    My #jiofibre is down from 2 days no one is bothering in #jiocare #jiofibre to solve the issue. No one is taking calls and when you talk to local rep they say to give up old connection and buy thru them. What kind of after sales service is this

    @reliancejio @JioCare we gave them 3 concrete referrals for which we should clearly receive 3 more months of internet service on #jiofiber but this chap Ashish Pandey is neither answering our call nor responding to us and nor does the jiofiber app show any referrals.. #badservice
