@reliancejio @IMMukesh_Ambani @AmbaniOfficial a worst network coverage, getting a data speed @ 60bps. Horrible and customer support says they ve very good coverage.

From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@airtelindia network speed embarrassed me during a bill payment at a restaurant… and then finally I had to connect to a Wi-Fi of a @reliancejio to get the payment done.. Very poor from @airtelindia .. if this speed continues I’ll be porting soon….

@JioCare No Purnima. Each jio person is trying to hide the sin of fraud sales person abhijeet who falsely committed 15 days extra plan. It's truly not acceptable you loose your customer. I will tell my friend how jio is doing fraud of 15 days Xtra validity plan

@reliancejio Still no1contacted me, worst response still my issue is not resolved, over my two complaint se no -SR00001H2G9K and most importantly miss behaving me SR- SR00001H6V4S still pending as it's TAT is already over. Today I feel like jio fiber lekar Mera chutiya kat gaya.

@iam_surajarya @lakshhd18 @JioCare Even I have been following up since June 2022 for my #JioFiber amount to be refunded. There is absolutely no update from the Jio team on the issue even after 1000s of escalations even with their Appellate team. Really a frustrating experience.
