    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @rsprasad @TRAI The @reliancejio customer care is not ready to lodge a complain even called more than 10 times & this is against the right of a consumer. Sir Please take strict action. I made call recordings also for 3-4 times. The one of the interaction id is MR0000VHRZLW.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely slow internet connection from JIO, Even though it's mobile tower is located just 300 meters from my home. I have one more 3months plan then I Want to switch to @VodaIdea_NEWS But I have to check out first how vodafone internet speed is.

    Dear #Jio, We south Indians also ur customers. We have right to ask questions regarding our problem in the language which we knows including English. Every time i called to custmer service center executive talking other languages. I fed up with ur service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare india top most 3rd class network , here morning to till time 8.30pm here maximum speed 40 kbps in whole day maximum speed 50 kbps . India top most super duper 3rd class network & wrost service .

    @vaibhavsri007 @reliancejio @JioCare Yes exactly. I need the wifi connection on an urgent basis and everything was told to them which is why I paid entire 1500rs for the installation but no connection till now and no option of refund as said by customer care. I wish to have called excitel.
