@JioCare my jio account number 300360856893 has been deactivated from past 2 months but none of your engineers has come to pick up the device Had called several times on jio customer care. But no action has been taken. My security amount is still with you guys.

@JioCare @deepakmnadiger “200 character default message” is very interesting service support model by Indian companies. Don’t act on service request no matter how many times customer bang on...as soon put it on social media awake as if they are master in service support.

@reliancejio the prices that you are collecting is not at all comparable to the service that you are providing. The network speed is worse.
