    @JioCare My JioFiber connection linked with +91-1276316019 has not been working properly. A service request was raised on 21 May 2026 at 7:39 PM (Request ID: SR000036F96X), but it has already been rescheduled automatically twice without any resolution. Current status is on hold

    Today is the 4th day and my internet by @reliancejio @JioCare fiber is still not working. Such a bad decision to go with jio as they can't corrected the service from there end even in 3 complete days. Such a bad decision to choose jio fiber. Very bad service & customer support

    Hoped porting to @reliancejio would be hassle-free, but I’m stuck without a working SIM for 2+ days. New SIM has no signal, and previous operator SIM sub is expired, so I can't even dial the IVR call! Jio closed my ticket claiming success when it's completely dead. Had to reopen.

    @JioCare @TRAI Dear Team, I'm receiving harassing calls from Jio Customer Care. Recharging a number is a customer's personal choice. Why are agents calling from non-official numbers and threatening to block my number if a recharge isn't done?

    I already did monthly recharge of 299 rs on my Jio sim but my Jio sim does not network connected since last 15 days I am out of India and keep recharge of 299 to activate my sim, now sim does not have network in my JIo card please help @JioCare @reliancejio
