    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI In aam bazar, yellandu, Kothagudem dist, Telangana-507123 Being a postpaid customers in jio, the internet Speed is very slow as compared to other network Even though we have full signal strength, even after talk to customer care, we face this problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had done a recharge of 399 plan on 07/09/2021,my money was deducted and recharge was not done. Then I waited for a day and did a recharge again, same thing happened. Now a total of ₹940 are being taken from me and still no recharge is done. Kindly help

    @JioCare @JioCare this is a poor show. Initially I was given time for SR resolution from 11 AM -12 no one called then again I get time from 02:30 -03:30 PM still #NoResponse

    @JioCare Any1 available in jio Fibre who worried about customer or you people are just make your seats hot with Jio money and doing harassment with cstmers now it's more than 72 hours and you people don't have an 1 engineer who came and fix the problem! @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even after 5 yrs you don’t have ground staff to take care of service issues. Fiber down for 4 days and no even bothered to contact me. Now I understand they all are busy in celebrations and enjoying ur making fool of people like us. Pathetic, Newton law will b applied one day.

    @JioCare I have sent you my details on DM and all I am receiving are generic troubleshooting tips instead of a proper resolution. Do your executives not see the attached images? How does restarting my modem help when the main wire has been snapped?
