    @JioCare I had taken a number of jio in maharashtra for 1 of my labour , because he hasnt proper document , Now he is not with me so i decided to close the service of that number , so i visit ur Maheshkhunt (Khagaria) centre But after more than 7 days that number is still alive

    My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare

    @JioCare The installer physically took the device back due to a technical mismatch and never returned!I have NO device & NO internet for 14days,Every complaint I open (like SR00003F6C4L) is auto closed without a fix or refund. Fix probelem or process my refund immediately. #ConsumerCourt

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio
