    @Imhiteshmulani @JioCare @DoT_India Jio should stop their service, particular that district or area, else consumer cheats by Jio, once everything will be ok then they can start their service again...Why u can pay 4G and will get GPRS speed. @rssharma3 @TRAI @jagograhakjago @Bharatsevacare @janpaksh

    @TRAI @reliancejio I need my refunds since day 1 jio airfiber is not working as promised , bad speed , airfiber services are impacted since yesterday.. Cannot use it. Even your technician visited yesterday but after 1/2 hr again it stoped.

    @JioCare 10 days. Zero action. @Jio keeps lying with the same line: "Engineer will visit tomorrow." No engineer. No resolution. My child can't study, I can't work, 10 families in Raheja Complex, Sundaram A1 are affected. the most irresponsible customer service. Shameful.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your Internet fibre cable service is down since mid of June 2026 in DLF Ph3, Gurgaon, when will it be operational it is really a shame company like JIO is not able to find a solution to the problem, we have taken year payment plan and cannot shift to Jio Air

    @JioCare There is no use of any visit after 2 days, when I'm facing issue today . I think Jio is not able to handle the customers

    @JioCare @reliancejio One disconnection and you keep wondering when on earth will they rectify it. And throught the AI based calls or jio chat. You will first get number of due date reminder and latest offer but no resolution to our problem.
