    @JioCare If it takes you more than 48 hours to assign an engineer and then another 24 hours for the engineer to arrive then either you seriously need to relook at your complaint resolution TAT policy or I should look at moving away from Jio.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Please look into this @JioCare hasn't fixed the services since the last month and are neither willing to refund for their own terrible services.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Paying for a 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–10 Mbps. No way to speak to a customer care executive as calls end with automated recordings. Resolve this within 2days or provide an immediate refund,else I’ll approach consumercase

    Facing major issue with the Jio air Fiber since afternoon at kadapa @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare The download speed is just 1mbps not able to work with this speed

    @JioCare Okey so I am here after 11 days. The update is " the sim isn't delivered, cancel or refunded by jio. Multiple complaint unsuccessful. Still getting same delivery text which is totally unbelievable. Can someone recommend a another solution @JioCare @jagograhakjago
