    @Imhiteshmulani @JioCare @DoT_India Jio should stop their service, particular that district or area, else consumer cheats by Jio, once everything will be ok then they can start their service again...Why u can pay 4G and will get GPRS speed. @rssharma3 @TRAI @jagograhakjago @Bharatsevacare @janpaksh

    @wolfden13x @JioCare All I get to hear from them is everything is good at the backend. And basic troubleshooting like I'm unaware as to how you do that!! 16th June se chal raha hai yeh and zero resolution. I've paid annual plan re or else I would change.

    @JioCare Interruption again now. 3rd time in 2 days. Pls devise a plan to reimburse or extend the connection validity if there is continuous outage in your side. Currently you are engaged in fraudulent activity. @JioCare

    Hotspot use karke phone ki battery health ki toh vaat lagga di hai meine @JioCare - It's unbelievable how little your people care about things. I even have the number of the person who is supposed to fix it. Initially he was giving false promises, and now he's not even answering

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with the service. I raised a complaint for my Air Fiber connection, but it’s been 4 days and there has been no response. No engineer has even been assigned yet. This level of customer support is unacceptable. Resolve my issue on priority.

    @JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @trai please intervene and help as Jio is not refunding the money. Neither they have a tat to refund nor they are bothered about the issue.
