And even after making 20 calls to customer care @reliancejio and @JioCare have not found any solution with the problem. At 1:00 AM data got renewed and got over in 30 mins without using the internet much.

@JioCare I am trying to get set top box have recharged with your 999 plan, tried 4 times to pay security deposit of 1000 from jio app all the time amount was deducted from my account but payment was failed on app now I am clue less as to how to get the set top box can anyone help
