    Today I did this tweet because Jio customer care is doing nothing to resolve my basic problem from months I am very dissatisfied from service of jio .My problem is just i cant use jio internet inside my house even my home is in front of Hajipur junction @RelianceJioCare @JioCare

    We have ported in to jio from vodafone due to poor data connectivity but now we feel that vodafone is better than jio. Worst ever mobile network and customer service @JioCare . Dear Mr @MukeshAmbanima your interference is needed.

    @JioCare you are providing very poor services. We are paying you in full but getting pathetic services. Fibre running at 2G speed. Engineers not attending complaints and closing calls without resolution. @TRAI what is your role here?
