    @reliancejio @JioCare despite several requests and calls to customer care, no engineer has visited. Complaint was made more than 24hrs back. 4 times the scheduled time of visit was changed. 3 times request was made to speak with senior staff but no call. Complaint No SR000019D9R2

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio I'd +91-2613581937 worst internet service in surat Complaining since last 20 days but team is highly incompetent to resolve the issue permanently..even the technical team is telling us to cancel the connection because they can't find fault

    From last 3 days #jio just pick my call and say "sir due to technical issues we can't help you" wth i am spending 2.5k on jio fiber recharge every month and this is their behaviour towards there coustomer my jio fiber is showing blinking red light @reliancejio Plz do something..

    @JioCare worst service when you have to get the refund. As per Jio refund is processed and as per my bank account it's not. Wondering what to do. Sent 20 emails but everyone just starts the story from beginning with no help and best part is I get survey link at the end :D

    @JioCare All this is done in sim slot 1 only, 4g LTE is there, even then there is no right network, not only ours, all the jio users here also have the same problem.

    @JioCare capacity of that University is about 5000 student only but ur network is not even touching our hostel walls. So the question arise that why u call ur network, the best one? If it is true than solve the problem asap.
