    @airtelindia @airtelnews There are No networks in my area since 3 years and I am doing yearly recharge which is waste of money. I raised multiple complaints in past but they are closed without resolution. I live in Hinjewadi, pune. Don't force me to port to @reliancejio

    @JioCare Pathetic experience. My appointment was scheduled for today between 8:00-9:00 PM but customer care representative (named Ritika) rescheduled the appointment to 9th June. If my issue is not resolved by today EOD then only option for me to change the service provider.

    Dear @JioCare, Internet service in Hanswar, Ambedkar Nagar (UP) has been extremely unstable for days. Speed frequently drops to 0.1–0.6 Mbps on both 4G and 5G while calls work normally. This is affecting my online competitive exam classes and studies. @reliancejio @JioCare #jio

    @JioCare Jio customer care not able to come on call..and when mail sent they are not ready to compensate statimg no service request raised..why cannot you chk the outage how frequently it's happening no perm fix..
