    @Imhiteshmulani @JioCare @DoT_India Jio should stop their service, particular that district or area, else consumer cheats by Jio, once everything will be ok then they can start their service again...Why u can pay 4G and will get GPRS speed. @rssharma3 @TRAI @jagograhakjago @Bharatsevacare @janpaksh

    @JioCare @JioCare Unable to DM you. Issue already raised multiple times—still no resolution since 17 April. Assign a technician today and confirm a fixed time slot here. This delay is unacceptable. Expect refund for downtime.

    Facing constant issues with Jio AirFiber—speed is extremely poor and buffering all the time while watching Indian Premier League. @JioCare please resolve ASAP. @Airtel_Presence is Airtel AirFiber available in my area? Planning to switch.

    @JioCare This doesn't solve my issue. I have been paying for services that I cannot use for 3 months. If there is no immediate plan to install a new tower or boost the signal, please process a refund for my recent recharges and guide me on the MNP process. I cannot wait for an resolution.

    (1/n) @JioCare It has become nearly an everyday thing now that I have to raise a service request why do you guys provide a wifi service when you can't even give a seamless service more than that 2 engineers visited this morning none of them fixed my issue now what should I do?

    @JioCare Charging customers without providing usable service and then denying a refund is unacceptable. Requesting immediate resolution/refund.
