Today, when I contacted support again, the agent (Suma) disconnected my call without providing any resolution and redirected me to feedback instead of assisting. Additionally, the local engineer’s behavior has been extremely unprofessional and rude. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio I called your customer care from 7780938615 number I told him about 5g network issue. He threatened me that I am talking to you otherwise I have other things to do. I will shift from jio to vi or airtel if my grievance is not resolve. I pay 350 monthly

@JioCare @reliancejio SR000031nxip was marked “resolved,” but the issue persists. Another complaint (SR000034j3jv) raised yesterday was also closed without resolution. This is the heart of Ernakulam, and such service is unacceptable. Screenshots are attached for reference.
