A new connection was given around 10th april after which there are frequent disconnection in building. You may check for new connection in queenstown society, chinchwad pune, a wing, around 10 april .check ur records plz.

Contacted customer care multiple times, got only 24-hour assurances and no proper response even after emails. Very disappointing customer service. Thinking of shifting to @JioCare
