    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare I switched from airtel to jio around an year ago because airtel network was not working good and even after complaining 100 times they were unable to do anything. Jio was working good but since 1 month Im facing a lot of network issues and the network condition became pathetic.

    @JioCare @TRAI @JioCare First' of why I need to reschedule because of your management failure. You people working for us or customer will adjust for your convenience . Simple question why schedule cancel without notification

    @JioCare we are trying to get an Internet connection issue for the last 7 days. Irony is the connection is less than a month old. We raised multiple service request and your customer care executive and technical team on the ground are not providing any support.

    @JioCare Harshit, this issue has already been pending for nearly a year. I have been hearing the same “please allow time” response repeatedly. Please provide a clear timeline for the technician visit and permanent resolution instead of another generic assurance.

    @reliancejio Jio Internet network in phones act quite weird now a days, keep buffering Jio doing plans expensive but no resolution to Internet speed AIRTEL VI is better option i believe @JioCare Now they will send message but they don’t have solution to it
