However, this issue has already been pending for 3 days despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances that it would be resolved “today” or “tomorrow.” Please ensure that the engineer actually visits and resolves the issue this time.

Helpline support zero , no human is there to respond , only human respond when you ask for recharge, is this way to work. ?
