    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN – not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare Please refer to service request no SR0000334IV9. New Sim delivery was supposed to happen by 12th April...it didn't happen yet. I am just fed up now. Can we please cancel this and make a refund.

    @reliancejio wanted to complain about slow internet speed but when I went online my jio speed was so slow it didn't load. Your customer care dial up is useless
