    @JioCare I’ve been trying to contact customer care since 2 days. Inspite of booking servicing slot twice for engineer visit, none has visited till now. Really disappointed with your service. The enthusiasm you show in giving a new connection should be present in support too.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice since yesterday Internet is not working in Nerul, so far no resolution #JioFiber. This is the worst outage i have seen from last 2 years, Fix it ASAP.

    @JioCare @DasKaushikda13 I have had the same issue. Not only that but they asked me to get the new fiber box. Checked that the old one was working fine and then they said since they have not got OTP they would come back but never did. Now current net connection is also not working for 5 days
