  @reliancejio @JioCare Their plans provide unlimited 5G data but even regular 2G internet speed is not being offered At least people should have access to 4G speed in the name of 5G I am facing this issue in Delhi. I wonder what network problems will arise in remote areas.

  @JioCare @JioCare it hasn't rained a single drop since the last 2 days. There's no water logging anywhere in the vicinity. Please clarify what is causing the service disruption and how long it will take to be fixed? I am having to pay for additional data every day due to the WiFi loss.

  Dear @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 3 days and there is still no proper restoration of my Jio AirFiber service. There has been no meaningful update or timeline shared either Will Jio compensate customers for this prolonged outage or simply ignore them and expect us to keep.

  @JioCare I will definitely switch to another Internet provider. As and when the services are disrupted continually. Today my Internet service is not available for more than six hours.

  @JioCare The Wi-Fi was installed yesterday. This morning, the wifi was not working and when I called the person who installed it because he said, “Sir, it looks like it has been stolen,” and he sounded quite sure. So we went to Terrace and found the device missing. 😭😭

  @JioCare And daring to cancel the order if i want, so how as per your records the resolution in process? On what parameters? This is India. Zero accountability. Even after full payment. Customer is advised to wait while no pressure on the internal staffs.

  @airtelindia @reliancejio made the experience unbearable. It raises a major question: will the government or @TRAI take action against a company that cheats common people like this? Since this morning, let alone 5G, I haven't been able to access even a 2G network. What action will be taken against such
