  And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

  @JioCare I am facing extremely poor network coverage at my residence in Gandhinagar Vavol 382015. Calls frequently drop and mobile internet is unusable. I have already raised complaints, but no action has been taken. Kindly investigate and improve the network coverage.@JioCare

  @JioCare Hi despite all my netwrk settings set to 5g, my netwrk keeps randomly dropping to 4g. A year ago it happened occasionally, but for the past many months its been happening daily. I recharge using my hard earned money, pls fix this issue. Check dm for screenshot. #jio
