From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

Hi all, please help. I am entitled to Hotstar premium subscription under Jio Recharge package of Rs 4199. But their promo code is shown by the Hotstar link as invalid. Calls & emails to Jio Care are futile and returned with ridiculous replies. Can anyone tell what to do.@JioCare

@reliancejio What is the reason for the loss of signal from the Reliance Jio tower with the disruption of normal power services in our area (Dhakuakhana -787055-Amaraguri)? Is there no generator/battery system with the tower?
