    @JioCare @JioCare It's been weeks since my cancellation request, and my refund is still pending despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from your team. Installation never happened, yet my money has not been returned. Process the refund immediately or I will escalate this matter further

    @JioCare absolutely nothing happened. When I first contacted customer care, I was told to "wait 48 hours." Now that those 48 hours are over, I'm being told to "wait until today." Every interaction is just another excuse to avoid taking responsibility. No one seems to know what's happening
