    @JioCare The problem is yet not solved. There is a backend server issue I'm sure. The smart tv jio tv app is asking for OTP evey few hours. Please address this issue urgently. Is there a paid service. I thought one settop box is allowed to work alongside one jio tv app like it used to.

I expect: • Immediate restoration • Written RCA • Action against those responsible for unauthorized closure.

    @JioCare Actively addressing this issue since last Friday. Your technicians don't pick up calls, they are scheduled to visit at 5:30 PM but they don't show up and switch off their phones. This is actively addressing. Well done! #pathetic #jio
