@reliancejio Facing internet slow issue from 2 days none of ur advisor are interested in helping instead of advising bot network check...... need to know is there any network outage going in kolkata .... in every 2 mins or so I've to reset my apn ...it too slow

@JioCare All details shared, but I am not having very positive guts that u guy will do anything. As safer side , I have initiated port out process, if issue does not resolved within period I will port out, no time to chase with such idotic service

@reliancejio @JioCare I have booked a jio fiber connection on Aug 12th which had cancelled but I haven't received my refund yet. When I call to the customer care, every time they have saying wait for 21 days. Registered Number: 7011393221 Order Number NO0000IBOJOB.
