    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare It’s been ONE WEEK since my wife's Jio SIM was delivered, and it’s STILL not activated. No network. Nothing. I’ve raised multiple service complaints, yet there’s been zero resolution or meaningful response. Jio advertises “activated in 2 minutes across India.” This is the reality: 7 days and counting. Is this what Jio calls customer service? Absolutely unacceptable. #Jio #JioCare

    @JioCare They never solve our slow internet speed problem, even if we complain again and again. They will answer with an inappropriate reply. Worst service ever. I will change my provider very soon.

    @JioCare Why @reliancejio engineer telling me stop recharging me airfiber and it's not gonna work after august 2026! Then this request raised by its own, i haven't raised any complaint or service request!

    Thinking of getting JioFiber? Don't make that mistake. If your connection goes down, @JioCare will leave you stranded for a week with only automated bot replies. Terrible on-ground support and zero customer care. #JioFiber @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare WTF is going on with the network? For the last 3 weeks, every weekend when I come home, even a slight change in weather and your network completely goes for a toss. Forget 5G , you can't even provide a stable 4G connection!
