@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Till date no response from Jio. Surprisingly Jio customer Care198 refused to take a n/w complaint also as they r confirming that know that there n/w has issue & wouldn't be taking complaint. May be complaint nos. records would hv to be shown to TRAI.

Hi Jio team, the problem of my phone again occurred after twice visiting the Jio centre at Aditya mall, GZB in 1 week. Now I am fed up and asked for replacement and they asked me to wait for 2 hours which is tough. Please help me @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

@JioCare customer care remains terrible.. They took 7 days to repair JioFiber internet Frustrated I took airtel connection, which took them exactly 12 hours incl wiring. I queried them for refund amount they don't answer and disconnected the internet. @TRAI @ianuragthakur
