  And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

  I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

  @JioCare @reliancejio applied for new a wifi connection and made payment of rs900on 27 Aug 26 and still not able to get it install when tried to connect with customer care they just say wait for next 24 hrs each time. Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.

  @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

  @JioCare @jio_fiber Service Request no SR00003FHYKT JioFiber has been frequently down since last week. Issue was marked as resolved without resolving. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Never buy Sim from loot company Jio. Beleive in quality not looting company.
