    @JioCare I am writing this tweet after being tortured from Jio fiber. Truly worst service. I got registered myself on Sunday 19 April 2021. The agent promised me that he will fix the installation within 24 hours and on his words I have started my work from home.

    @JioCare No you will not until I complaint to reliance group page your team is just wasting reliance group money you doesn't get customer seriously and thinking who will follow up the complaints if my problem not solved in 2 hour I will send whole conversation to reliance group page

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio my brother passed away last December. Can i get the same number sim? (my brother sim was registered in bangalore(karnataka) but we need in Andhra pradesh). We can't go to bangalore due to rapid rise in covid cases. Please help us to get a new sim

    @JioCare Having internet routine and latency issue from past two days. Already raised a query to customer care, informed about the urgency of the request but till now no response from your side. If that would be the case I would prefer to choose some other service provdr in futr.

    @JioCare I have not received my refund , your customer care and local executives are befooling every day that I will receive my refund very soon. Device has been collected on 14/02/2021. Are you doing business ethically ??
