    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare Our Jio fiber internet @OfficialJioTV is not working since many days & today even my internet has stopped working & I am getting the same answers that backed team will coordinate and help you but nothing hs been changed since last so many days,do the needful immediately

    it's my third tweet about @reliancejio 4G speed it like I'm using 2G and sometimes it doesn't work at all... recently, I recharged my no. with 3 months plan.. now I'm regretting.. I should go for another network like @airtelindia there speed is far batter then Jio, in my area...

    @JioCare No response even after 2 days of raising issue here. More than 10 days and no installation in place. JIO is Super pathetic service provider

    @JioCare @reliancejio Struggling with Jio 5G. Is there any solution? Most of the time there is poor connectivity and often forced to switch to other network.

    @JioCare This is a issue which will not get solved within 90days as you have poor network @reliancejio I am counting my days to port back to @Airtel_Presence I am a billing customer but not getting service what you are supposed to get and all my money is in waste

    I cancelled the connection 2 months back.till now I have not received the refund .While I myself have deposited the fiber at your center..no one came to do pickup and it has been more than 1 month, no response has come yet..plzz check my issue @JioCare @reliancegroup @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio Its sad to say i get 5g for only 15-20min in whole day, after restarting my device.. Again it goes back to 4g. Same place all the time.. No movement of device. Device has no issues, it's fully compatible. I don't know about jio(Kolkata).
