    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare . The team has asked me again my bank details which i had shared via email & via dm as well , however still same repeated message which i dont understand if there is an issue with my bank SBI end or Jio bank side ? in the jio website there is no options to edit bank

    @reliancejio @jiocare @reliancejio JioFiber order LR000016EYAC amt was paid on 31 Aug 26 Tried multiple times – MyJio app, Fiber helpline 1800-896-9999 and WhatsApp support have no cancellation option Please cancel the order immediately and process full refund to the original payment mode

    @JioCare JioFiber service became worst recently. In the past 10 days, this is the 3rd time I am facing internet connectivity issue. This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    ISSUE since 3 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 26 days back Kuch toh sharam karo Nikammo, @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. Raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber benefits issue reported on July 3 is STILL unresolved. I accidentally selected the wrong benefit and requested a reset to “Full Value Back Vouchers.” It has now been 60+ days with no resolution despite repeated assurances.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare and there is literally no way to contact you guys, just chat with your stupid AI bot. poor service, the I ly reason why I was reluctant to use jio instead of Airtel and now you guys have money for a year. need a resolution on this asap, happy to share my details in dm
