    @JioCare Being a such big telecom service in India, if these kind of problems are also not being rectified on priority basis, It's not big deal to port for other telecom services to the customer's.

    Jio pos lite people have stolen my balance and blocked my account also they have stooped so low that they cheat people and eat money and block their account, on calling customer care 1988 said It turns out that your solution will not come from here. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I waited for entire day for a helpful resolution.. only way to get a sim replaced is by ekyc fingerprint is absurd..

    @JioCare Jio internet just does not work on the Durgapur-Howrah railway line which is used by lakhs of people daily. What is the problem???
