeps getting disconnected randomly. This problem has been persistently troubling me since a few weeks and it's there on all my devices: tv, laptop, phone. The jio helpline numbers are unavailable. Please look into it.

    @JioCare But your customer care officers are cheating the customers with FALSE information's. Today officer NISHA promised me that issue will be solved by 3 Pm. I have recorded calls for the same. I can share it if needed..

    @JioCare Hi Team, my NAT type is 'strict' for my JioFiber , which is required to be 'Open' in order to play online multiplayer games . Have dropped several mails to jiocare , but no response or resolution . Can you please help me resolve this issue ??? @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare hands down the worst network ever used. Even bsnl is better. Customer care is always ready with excuses ... Sir congestion ka issue hai fix ho jaega 15 din mei🤡🤡. 6 months later the network is still trash. Gonna switch to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio that will happen only if you resolve the no Internet issue that I'm facing for the past 4 days. u aren't bothered to resolve the issue however trying to sell me another connection.
