    From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

    @reliancejio Broadband Jio Account ID 900321587783 we are struggling to get support from @JioCare please short our Internet line which cause our loss or shut down I will have another vendor your technical team is not taking seriously. We are your customers you need to care us.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio your internet speed worst since 2 days. And you call it a 4G. It's speed seems like 3G. What should I do now, in past I have complaint several times, what should I do now? Tell me or should I quit and port it to Airtel?

    It's been two days and still my issues isn't solved. No internet and even no acknowledgement by team. @JioCare So much annoyed by your service this time. No one is coming to resolve this. And toll free number gets cut automatically without getting me connected with anyone.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare. My WhatsApp calls have not been connecting for 2 weeks. Visited Jio centre where I was told to call 198 - CC executive said I must call a different number for WhatsApp issues but refused to share a no. Can you help?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my Jio mobile sim at 11:43 am today using UPI (Gpay Transaction id xxxx xxxx 5172 on My Jio app) but its not recharged yet. Pl start my outgoing calls urgently. @TRAI is requested to ask Jio to start complaint no. bcoz 198 is not working.
