    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare If u read the chain of tweets, u would certainly knw that all of u are just saying service downbut nobody cares to solve this permanently given the issue has been recurring everyday. The service has been resumed now but the problem is that it's every day service down about 6hr

    This is so disappointing. I ordered a matching number from Jio and did the KYC. But I haven't received the Sim for the past 3 days. Delivery boy is not reachable. And no one taking responsibility. That's a really bad service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Internet has been down since the day before yesterday, & again not working since morning today. No real customer support—just AI loops that create tickets, but no one shows up to fix the issue. Total waste of time. #Jio = #PoorService #CustomerRights @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare Also your reply are not in line with the issue...it's just frustrating ..and seems jio support donot want to help the customer and making fool..if such is the case I will port all my 4 family connections to the airtel.

    @JioCare I am using One plus Nord. I am facing trouble with voice calling. I missed my very important appointment because I could not receive the call because of ongoing issue. I tried restarting phone and it is working for time being. Please ensure that I don't face such issue @JioCare

    @JioCare I would request you to share some logical solutions. My device doesn’t support 5G also my sim is 4G. Rather than giving such illogical solutions please increase the speed. Even if users have been increased so shouldn’t you also increase speed?
