If we try to contact customer support they don't pickup calls and mail they also don't respond back. As per automated response because of heavy rain service is disrupted.

Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green).
