@NivinKartik @reliancejio @JioCare I paid 3 months in advance with a promise of installation in 2 days. Now I am stuck for 16 days now. Everyday they reschedule to the next day without my consent but no one comes for installation. I advise you to cancel and switch to another company #jiofiberfails

Highly disappointed by the service of the @reliancejio fiber network in Tilak Nagar, New Delhi . Internet is down since yesterday . Now also they are giving lame excuses since morning . Every time i call the executive he is having his lunch since 10 Am.

@JioCare . SR00001CY4HK, this is scheduled since morning 11 A.M. today but no engineer visit yet. No credible response from customer care 18008969999. This is pathetic service. My business deoends on internet. consider this as escalation and send a service engineer asap.

@JioCare - pathetic and unreliable service from jio.I have raised request for engineer visit on 14th august for speed related issue,But from past 3 days the request gets rescheduled and engineer doesnt visit.I dont think you understand gravity of situation and this very casual.

@JioCare Nausheen no one has come only for the issue. Already briefed about it. The engineer had fooled me and took Otp and said He will come on my time. He didn't turn up. And I have received the sms that issue has been resolved.
