    SR No. SR00003ACBSX @JioCare jio team member call me and say yes there is network issue in your area but he is unable to fix it due to required request pending from jio uper team side .. India network unable to solve issue

    @JioCare I purchased a JioFiber 100 Mbps connection on 30 Dec 2025 but received only around 30 Mbps. I disconnected the service within a week and returned the equipment. My refund is still pending despite multiple follow-ups. Please help. Order No: 7096841176

    Rude behaviour, Implying that i am lying and i dont posses right info given by customer care, this is height of harrasment by @reliancejio @JioCare two days since my wifi stopped working and no resolution till now. I was repeadtly shoved off by customer

    @JioCare Nisha my request is in process but the details which I have shared is a new development. Jiofibercare excuse is absurd. They took working device & replaced with refurbished for no reason. Now @reliancejio deduct my deposit due their useless field service engineer mistake
