    @JioCare @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet I urge you to disconnect immtly & refund the security deposit at the earliest

    @JioCare Stop this nonsense. It’s been from May 2024 to August 18, 2026. I never got 5G, and the 4G service is pathetic. All i get is endless excuses 3 days, 7 days, 3 months, 4 months. Heavy user, temporary issue, busy hours. Everything except actually fixing the network.😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio sir it's been 10 days since I booked air fiber but now your installation guy is denying to install and saying again and again that it will cancel automatically and you'll get your refund..and now from last 5 days he's even not attending our calls..

    @reliancejio Jio’s international routing is terrible for gaming. Even normally I get ~155ms to Dammam (should be ~85ms) and ~225ms to Europe (should be ~160ms). Today Dammam is 800+ms. Same issue on JioFiber and Jio mobile. Please fix your international routing/peering.

    @RelianceJioCare @JioCare you guys should get a award for making customer life as hell, a simple relocation request could not be processed in 7 days. Raised another ticket by your call centre to close an order id CO0001U5SROT of relocation for harrasing customer SR00003EAFZT.

    More than 7 days, and @reliancejio still hasn’t resolved my issue. It’s been 4 days since the replacement order, yet no engineer has been sent. Customer care kept me on hold for over an hour and then disconnected the call. Ref: SR00003DZWJV Whom should I contact now? @JioCare

    @JioCare I booked an only TV PLAN vide order No. NO0001F5QMJA, and deposited a sum of Rs. 1999.99, but it was not installed by saying due to technical reasons on 12th Aug., till now No one is telling any update, if it is not possible then cancel the order and refund my money.

    Network problem persists frequently and it takes many hours to get resolved,jio fiber can never replace traditional DTH services.i want to go back to the old technology. Jio air fiber is the worst!! @JioCare
