And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

@JioCare The service agent called me in the morning and said hes checking the issue. When I called him back hes saying that because of BMC digging outside my house, some cable has broken and this issue will go on for days. I don't know what to do.
