    @JioCare I recharged 719 whose reference no.BR00075RBEC9 Have done but didn't get any maha cashback and called 10 times on 198 and 1991 but there is no option to talk to costumer care. Never got such a useless experience till today got it from jio, Please help

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare I'm customer of Jio last few years but when I call for Jio care don't connect for customer care , however Wewe connect then ivr online wait minimum 15 minutes and you says Jio service great , very bad and rubbish service every month I raise complaint for network

    @JioCare @JioCare The internet has been down since July 2. The technician visit was scheduled for July 3, then rescheduled to July 4, and again to July 5. That is already a 2-day delay, so how can you say it is on time?

    @JioCare I have Jio AirFiber with the outdoor antenna installed on the terrace. During rain, water is entering through the cable from the rooftop unit and leaking inside my house. Internet is working, so diagnostics show no issue and I cannot raise a service request.

    @JioCare Hello, It's been more than 72 hours and I'm not able to use my jio airfiber. I can't understand what exactly it takes to figure out a small issue. I have just been asked to keep patience and co-operate but all my household work and office work are stopped from 3 days due to this.

    Hey @JioCare I am getting very low internet speed on my wifi connection. Max speed in 35.80 Mbps on my 200 Mbps connection. Your customer care service is pathetic and useless,just keep me on waiting and still helpless. Do the needful urgently else I would move to @airtelindia
