  @reliancejio This is a serious service failure. My JioFiber cable is disconnected between the distribution point and my home. Complaint was registered on 31 Aug, yet the connection remains unresolved. Several days without service for a basic physical cable issue is completely

  I feel @reliancejio definitely need to improve training of their customer service people or all staff who delivers customer service. Rude, in hurry all the time and seems very aggressive every interaction I had with anyone there.

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Exactly the same issue. Paid 1100 over 40 days back. No one came to install and finally I cancelled it and till now there hasn't been any refunds despite numerous mails as there is no actual customer care .

  @JioCare The technician assign (9231422752 orde NO0001FAPKJY ) is now being extremely rude . After 10+ calls today, he told me: "Don't call me,I won't answer your calls." 14 days with NO device, No internet with false solution,and now customer harassment! Action needed now! @reliancejio
