    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare Its already 8 days till now no connection was installed and not received the phone calls from yesterday afternoon. If u cant provide the servicea to customer what's the use.

    @JioCare Engg visited, spent 1-2 hours roughly, internet works, after he went off, its again gone, when called them back they said, we are looking into it and its been 1-2 hours since then no body turned back and issue remains the same. Incompetent Engg or worst services by #JIOFIBRE

    @JioCare Not sure what the hell is happening with Jio in the Shivdaspura area of Jaipur on Tonk Road. It always shows no signal. @TRAI @JM_Scindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare I booked a Jio AirFiber connection on 7 August after making the payment, and I was promised that the installation would be completed within 5 days. Today is 20 August, and my connection is still not installed. I have repeatedly received messages saying the installation is scheduled, but every time it gets postponed. Whenever I contact the concerned team, I am simply told, “It will be installed tomorrow,” but nothing actually happens. I was later informed that there is a shortage of working devices in my area and that some of the devices being received are faulty. If this is the situation, why are customers being allowed to book and pay for the service with a 5-day installation promise? I have already tried Jio Customer Care and chat support, but I have not received any meaningful resolution. I have also filed an official complaint through CPGRAMS. This has been an extremely frustrating customer experience. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear installation date or an appropriate resolution. Customers should not have to wait for weeks after completing payment while receiving repeated assurances without any action.

    @reliancejio I am facing problems with my Jio Broadband connection. I paid Rs 4443/- for 3 months subscription but I am not getting any response. The order no. Is N00001F9Y33K. Sales person is not picking phone calls. His number 93119 53666. Please resolve!
