@Imhiteshmulani @JioCare @DoT_India Jio should stop their service, particular that district or area, else consumer cheats by Jio, once everything will be ok then they can start their service again...Why u can pay 4G and will get GPRS speed. @rssharma3 @TRAI @jagograhakjago @Bharatsevacare @janpaksh

@JioCare @reliancejio Sir we are living in 2021 and still getting 0 network. We don't even able to make phone call. We villagers also recharge the same amount. Thn why are not we getting the same service like City people get. Please consider our problem sir.

@JioCare Words are not synch. with Action. In third day of outage we are not even aware of time of resolution. I feel myself bechara customer of JioFiber. Have been calling customer care from 3 days, writing emails to customer care no resolution. Thanks to tweeter some one replied here.

@JioCare @reliancejio My service request number is SR000015VR8K. My jio fibre is not working since 15/7/21. I had earlier also asked for help for repair of my jio fibre connection. My complaint was closed without any resolution. Nobody from service helped.

Your employee fraudulently took my money. We paid him cash & customer service always been saying money got returned to the original method of payment. Your agent received the money but not us. Followup with him & have him return the money.@JioCare @reliancejio

T 2/2.better to go with jio fibre as they provide good handling and cares @JioCare customer to much not like @Airtel_Presence as they don't care about their customers. i have payment proof of payment . i want to do report against them anyone please help me to do this.

@jiocare Raised multiple requests MR0000XJISU1, SR000015SQEY for the same issue from last 15-20days.. Still issue is not resolved. No acknowledgement or update from your team inspite of multiple followups through email.. Could anyone look into the request #badcustomerservice

@JioCare there is some issue with your MyJio app as it won't load in your 150 Mbps connection and it loads slightly better in airtel 100Mbps connection. But finally it doesn't load at all. And I have uninstalled, reinstalled and done basic troubleshooting myself but no gain!
