  @JioCare Actually service engineers are just coming and saying wiring required more than 80 metres so not possible to repair and just cancel and shift to ACT broadband also shared act representative number for better price but i argued why i have to when jio is already there? So what?

  @JioCare I don’t understand what you are trying to resolve and why this is taking so long. If someone has raised a complaint so many times, it should have been resolved by now. Seeing the same responses for almost two weeks makes me doubt how and when this will actually be sorted.

  @JioCare Third class service please don't book jio air fiber they will took money for booking but not installing. I booked it 30 April. But steel not installed. They only give fake promises and costumer care also not working

  extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio I need to cancel my Jio AirFiber. No option in the app, no option on the web, and no human on the phone. Can someone actually help me here? My request shouldn't be this difficult to process. #RelianceJio #JioAirFiber
