    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @sachinkg8399 @JioCare @reliancejio Yes now a days we are facing too much problem from jio services in this area but their customer care executives are so adamant...they never accepts that their network service is poor in this area and their behaviour towards customer service is pathetic. Needed quick resolution.

    @JioCare As usual no one came for the scheduled appointment today also. Earlier I used to get empty assurances on customer care call. Now I am getting empty assurances on twitter. That's an upgrade given by @JioCare @reliancejio . Bravo !!!

    @JioCare Add one more day without any resolution. Technical team doesn't have a clue for the fault and resolution. 5 days without Internet. How can we do WFH ?? #ShameJioFiber #AvoidJioFiber

    WTF @airtelindia what happended with your network ? I got only 100 kb/s speed from last 7 days. i believe @reliancejio is best service provider. If you can not solve my problem in 3 days than i will switch to @reliancejio
