    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare and don't make us fool by saying you don't have proper tools to fix the issue i am facing. If a technician doesn't visit my home and fix issue today. I am really gonna highlight my issue with others.

    @reliancejio Having the worst possible experience with the Jio network in my area ( Ponkial Gaon, Doigrung, District - Golaghat, Assam, PIN - 785702). Network Fluctuations and slow internet speeds are constant, and when there is no electricity for an hour guess what no network.

    @JioCare Waiting for the JioFibre for > than a yr in my location which is in a prime position of the city. Just < 500 m away your service is being provided. Filled the form in MyJio app AWA in Rel. Digital multiple times. Kindly inform the status. To wait or to choose other.

    @JioCare I wonder how you are the best network - when you can't even connect a new connection even after one full week despite having the jio box on my house wall!!! Your salesguys are pathetic - they just make false promises and try to sustain false hope - as long as they can.
