    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare, the registration representative has fled after the registration is done (AirFiber NO0001DR81RS), entered a wrong date for installation while I wanted it done today. Now he is unreachable on phone. CustCare numbers never reach a human. Hope now you'll take some action?

    @JioCare @reliancejio .Please treat this as a formal complaint and resolve. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will escalate the matter to consumer grievance authorities and telecom regulators.

    @JioCare Till my issue is resolved make sure I get unlimited internet with 100mb/s speed, as I am tried of this engineer visit bullshit from last 1 month.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Day 12 of a simple JioFiber relocation. Today via DM, your team confirmed a technician visit at 4:30 PM. No technician arrived. No call. No update. Another promise broken. Is this Jio’s idea of customer service? #pathetic

    @JioCare @JioHotstar How do I reach out to you? Looks like you have complicated ways to reach to you. Your app is non-functional. You bundle ott subscription but then you log in with no. It does not work. How do I raise a complaint?

    @JioCare Address - 2RP3+CV7, Kasaundar, Uttar Pradesh 221718 Coordinates 26.0363791, 83.8057159 Very slow internet speed from last 4 months. Despite multiple complaints, no proper resolution has been provided yet. Network quality and internet speed remain extremely poor.

    @JioCare Every time the same fiber cut issue....
