  And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

  @JioCare It's been 10-11 days since I am facing service outage. I have recharged for a month, now I am not even sure if I can use JioFiber service for this month or not. For the days I have been patient, someone might even have repaired under se opic fiber cables and restored services.

  My JioFiber no. 9545762091 worked barely 20–25 days in 2 months. Frequent outages, no resolution, while others worked fine. Technician expected “kharcha-paani”; I refused. Now connection disconnected. What ****, @reliancejio? @JioCare

  @reliancejio m extremely frustrated wth the net issues that keep happening every month. Despite repeatedly contacting Jio Customer Care, thy dont even raise a complaint whn we request one. Instead, we keep hearing the same excuses-our teamis working on it,it will be resolved,etc

  @JioCare However, we can't commit a date now. Please ensure your network settings are configured to '5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto)' on Android or '5G Auto' on iPhone. This will allow you to access 5G services as soon as they become available in your area - Tanushka (2/2)

  .@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fibre wifi connection is down since the last 10 hours with no service resolution from your end. The engineer who was supposed to visit, cancelled his visit on his own and rescheduled it to day after tomorrow. What does a customer do? RESPOND HERE NOW

  @JioCare And you wise people use chat bots not to give any solution. When the network itself is not working, it asks to switch off wifi and switch on mobile data. Idiocy to the core. Thinking we are gullible.
