From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@JioCare trying to reach customer care to relocate my jio fiber connection. Chat bots are impractical, response received on call is that u have to contact through the app. And there's no easy way to contact, where the matter would be addresses immediately. Pls advise 1/2
