  @CareJpb @JioFinance1 @reliancejio My issue is resolved, I really appreciate it. but you need to up your banking services quality. I've been a customer of jio almost since it's launch 9 years ago and never thought to port to another telecom service. You also need to match that quality with your banking experience.

  @reliancejio @RelianceDigital @JioCare I am an jio customer and recently recharged my number. However, for the last 39 days, I have been facing severe network and internet issues. The internet speed is extremely poor, and the service is not working properly despite multiple complaints.

  @JioCare My Jio AirFiber plan includes @ZEE5India Premium. If it’s a premium subscription, why am I seeing ads every few minutes while watching movies and series? This is affecting the viewing experience. Please clarify if this is normal or a subscription issue.

  @JioCare I have placed a request for jio fiber connect, through "My Jio" app, just received a sms stating representative will contact, its been more than 10days no calls and no further updates, and yoir jio support 7000770007 is switched off. Worst customer care @reliancejio
