    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @reliancejioCare My JioFiber has been disconnecting 7–8+ times daily for 10–15 days. Multiple complaints raised, but no proper engineer visit or permanent solution. Please escalate this to the senior technical team and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Plz see the msgs. The schedule also changed without my consent and information. This is highly disappointing and alarming situation for me as well as jio. By this type of pathetic behavior of your staff the Jio is loosing their customers. Mr Mukesh Ambani should look after this type of useless and rude behavior of their staff. The customer's are highly dissatisfied. I am paying jio for the following- 1 postpaid mobile connection 3 prepaid mobile connection 1 air fiber 1 jio fiber And after giving my precious money to mr Mukesh Ambani, I feels that I am fool and paying such a huge amount for my foolishness.     @JioCare Yes, I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original/source account. I do not want the voucher reinstated or a new connection. Please process the refund and confirm the refund timeline. Also, please address the contradictory information provided by your teams

    @JioCare No. This is pathetic service. Instead of providing the solution, you are telling me how to do all these things to track. Why can’t you get hold of technician of the previous request and make him come and fix this now. It’s been 2 days

    @JioCare If my STB is not collected immediately and this issue is not resolved without any further delay, I will have no option but to reconsider my Jio connection altogether. If the plan are not changed to internet only , i will discontinue the entire Jio connection and move to Airtel

    @JioCare The sales representative, Anand Rathod (Bhosari), is not helping. He says there is no voucher or money with them and asks me to get the refund from the company. Customer Care sends me to the sales team, and they send me back. Please resolve this internally and refund me. @JioCare
