  @JioCare Tanushka, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

  @JioCare After taking money, why is it being assigned to a future date? When collecting money, agent said it would be installed same day. Now it’s getting pushed. And you are closing complaint too. What’s this about? Please open the complaint again.

  @JioCare Sukhmeet, any update on SR00003BM2X1 you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏

  it's so tough to cancel @jio_fiber subscription, they make your already hard life hell You can't reach out their customer support, the app is useless and there is no help @JioCare is this how you guys earn money??? worst part, they don't have an option to cancel but just relocate
