  @whoalamin @JioCare Facing same issue with Jio sim since 2-3 years. Someone took a bike loan fron Hero Finance. They don’t have any details of that chap except mob no. They are continuously calling me unnecessarily and asking me to come to their office. I denied. So just ignore them.

  I escalated the matter to Jio’s Appellate Team. Their reply referred to one closed service request and asked me to restart the router and share the LED status. They ignored the mis-selling, repeated outages, staff conduct, refund and cancellation request.@reliancejio @JioCare
