    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber got issues and blinked red. As you know today (Monday) is a working day and I really need wifi immediately to continue my work. But if you customer care it says that service agent can be only provided tomorrow.

    Hello @reliancejio what kind of nonsense going, so far calls were dropping but since morning no call going even there is showing network. Plan is valid till April but saying no plan. Service become pathetic. @airtelindia what is way to switch to Airtel?
