    @Imhiteshmulani @JioCare @DoT_India Jio should stop their service, particular that district or area, else consumer cheats by Jio, once everything will be ok then they can start their service again...Why u can pay 4G and will get GPRS speed. @rssharma3 @TRAI @jagograhakjago @Bharatsevacare @janpaksh

    Jio 5G++ signal is showing in Allahpur, Prayagraj, yet I can’t even send a WhatsApp message. I have to buy separate 4G data add-ons, which often don’t work either. Customer care has been giving the same assurance for 3 months, while Twitter DMs get no response. @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare the least you can do to keep your customers happy is take their request to close @JIOAIRFIBERIN connectin and free their houses of clutter. Plz close my connection and take your boxes back and give it to someone who needs trouble in his life.

    What a shame for @JioCare @reliancejio! I have been experiencing terrible internet speeds on JioFiber for the past week. Despite charging so much money, if this is the kind of service you provide, it is absolutely unacceptable.

    @reliancejio I paid ₹1.1K to a JioFiber provider whose number was shared by the Jio team. Now I’m neither getting the connection nor a refund, and the person has stopped responding to calls/msgs. Please investigate this urgently and help resolve the issue. I have payment proof.

    @reliancejio Useless customer care. I am trying to reach customer care since morning and I just want to talk with support agent. Useless bot noise all over the chats and calls. I am stuck in a serious issue. I sent and email, again i got automated reply email.
