@reliancejio I had an old connection of jio fiber due to changing my residence I needed to relocate my bio fiber connection which was not relocated even I have paid also for a new connection still there is very lazy response! It's urgent for me pls help me.

@reliancejio Dear sir I am residing at C-22, Yamunapuram, Near RTO office in Bulandshahr, U.P. Due to Corona, I am locked at my home. I have to do my office job online but due to JIOs poor network, not able to do it. Network around other city areas is ok. Pl look into it.

@JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI now jio communication have reduce signal and speed of the internet... While 1 year of their jio sim launch the internet speed and jio network signal was high but now bad signal even we are paying for 4g but using 3g speed.. I don't think so.

@JioCare Recently I have moved to Jio from Vodafone. But jio executive charged ₹500 as security deposit. As the postpaid user this should not be charged. Jio is not providing proper resolution for this. Very poor Jio.
