    @JioCare Instead of providing proper support again you guys have started playing schedule schedule. Yesterday it was scheduled for 18june 11 am but again I got the msg it is rescheduled for 3:30 pm. It's going on for 3 days now. pathetic. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Worst customer support services ever. After calling at customer care number the lady couldn't resolve my issue and disconnected the call without any answer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare However, the service remained unavailable for 11 days due to a confirmed device fault. I request an extension of my plan validity by 11 days (or equivalent service credit) to compensate for the outage period. NCH Complaint No: 9517947 2/2

    @JioCare Complaint registered on 10th June & technician assigned for date 19th June is it fair enough ? Does it take 9 days to get the technician assigned ? Worst and poor service @JioCare

    @rutu609 @JioCare The network issue is absolutely unbearable currently. Every call either gets connected after 3-4 attempts or one of the sides cannot hear properly.
