    @JioCare so this clearly requires a physical inspection and repair/replacement by your technician. My Jio AirFiber has been completely down for 3 days. Your customer-care number is not connecting, and I am also unable to raise a proper complaint through the MyJio app.

    @JioCare @TRAI With each passing day reliance jio ki services worst hoti ja rahi hai. 7th August 2026 se jio ka net snail pace se bhi slow chal raha hai. It's taking more than 5 minutes for a simple google search. M using jio service since a decade. Shame on you jio.
