    Have been without @JioCare net for 2 months now. Executives at customer care do not pick up phones, nor is their local office interested to resolve the problem. Called senior guy at their local office & he says will block your number. Not the kind of service expected @reliancejio

    @JioCare despite buying the plan which includes prime amazon, not able to activate it. None of your customer service responded with any help . Resolve this issue asap

    @JioCare you're simply just asking about cancelling port request. Ever tried asking what was the issue? There are comments pending from 2021 about your app - JioCall, which just doesn't work properly regardless of being in full coverage area. (1/4)

    @reliancejio very cheap and 3rd class service and customer service too. ported from postpaid Airtel to postpaid Jio as n/w very good at my location. Now after port only prepaid data is working good at very good speed. Postpaid not working on 9674532523 and other two no.
