@JioCare @reliancejio you have worst network service provider. I and my family used ur network carrier around 4 to 5 years and not only my family but also approx. Whole village using your network had same issue Network problem, internet connectivity other issues call drop etc.

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare I am a yearly plan user of Jio and I feel that I am charged for useless subscription. Give me one best plan to change current service provider. 1 Hour call daily, 1.5 gb daily 4G internet hardly any SMS may be 10 daily. No extras

@reliancejio I have canceled my jio fiber connection on 10th of July but till I didn’t get any response from jio and when I tried to connect with customer executive they cut my phone and they didn’t provide proper solution to me. Is this the way. Look forward into this issue

Guys if you buy anything from @jiomart be careful while returning the itmes. You have to chase to get your refund back with this company. Being @reliancejio group never expected such third class service. @JioMart_Support no response. Utterly useless.

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare, been waiting since 31 hours after my complaint for the wifi to start working. That's not a typo. Literally 31 hours. Your customer care number keeps giving a new time everytime they are contacted.
