    From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

    @JioCare That’s what you’ll have been saying since yest morning but no update it’s been over 24hrs. If you take 24hrs for the update how long will you take to fix the problem! Also many residents are now switching from #JioFiber bcos #Jiodown #Jiodoesntcare

    @reliancejio Very pathetic service from jio fiber they are not refunding the deposit amount and not able to process the closure of the jio fiber account. (Be cos of bad customer service I am closing my account and they are least bothered to complete the process.)

    @JioCare My Internet is not working since 4 pm on Monday 17/05/2021 at Matunga East, Mumbai and your customer service is pathetic and no resolution till now!horribly unprofessional especially in the current work from home scenario! Jio sucks
