    I would like cancel my jiofiber connection because it has been 7 days since my verification and still now the engineers are unable to install the box and activate it. in short am really disappointed by the customer service. @JioCare

    @reliancejio appllate person also same reply that network team is working . whithout. Raised complaint who are working. When i emailed to appllate person he also divert to whatsapp help number and jio apps.

    @JioCare plz check your database rather asking same question everytime. I've been complaining since 4 months regarding network slowness but you seems to be less bothered in fixing customer issues.
