    @JioCare My number is 9654523481 and I have already made a payment to my previous service provider 24 hrs ago. Shared all the details about the transaction with you guys still I am not able to use the services. I can not wait for 72 hours without telecom services. Pathetic!!!

    @JioCare I have shared my number and alt number and address many times since 2018... But you only give one one reply Sir network coverage is good there are more users at the moment so you are facing problems... And i am feedup of this excuse @JioCare

    @JioCare, I have registered a compliant on 2nd December but till date it has not been resolved. I have followed up for 10 times and the same reply, "regret for the inconvenience, and the issue will be resolved between 2pm to 4pm". Service Request #SR0000136DYX.

    @JioCare Jio Employees are so arrogant and egoistic. REGRET THE DAY I DECIDED TO TAKE JIOFIBRE. WORST SERVICES. SCAMEEERSSSS THE ONE MONTH FREE SCHEME IS JUST A SCAM PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT. THEY DON'T REFUND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

    Ported my number from @reliancejio to @airtelindia . Airtel gives very good internet speed. Jio sucks. Had to port my number due to speed issues.

    @JioCare tried calling all Customer care numbers but it only goes on IVR no personnel answers the call. It's of no use taking jiofiber service. Poor service and waste of money
