@JioCare I wanted to port my father's number to Jio however the staff at your Shalimar Garden office is so unprofessional that they denied to give me sim at sharp 9:30 PM Moreover the attitude they have is non tolerable, plz help @reliancejio

This year we are going to celebrate our 70th INDIAPANDANCE Day but we are going towards digitization but our network connectivity is not good like i am phasing an issue with @reliancejio. I have done all the complaints to their customer care executives but no action was taken.

@JioCare Flooding is a terrible situation in Bihar, due to this there is a lot of connectivity problem, people are unable to talk to each other, most of the time but @JioCare @reliancejio is working very well, and jio consumer talking comfortably

@reliancejio My 9 Month old Jio Mobile is not working due to some battery issue.Your Employees at JIO Service Centre at Modinagar Ghaziabad, UP are demanding Rs 200 for the same. They are behaving very rudely. Please take the issue at very urgently. My alternate no is 7017259401

Dear @JioCare, my mobile got stolen today & I needed a replacement sim asap - even to file a complaint with Central Equipment Identity Register (CIER) of @CDOT_India in @DoT_India Ur exec found that my fathers' name is same as my name in ur records & I was not issued sim 1/2
