  @JioCare Replied over DM. The problem is my parents cannot do troubleshooting steps. Instead of this if a technician could have been sent to registered address I think issue would have been resolved by now. Please let me know if it is so difficult to send technician. I will disconnect.

  @JioCare If this matter is not resolved with an appropriate bill adjustment and a permanent solution, I will be left with no option but to pursue legal remedies and file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer authorities. You are forcing your customers to take that route

  @JioCare No update & no way to contact anyone. Customer care phone number just tells me to use the app, app has a booked relocation request (with completed payment) with scheduled date in the past! No customer support over the app too. This is crazy! @jagograhakjago @DoT_India
