    @reliancejio My 9 Month old Jio Mobile is not working due to some battery issue.Your Employees at JIO Service Centre at Modinagar Ghaziabad, UP are demanding Rs 200 for the same. They are behaving very rudely. Please take the issue at very urgently. My alternate no is 7017259401

    @reliancejio @IMMukesh_Ambani @AmbaniOfficial a worst network coverage, getting a data speed @ 60bps. Horrible and customer support says they ve very good coverage.

    @JioCare @reliancejio guys thank you for all the thing which you are done for me from now onwards i already provide aproximately 1 month for better service but you are even worse so bye bye i am gonna port again to @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare dont call i am gonna harsh on you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very bad response from your customer care team as I am facing network issue for long time but always disappointed so please arrange callback asap from senior authority as I am unable to do work from home and already activated multiple packs. @ImAtulKansal

    @reliancejio @TRAI There is a huge networking and connectivity issues always in our area. Every time complaints seems no satifactory response with the authorities. Even We we have to go to the top to find a half of signals. Please take certain steps to solve issues.

    @JioCare @JioCare is the worst company with poor customer care support . I have been begging them to relocate my jio fiber connection form 1.5 months . Already sent so many mails and called so many times . No response. Had there been a new connection they would come running . Shame!

    @JioCare it been one year since i submitted application for installation of JIO tower in my farm,never got any response ; one or two time i contacted with "customer care exucutives" but they said may be some kind of procedure is going on n they r from different department;

    It's been 30 days from the pick up of set top box .still refund amount not credited .is this how customer service being provided.Provide the contact detail and progress .if we don't recharge our connection are suspended immediately than why so late in refund @JioCare @Jio_Ambani
