    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @reliancejio @JioCare In TN at 601301 we living in a flat whereas contains of 5k ppl around, many of us looking for internet but u are not at all considering it as business opportunity, kindly @elonmusk consider starlink support for internet. #support_us, #we_need_good_internet.

    Nw having cald the cstmr srvice thy have re-opnd the same tkt. But shocking is the msgs & the respnse i got. thy claimed I have rescheduled the visits ... Never did any1 call me in the 1st place. Is there some1 who actually tracks these absurd activities @JioCare @exploreIMC

    @reliancejio Poor customer service, calling from last 4 days but still Set top box installation not done, every time customer service just re-scheduled slot. too much un-professional behavior by customer service, Is that jio's fastest service ??
