@JioCare I had taken a number of jio in maharashtra for 1 of my labour , because he hasnt proper document , Now he is not with me so i decided to close the service of that number , so i visit ur Maheshkhunt (Khagaria) centre But after more than 7 days that number is still alive

@reliancejio @JioCare SR00001343X4 raised since yesterday. Today technician arrived and asked to contact his manager for replacement of STB. But no one is updating me on this yet and the manager is not picking my calls. Very sad to say that jio is not even caring about the issues
