    @JioCare If you can confirm that it can be done in next 48 hours then fine else share the escalation matrix. I did not find any information to escalate the issue further. What is the reason Jio representative are not not closing this issue.

    @JioCare Engineer calls and told me that they changed the DP to another place and asked me to disconnect the old connection and buy the new one . Why I have to buy the new connection it's your problem .

    @reliancejio I, a septuagenarian, visited a nearby Jio mini store @ Show Sarkar more, Kalna, Burdwan to link my Aadhar to my mobile phone offline. I was flatly refused. I'm unable to do it online. Please help.

    @Airtel_Presence Prabjoyt, Pls understand how difficult it is to operate without an internet for almost 10 days now. Staff don't show up as they can't work on mobile hotspot. I m nw being told by the Engineer that it is not possible to fix this. Left with no choice but to try @reliancejio 1/2
