From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@reliancejio @JioCare Greetings for the day! why jio doesn't have Special SMS Recharge Plan because I can't even send SMS with Top Up balance nor you do have Special SMS Recharge Plan.? What is the Solution you provide to your customer except recharging with another amount.?

@JioCare You message clearly calls out how ****** your customer service is. Your sales person has given the wrong address and the wrong phone number. Where is the setup happening? Update my address and phone number first. Or just return my money! Moreover, read the issue before answering.
