    @JioCare Please suggest how to UNSUBSRIBE from jio services. Worst services. Frequent automatic disconnections. No way to move out of subscription. And no resolution of issues.

    It's been 4-5 hours since my jio network is acting weirdly. The person I'm talking to on the phone able to hear my voice but I can not hear his voice for a minute then I can hear him for 30 seconds.... Please fix this issue as soon as possible @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare (SR00001G7NVZ) this service Id was raised about a month ago and I'm still waiting for the resolution. Customer care cares only about the after call feedback but not the resolution. They don't even care to get back to the customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare But the complaint i raised is concluded to be resolved even when the issue persists. Why Jio you have to play such weird games. All you need to fix is the radius of the signal near me. Really shameful. Probably switching to other operator soon. 😡 🤬 (2/2)

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've been facing the problem of poor internet speed in Jio-Fiber since a long time. Although my data plan guarantees 30mbps, but I hardly get even 3mbps!! Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. 📍South Kolkata, WB
