    @JioCare You're customer service is asking for details of the person who sold me the plan. It has been 3 months since the I bought the plan. How do you expect me to have those details? And your Database would have these details as the person who did my recharge would be in you database.

    Pathetic customer service from @JioCare . I am being wrongly charged with an outstanding amount for my Jio Fiber connection and there is no way to talk to their customer service executive who can fix this problem for me. Is this how you are running this business?

    @JioCare Please refund recharge also 1178 with security money. I was recharge my account on 1st August and after 4th August service was stopped.
