@JioCare hi jio on ground floor and 1st floor of my house i get only 4g lte signals to catch 5g siganls i need to move 2nd floor then only mobile catch 5g signals please solve this issue i cant use 5g in gound and 1st floor of my home

@JioCare I recharged my no 7847859388 for Rs 91/- on 17 October but it failed and money deducted from my account but not recharged customer care told money will refund within 25 days but till now no response no refund.

@reliancejio Apne customer care executives ko thodi akal do. They are calling me to pay my bill but have no idea why this bill was generated at 1st place ? I have already paid 3500 rs in advance untill dec. So why this bill of 75 rs got generated ?
