    @worldzmyn @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely man! It's pathetic! Same AI generated replies to tweets, when you call customer service they always ask to email, When you email, there's absolutely no reply. It's 2026 and India has no laws to protect its consumers.

    @udaykotak Appalled at the way @JioCare works, called them, told them I restarted their router and from the diagnostic of the router I'm getting huge ping losses so my network is slow. Other end kept repeating 3 times, sir is this issue with single site/device until I had answer all of them

    @JioCare It has been 10 days since I received confirmation that cancellation request SR000036GLLH was raised. However, the cancellation is still not completed and there is no refund update. Please provide a clear status and resolution immediately. @reliancejio @JioCare
