For @JioCare I am only a number. But don't forget there are many others who are the victims of your pathetic, third class service. If you keep turning a blind eye towards customer satisfaction,then the day is not far when customers will turn a blind eye towards Jio.

@reliancejio I am a jio customer, I am having very bad experience when I joined jio. Customer care creates daily new SR when I call them. I have 5 SR request for cancelling my connection. Request got automatically closed. Till now no one has come for device pickup in last 24 days

@JioCare i am trouble in jio fibre i cancelled it but i am not get refund my entire amount. As your term and conditions jio fibre is first 30 day trial. So i take but now i dont want so please come to my home and pickup your router and refund my whole amount.........

Jio is a poor company, if you get its monthly recharge done, it will not give speed, if you use another company's sim, then you cannot install its sim in a phone without volte network, please do not buy its sim @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare Greatly Disappointed. Recently moved to a new place, however unable to relocate my Jio Fiber connection. Haven't received get any assistance from Jio. Almost a weeks time, tried calling CS multiple times and sent them emails but the response is generic but no solution.

@VarunBadavath7 @JioCare Jiofiber is not helpful at all...they do not attend to complaints within a reasonable time...and also they refuse to refund for the down time...Jio is bullying their customers
