And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

@JioCare I can surely reapply, that's not the issue..if there is a fisibility issue that's different, I want to know is their any 65mts thing. Even if it is a concern the extra wire can be charged from customer.. why they are rejecting saying document issue..eSign of adhar is done.

@fiber_jio @JioCare I certainly understand that due to lockdown in delhi there are restrictions but you may get e pass if local ISP can. So, you may provide repairing service if needed instead asking customer to wait till 26th or unlock to resume fiber service...worst experience
