    This is not the first time , several times have happened 🙏🏻 worst experience from @JioCare I didn't expect this from your side 💔 I recharged for 11 rupees data pack for 1 hour unlimited data but it does not reflect to my current number 👎🏻 jio care is not considering properly!!!

    @JioCare @TRAI - FYI. What is the grievance procedure for this? Never experienced such a worst customer service. It's been 5 days after payment and no single call from Jio. All my pain stops at some customer service exec. There is no proper escalation matrix for this. Please take action

    See my just Hotspot situation, Already I have paid 3599 Rs for 5G unlimited before one year use in My jio!! This is the cheating with customer, what did you help me just now, I want to see the news in Utube, but My jio Hotspot is not connecting 😢 @JioCare

    @JioCare My JioFiber Wi-Fi connection has been down since yesterday afternoon. The router is continuously blinking red, and I have no internet access. Kindly look into the issue and provide assistance ASAP. Please help resolve this at the earliest.
