    And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

    @JioCare I have raised a total of four tickets regarding this issue, but the response from your customer service team has been extremely slow and disappointing. Despite several follow-ups, there has been no resolution or proper communication.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. SR #SR000038TDW5 has been rescheduled 3 times without any prior intimation from your team. What's the use of a scheduling option if appointments are changed without informing customers? Poor support experience.
