    @JioCare kindly assist with JioFiber WiFi only plans. I see that the plans are being offered to new connections but my existing one is on a stupid mandatory OTT plan.

    TNPDCL officials attributed the failure to an issue with telecom service provider #Airtel . The utility is shifting connections to #RelianceJio or #BSNL after nearly 3,000 Airtel CUG numbers were disconnected, a senior official said.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Generating a THIRD Service Request (SR00003EBXB9) doesn't solve the issue! You missed deadlines for the first two SRs while ignoring proof of unauthorized fund diversion. Stop hiding behind fake tickets and process my ₹1,200 refund IMMEDIATELY.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Raised a relocation request on 14th Aug, paid ₹1,200, & router collected—yet NO installation at my new place! To make matters worse, I was logged out of MyJio app today and can't log back in to track anything. Urgent fix needed!

    Last month, jio customer care reached out when I posted I am changing to Airtel because of worst ever coverage from jio, I am still there. No situation change. It's been 1.5 months, no change in network, worse now. Give my money back of recharge. I have been scammed @JioCare

    @JioCare Shared, please do the needful. Am fed up with @airtelindia for the poorest services. The problem is not solved which we are facing since last Friday. Roat happens to be 5th Day.

    Fed up with repeatedly calling JioFiber customer care and chatting on the app, with no resolution. I simply need an engineer to visit and check the router, but even that seems impossible. Please arrange a technician visit ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Your engineer keep rescheduling the visit. that's what jio is providing service. no internet. only rescheduled visit. shame on you. And answer my question - what's the compensation policy?
