    @JioCare Complaint Registered on 24th may 2026. Service status showing is engineer assigned  but  no attempt made to contact . Also , the schedule keeps postponing to next day.  Its been happening from Monday onwards.  Ensure timely service or kindly disconnect the fibre .

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been non-functional since the 2nd day of activation despite multiple complaints. I’ve paid for a 4-month plan but cannot use the service, affecting my office work. No technician visit has been arranged so far. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    Charged ₹2254 for a ₹888 Jio AirFiber plan 😡 No proper bill explanation, no support response—only SMS/email payment pressure. Fix this billing issue ASAP. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Still there is no resolution. Do one thing, if this is the level of your service, then please refund my money and take your setup back. I would happily use @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence or any other local service provider.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare My jio airfiber is not working properly from last 5 days. I have been calling to jio customer care no for a round 5 but it's giving automated response. Look into it as early as possible

    @JioCare That's not even my concern. I want to cancel. The app doesn't have the option, the bot says connect with support. WHICH I AM TRYING, but you guys are not connecting with me and keep saying my billing date. I already KNOW THAT

    @JioCare Today also almost the day is over,no resolution the engineer scheduled doesn't show up it has been more than 10 days still the issue is not resolved The is the worst experience nobody should use your service if the quality is this terrible.
