    @JioCare so huge investment but sorry to say people down the service isn't upto mark. I have lost faith in service ...there is no look back when the internet is down...so pathetic to connect with customer care and no one turns back before 24 hrs.

    @JioCare I just have been getting same response since 26/06 but from different customer care executive. Be it over call/chat/whatsapp. @reliancejio does your @JioCare really cares? 4days and no resolution. Just exhausting my validity over inefficient service provided by you.

    @Its_Me_Akku_ @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio fiber scene last 3 years no problem found .Last month Applied for my in-laws and next day installation and start functioning within half an hour. Very unfortunate that you are facing problem with them.

    @JioCare jio don't care...1 month left...no improvement.. illegally people have taken fibre connection and enjoying..jio employees coming , only viewing are....worst service

    @JioCare The network connectivity in my area is very poor. Data Speed is as low as 2 kbps. Call drop is frequent. Voiceis brekaing. Kindly do something to improve the situation.

    @JioCare Did I ask you a railway station in my area that you will take ages? Even airport or railway station perhaps being sanctioned in last so many months. And I don't bleave in remote area. It's Hyderabad and I asked for thebpaid service. Bloody you charge me not to serve? Scoundrels!

    @JioCare Shared the details with you. and i already complained you too many times. but no resolution of the issue yet. like ur customer support everytime told its temporary we r working. same thing u ask the details everytime but no solution. why such bad internet service. @TRAI
