@JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Why the customer are forced to listen the recharge the related ivr message before cal even though have to recharge after 3 or 4 days. It's so much irritating, Can you guys take this as priority and resolve.
