@JioCare hello Jio. You people not think about customer issues. Only think money. I don't without service how you people are charging money. If I given disconnect request last 2.5 months just calling customer care only. Till not refund. Cancellation order number CO0000E20YZY.

1/2 - Telecom industry in India sucks. Personally...Everyday @reliancejio or @airtelindia in the name of 4g we are getting only speeds of 2g or 3g and sometimes 1g. If we call to customer care they say due to traffic congestion speeds varying. #telecoms #Monopoly #internet

@JioCare I think it takes again 2 to 3months. My above 8k. Not 1 or 2 rupees. I have another one account which is not given connection you people deduct installation charges. This is your service. Just only looting money. See I giving complaints from last 2months. Now again same answer

@JioCare Cancellation order number CO0000E20YZY. Even customer care also no responding. If I asked about refund they said we are checking and hold my connection long time after call disconnecting. Seriously I think my is gone.

@JioCare And reconnect with new POI. It could save a lot of trouble to all of us if connection could be transferred but let it be. I will re-apply for a new connection.

@JioCare Poor customer support, I am telling you again I have contacted bank and they confirmed the payment. They said if merchant is denying then ask them to provide their statement in mail. And for you kind information it has been 2 months now since I made recharge.

@JioCare Of you give service I will never ever ask about refund. There is no connection y should I pay money. Check your service issues customer concerns first. Today morning I called CC 2 times if I asked refund they put my call hold for checking after long time calldisconnecting
