Should I just forget about my money Rs 4500? @TRAI, guys please help. Not sure how many customers are 2/3

    @JioCare @reliancejio my question is why the customer is getting harrasaed for the this technical glitch even this is jio portal issue but they were saying contact to bank even after successful message on portal does it make sense?

    @JioCare @JioCare, @reliancejio, what a pathetic customer service, just had a word with Sofia from Customer Service on call, she is telling request has been rejected twice as the amount has been already credited. I haven't received the refund amount yet. Looks like she was using 1/2
