    @reliancejio My jiofibre bill complaint 1179634736 ph recd from 9934393648 that I deposit bill & later I will receive refund of wrong charge of Rs 500 for prime membership which I did not subscribe Pl reduce bill so that correct amount is paid & refund exercise is avoided Kumud

    I had ordered clogs form Jiomart and they were bigger in size. I initiated return next day but no pickup was made. I have raised 100s of complaints but didn't get any solution. Customer care is fooling me for a month. This is pathetic @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @TRAI Issue is still not resolved despite sending all the details to Reliance Jio through DM. Only chatbots communicate without any resolution. Still my postpaid number is inactive in J&K

    @JioCare Can someone make engineers visit more friendly and easy then wasting 48 hrs telling backend team will resolve issues. Such an atrocious system.....extremely difficult to get issues fixed with jio Making feel opting jio was indeed a mistake
