    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    Tech issue: JiO app causes WiFi disconnections on LG OLED TVs (works fine on other streaming apps like Netflix on same network). The problem occurs during app initialization, suggesting JiO’s connection protocol stresses older WiFi implementations. @JioHotstar @JioCare @reliancejio should audit app optimization.

    @JioCare Due to a technical issue, I did not receive the booking/order number for this order. Therefore, I made another booking on the 11th aug. using my other number, and I will proceed with the installation of that connection. Hence, I want a refund for this payment/order.

    really a bad experience .. waiting for new jio postpaid sim I had ordered two days back and the delivery executives are not responding on calls or messages @JioCare Can you do someting about it Jio? or please take the order back and give me my refund..disappointing experience

    @Godfath52464383 @JioCare @reliancejio Every service provider is same. In our country we only look at acquiring users, post that we go off to sleep till the user decides to port out. For those three days, the user is King and thereafter, new service provider with no change in QoS

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare , why is your so-called 4G/5G network performing worse than 2G in Mahishi, Bihar (PIN 852216)? My family has 4 Jio connections, and we each recharge with the ₹899 plan.
