    @Imhiteshmulani @JioCare @DoT_India Jio should stop their service, particular that district or area, else consumer cheats by Jio, once everything will be ok then they can start their service again...Why u can pay 4G and will get GPRS speed. @rssharma3 @TRAI @jagograhakjago @Bharatsevacare @janpaksh

    @JioCare @DoT_India Since more then 1 months, issue not resolved. Biggest fraud customer service, on the name of 5G network only scam with people, worst speed and unable to call to national cyber number from jio.

    @JioCare Bhavana, I appreciate your reply. Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue. This is not complex issue but with no benchmark set it become who cares issue

    @JioCare @JioCare why you people always give assurance saying that your issue will be resolved soon. If you have less availability of engineer. I am continuously following up since last 4 days. But no resolution from your end. This is not the good way to treat with the customer

    @JioCare FYI, we everyone at our house is using jio phone number,but we didn't expect this kind of response for air fiber You know your service person,even though we are customer, didn't call to us,just asked details to another customer and left,so why are we paying money? (2/3)

    My jio wifi has not been working since morning and there is no way I can talk to the support team. None of the number gives an option to talk to an executive. This is so helpless and awful, how can wifi not work for the entire day?. @JioCare @jio_fiber @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceJio I must have missed the invisible technician who "resolved" SR00003BL9CF, SR00003C2FWZ, and SR00003BD23J. Zero calls to my numbers, zero internet. Phenomenal customer service!
