@JioCare I had taken a number of jio in maharashtra for 1 of my labour , because he hasnt proper document , Now he is not with me so i decided to close the service of that number , so i visit ur Maheshkhunt (Khagaria) centre But after more than 7 days that number is still alive

@reliancejio worst service If some lost his dual sim mobile... And call jio care to block sim... Even telling his id and name of sim holder they don't block no.. Even not issue another sim without otp.... Even after provide the same id... What if some have only one number..

@JioCare @reliancejio is such a bad service provider and the employees of the Jio store are misbehaving and arguing with customers if things happened everyone will be gonna look for another alternative I am a postpaid user but now I switched to Airtel and getting better service

@reliancejio Sir we are unable to use your network due to Wrost internet Speed. I'd complained so many times in between 3yr but no improvement on speed. In my locality your network is very much slow that the speed is 10 to 12kbps .

@JioCare Mr Shridhar. No one has approached us yet for the resolution. I don't think any engineer is scheduled. Neither do we have any contact number of people responsible. CC executives just have rehearsed answers. Customer service is non existent. Local providers have better service
