    @reliancejio @JioCare STB Installation was Due at 10 AM on 10Aug but the same has been rescheduled by local service centre on its own. More than 10 complaints made on customer care but no solution now it has been rescheduled for 12Aug. Do u want to install or not kindly respond?

    @TRAI @reliancejio Your system is clearly getting something wrong with my language/region settings. I’m in Rajasthan, yet Gujarati call announcements keep playing. Please stop giving generic replies and actually investigate the backend issue. @TRAI

    @reliancejio What exactly is going on with your network? I’m a Rajasthan customer, yet your recorded call messages are suddenly in Gujarati. Incoming and outgoing calls — BOTH affected. This isn’t a “small issue.” Fix your language routing ASAP. @reliancejio #JioCare

    Still nothing. Status unchanged — “Assigning an engineer” — no contact, no update, 3 full days now on a basic repair. This shouldn’t need a regulator to fix. @JioCare @TRAI @JoshiPralhad requesting attention to NCH docket 9912390.
