@JioCare There is no solution till now, my new SIM has not been delivered till date, my money is also stuck, I am calling customer care but the phone is not connecting, initially it seemed that assurance was given. Your problem will be solved in 1 day, today is the fifth day.

@reliancejio @TRAI Also using Airtel no since 14-15 years but no such issue faced and they respond quickly and effectively in satisfactory manner to each queries whether it'recharge related or anything else Really thinking to discontinue all jio services now after such services and response

@JioCare There is no temporary issues , its a permanent issue. Replace drop cable . And dont send the same person . Still from 3 days there is no internet.

I wish @airtelindia and @reliancejio were penalised for the horrible services they provide. It sucks that during any emergency, we are stuck with them. This is not even a regional issue. You could be living in any major city in India and still face the same issues.

@JioCare It's been 7 days still sim is not delivered in mumbai like area, can this be considered Jio online some delivery with 48 hrs is false commitment? Backend team is still looking at issue? even after 7 days ?
