    @jiocare please resolve network issue at my location. LTE is not giving the GSM speed even after 50 meters jio site distance from my locaion. Pl suggest me which operator I look ahead to experience the 4G in india.

    From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

    @JioCare @JioCare Still problem persists. Engineer visited on 27 May and said I need to wait 48 hours. Today morning he assured me he would visit again and fix the issue permanently, but he never came. Internet is disconnecting 100+ times daily and badly affecting my VDI work. 1/2

    Hey @JioCare, paid for a 100 Mbps upgrade on May 6th but still stuck at 30 Mbps. Raised complaints, promised technician visits, but no one showed up. Now told my 1-month recharge expires early on May 31st and refused a refund. Terrible service! give my money back."

    @TRAI @JioCare I have been facing serious 5G network issues for many days now. The internet speed is extremely poor, and the network often stops working properly. I contacted the customer support/help centre multiple times, but instead of providing any real solution,
