    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare No one is actually working on this issue. Every time I reset the device, the connection works fine for only 2 minutes, and then the same issue comes back. Please don’t just tell me that “the team is working on it.” I need an actual technical resolution. #jio #slowinternet

    @JioCare @reliancejio A technician just visited my home and said that my AirFiber Plus cannot be installed because the tower is 2 km away. Also, there are other AirFiber connections already installed in my society, so why is there an issue with installing mine?

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare My Jio AirFiber is facing a serious speed issue. I have a 30 Mbps plan, but I’m getting only 0.25–1 Mbps download speed, while upload speed is around 29 Mbps. SR No: SR00003EXK9L was raised yesterday, but there has been no technician visit.

    @JioCare dear Jio my 4 complaints have fallen on deaf ears. no resolution. No complaint number given in sms or email and every time it starts afresh. Very poor service. Not expected this poor response from your technical team. My connection is through my mob number 8788801876
