I specifically bought the roaming pack with 50 SMS, calls, and data included. Yet: - No incoming SMS - No outgoing calls - Can't access bank accounts - Can't receive OTPs - Can't transfer salaries - Can't pay bills And despite spending hours with Jio chat support, there's been absolutely ZERO resolution. Imagine being stranded abroad with your financial accounts locked because your telecom provider can't deliver basic SMS services. Thanks for making a paid service completely useless when I need it the most.

chunnu subba (@chunusubba) reported@JioCare I dont know the shops name but if u ask any mobile shop 4 jio sim issues everyone sends to that shop in mg marg which is opposite to peepal tree. They say no use going to jio store proper because ur executive runs services from that shop since its accessible for all.
