    @Imhiteshmulani @JioCare @DoT_India Jio should stop their service, particular that district or area, else consumer cheats by Jio, once everything will be ok then they can start their service again...Why u can pay 4G and will get GPRS speed. @rssharma3 @TRAI @jagograhakjago @Bharatsevacare @janpaksh

    @JioCare Jio I'm facing issue till now no any reply from jio in any platform. Even customer care is denying that no data is available regarding. Order No- NO0001CXUV3G all data has been erased by jio. Without any refund. Pl do refund Suffering from last 1.5months @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Where's the update? You have been checking this for the past 2.5 months. How much more time is needed to resolve such simple issue? @realnitaambani with such efficiency how long Jio will remain Jio or this is all part of the bigger plan to fool the poor people of this country.

    @JioCare I request you to please, Inspect the pole connection properly Secure the cable connection permanently Ensure that unauthorized disconnections do not happen again This problem has happened multiple times, and I request immediate attention to resolve it permanently.

    Gross service deficiency by @JioCare @reliancejio! Order CO0001SCZ4IB for JioFiber relocation pending for days. Countless customer care calls, an email to the regional Appellate Authority, & a personal visit to the Malleshwaram branch have all been completely ignored. (1/4)

    Had a discussion with Jio customer care regarding connection closure. Fun fact is you wont get refund for amount you paid in advance. So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @_MukeshAmbani It has been 4days since my connection was installed, and the internet is still not working properly.I have tried calling and messaging the technician,but I am receiving no response.Customer care assured me that issues would be resolved quickly, but my problem remains unaddressed.
