  And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

  @JioCare @JioCare This has been happening for the last 2 months, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Also, this is the 3rd network outage I have experienced this month alone. Please update your records immediately and assign the ticket to an active engineer

  @JioCare Wifi not working again for past 2 days. And I scheduled a request for today, which you guys automatically changed to afternoon tomorrow. Worst Service in the world. Thank God I switched to Airtel last month. Its good Jio is just a backup now.

  The service and customer care people of @JioCare are a crap. I had placed an order for a prepaid sim through their MyJio app 2 days back. I got the numbers of three different delivery boys but none of them turned up to deliver the sim.

  I raised this issue on twitter but their CC people are just asking questions one after the another, even though I have furnished all the information. Very poor service from Jio. @JioCare if you can't deliver a sim, then remove that service from your app.
