  @reliancejio Lousy service at Reliance superstore Malagala, Bangalore. Stood in the check out counter for 1 hour . Systems down as the Jio network had failed. Staff looked overworked had no Answer . Dropped everything and bought from a local kirana shop outside .

  @JioCare disconnected my JioFiber service without my consent, and even damaged the box installed at my premises. I registered a complaint through your IVR on the same day. However, despite my complaint, the local team is acting arbitrarily and has still not restored my connection.
