    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI In aam bazar, yellandu, Kothagudem dist, Telangana-507123 Being a postpaid customers in jio, the internet Speed is very slow as compared to other network Even though we have full signal strength, even after talk to customer care, we face this problem

    Jio STB uninstallation (SR00002KHWOW) scheduled on 14 April 2026 has not been completed. The assigned engineer is refusing to visit,saying the job is not assigned to him,despite multiple calls. Your customer care does a lot of nonsense and very little work. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare We have a JioFiber connection in Angul, Odisha. It’s been 3 days since we raised a complaint, yet told the issue will be fixed in 5 days. Does this mean customers must wait 5 days for repairs? New connections come in 1 day, but fault resolution takes 5?

    Jio is not working since morning and we are getting automated messages where the time keeps changing. Called customer care and they do not have an update We need to know what is the actual issue and when it is going to be fixed @JioCare @reliancejio thisis extremely disappointing

    @reliancejio Mr Anuj Jain ..highly disappointed with the Jio FIBER services. My jio fiber is not working since yesterday & I have registered My complaint yesterday only but not resolved yet. Pathetic service. The issue is UNRESOLVED.Request No. SR000034TCEZ @jiocare help !!

    @JioCare Don't provide a timeline which is not going to help me. If you can't provide service stop taking payment . Let consumer chose the service provider who can provide better service

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently switched to jio. Its worst of the worst in terms of call quality, internet speed though im in a popular city. You are looting more money than past few years and not providing good service. Such a pathetic situation. #jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely poor service! JioFiber down for 3 days with cable issue. Mobile: 7014648816 Location: Jail Road, Silver City, Dholpur, Rajasthan No support received. Kindly resolve immediately or I will be forced to escalate this complaint.
