As per your earlier update, I was supposed to receive a call or status update today, but I have not received any call, message, or update so far. Now you are asking me to contact JioCare, but the customer care numbers are not connecting at all.

When I called customer support to find out why, they said the weather was not suitable for a visit. Worst service experience. @JioCare
