Hi @reliancejio @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon, my wifi is down for 4 days in a row, In my view, it is ideal to provide atleast some alternative if you cannot provide wifi service. What Am I paying for if I have to buy mobile data every other day?! Common!

@JioCare Dear jio team, my jiofibre connection at home is not working since 3rd April and after raising many request issue has not been resolved till date. Request ID- SR00001ACHK7. Request to resolve issue by tomorrow or please take back your jio box and refund me the amount.
