    @JioCare since the night of 28th April, Jio Fiber connection at my home in Adyar, Chennai is not working. The app reports an outage that was supposed to be fixed on 29th morning, then 29th evening and now no fix date is showing up. Please fix it ASAP

    @JioCare Paid for Jio Fiber service, but the issue remains unresolved and the technician is now suggesting that I switch to AirFiber—while also stating that my existing plan amount will not be refunded, even though the service has not been used at all

    @JioCare Whenever I call your customer support, they simply said lead didn't raised , we are raising request, will refund in 21 days ,or will refund in 4 days or in 24 hours, I call daily to them, they daily give assurance,
