    @JioCare The delivery executive has stopped answering my calls. The SIM is issued in my name, so this is now a security concern. Your customer support has been unhelpful and I still have no resolution.

    @JioCare ve been a Jio customer for 7 years, but the network is now extremely slow. There is no easy way to contact a real customer care executive—only bots and no proper complaint option or real solution. Please fix the network and improve customer support.

Your complaint has been registered, however, due to system restrictions, we are unable to confirm the engineer visit date & time. Request you to use the selfcare route to reschedule the engineer visit after few (1/3)

    Very disappointing service from @JioCare. I have already reported the network issue multiple times, but there has been no proper response or resolution. Even after calling customer care, they are not listening to the actual problem and no action has been taken.#poorservicefromjio

    How shameless are you, @JioCare ? Despite paying for our recharge every month, you take no accountability and don’t treat customer complaints seriously. You haven’t registered a single complaint properly, haven’t acknowledged the service fault, and now you’re not even responding.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I filed a complaint for this exact same issue last time. Your technician came to inspect it, and it worked fine for a few days, but now it’s back to the same old state. What did they even do? Was it just a waste of time?

    @JioCare Need help. My JioFiber includes Individual YouTube Premium. My 13-year-old son is in my Google Family, so Google only lets me upgrade to YouTube Premium Family. But Jio won't let me cancel or delink the bundled Premium. Please help.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I raised a Service Request 4 days ago for my Jio Fiber connection. Still no engineer is visiting. All of them are marking them as Hold saying door is locked. No one came to visit till now. What sort of service is this?
