    Dear @TRAI what is your lookout for the @JioCare who do not give the proper service despite multile request and complain regarding the slow internet. Their customer executive is not giving the complaint id for further escalation. What to do. @GoI_MeitY where will the consumer go?

    @JioCare network has been down for 4 days in Nirmal, Vasai (PIN 401304) after the heavy rains. Power is back in most tower locations since yesterday, but there is still no mobile signal. Residents are unable to make calls or use data.Kindly restore the network at the earliest.

    @JioCare Both connections are linked to the same Aadhaar, yet my genuine grievance remains unresolved. I request an immediate review and a written resolution. Failing this, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. #JioAirFiber

    Since 2nd July, @JioCare @reliancejio still hasn't fixed a basic mobile data issue. This isn't network maintenance anymore—it's a masterclass in inefficiency.

    @JioCare its a lie to callout that u understood my query.. jio STP installed on April 8th, after paying 2222 , assumed will get 3m+1m plan but got only service till july 7 which is 90 days not 97. why do u make all jio services soo cumbersome to understand and implement. vry bad service
