And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

@JioCare I hope you understand that I am looking forward for solution to my problem. Its been more than 25 days Jio is not able to resolve small problem. Other customers in our society are facing similar issue bcos of poor jio service in our area

@JioCare @rvelega I was promised installation within 24 hrs but its been more than 25 days that I booked and made payment to jio fiber but still waiting for installation. I made mistake of paying 6 Months advance rental. Abysmal jio service

Thanks for not support and help for international roaming network @reliancejio @JioCare no one contacted. And I also give my international number but no one. I think there are not good service for the customer. @MukeshAmbanima make just profits. Not giving the service thanks

@JioCare last 9 days travelling in Europe. International roaming not working in any country. Have to chat continuously for hours with your international roaming desk on WhatsApp who literally do not do anything. I’m moving to Airtel as soon as I’m back unless you resolve this.
