    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI I don't know how you can allow jio to go on with IPO with such pathetic service. I see many twitter posts on customers frustrated by jio service. All I am asking is for refund of 1200 that they took from me and never provided service for it .

    @JioCare Till even after raising, service requests for 4 days , no engineer has come for the service for our Jio Fibre at Chennai . Everyday morning they schedule the time for the engineer for 3_4 PM but no body comes . Really we're fed up in calling the Customer care Our Online tuition gets affected without Wifi Please do immediately

    Most Horrible Broadband service provider..Out of 30 days , Internet will be disrupted 5-6 days in a month & The irony is that , this horrible company will not bother to solve the issue.. @JioCare @nch1915 @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber U r not addressing my complain and asking for dues.. Jio fibre service not working since 26 Jun and no technician visit scheduled and u have suspended my service istead of rectification. Gr8 job.. 8154809525

    @JioCare Shameful service provider Jio fiber SR registered on 26.6 Er scheduled on 27th postphoned on 28.6 again postponed on 30.6. Again on 1.7.26 It was stated visit on 2.7.26 again rescheduled on 3.7.26 Almost 168 hours are over shameful ugly service provider Fraud 1 @jiocareindia

    Hello @JioCare, My jio fiber is not working in my area since 4 days and whenever I am calling jio fiber customer number, they says that services will be restored soon but when would be services be restored. Please look into this issue immediately. @reliancejio @jagograhakjago
