Pratik Doctor (@pratik070191) reportedFiled a complaint on May 13th with @JioCare @reliancejio Since then, the appointment has been rescheduled 3-4 times, yet nobody has turned up. Calling the customer helpline is absoultely useless, they just read a script and have no idea of ground issues.

Can this be resolved ASAP as location is a SEZ with >50k employees working. In spite of multiple complaints, no action so far. Will @JioCare wake up ??
