    I have very troubled with jio network please take action and solve the issue network condition is very bad internet speed is very down only 10 kbps speed come here many users use jio network but any body not solve the issue, @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Haven't received any call or SRN as mentioned by you. Still now no resolution has been provided. Kindly confirm will you guys change the faulty router with new one with any conditions or not.

    @JioCare Details sent via DM. Please check the data usage (and more importantly Data outage) reports, and try to make your networks at least work on 2G speeds (4G is still a far fetched cry for you all, even in State Capital Cities, let alone nit far flung areas)

    @JioCare I don't think you are getting it . We use to have a great coverage . Due to some issue in the local tower , the reception has gone bad . Iam asking jiocare to fix the issue asap
