    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFibreCare Extremely poor JioFiber service in Kokar, Ranchi. Internet issues every 2nd day and delayed technician support. We run a library + office and work stops due to repeated outages.Please resolve JioFixedVoice+91-6513173582

    @JioCare @reliancejio This response seems to be provided merely to close the ticket and mark it as resolved. Please note that my SIM was already replaced a few weeks ago, and the issue still persists. Kindly review the case properly instead of sharing inaccurate information.

    What's the status update on this SR000035XOEN 10 days old connection & it hasn’t worked properly even for 10 hours! Your team keeps opening & closing tickets daily without resolution. Fix this ASAP or take back your box & refund immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare I reported is specifically regarding privacy and harassment concerns arising from calls being placed to numbers . Requesting additional sensitive information such as complete residen, and other personal data appears excessive and disproportionate to the nature of the complaint.

    @JioCare surprise, support field staff attended on time but again without drill machine and left without relocate the connection. I think, all people should think twice before applying Jio fiber connection.
