    How stupid is it that @reliancejio wants only Aadhaar card for wifi installation and refuses to accept Passport as my ID and address proof. I’m disappointed in them even before using their service.

    Recharge money has gone to Jio. So jio should be giving me GST bill but JIO is not giving me GST bill. Issue is not resolved @reliancejio @JioCare You and cred both decide who will give me GST bill? @CRED_club

    @JioCare Hi. I got just a formal mail from “Ayan” from jio care. But no reply after that on my issue. I lost my airtel and jio sim at same time. I got the airtel eSim in 1 day where as jio is not bothering to reply me. Why is it “SO POOR SERVICE ” from Jio despite of multiple follow up.
