    @JioCare @jagograhakjago No body called, why do you collect alternate numbers if you can't confirm with customer before marking it "customer not available". The whole day past by waiting for the engineer and talking to your incompetent customer care service providers. There is no chain of escalation.

    @JioCare The issue was finally resolved on 24.04.2026 at 5 PM, after a full 6-day delay. Yet, you claim there was 'no delay.' Had this been a government service like BSNL, the engineer would have faced strict action or punishment by now.

    @reliancejio Support, internet services have been completely down for the past 2 days in Shivtara village, under Alapur Tehsil, Ambedkar Nagar district Uttar Pradesh This is causing serious inconvenience to residents. Kindly look into the issue urgently and restore the connection

    @Akraj149 @jiocare worst service from jio.They registered jio airfiber connection more than 10 days back and till date they didn't install and not responding properly.

    @JioCare Link not working (invalid/expired). Issue ongoing since 17 Apr with no proper service. If engineer visit is scheduled, share exact date, time & contact. Speed still 1–15 Mbps vs 100 Mbps plan. Resolve urgently or I proceed with consumer complaint. @JioCare @reliancejio
