    🚨 53+ hours without #JioFiber in Hyderabad. SR: SR00002MTV5K Complaint was raised immediately. Engineer visit was scheduled for 25 Jul, 10–11 AM, but without my consent it was rescheduled to 6–7 PM. It’s now 10:30 PM—no engineer, no call. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Beware don't use their broadband service after switching there 500 mbps plan paying 3k per month they don't provide stb box till now even after one month after complaint they close it without asking me request no is SR00003BQYPF service is pathetic in even metro city @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare hello jio team I am a jio home customer. I just wanted to confirm that why I am not given a privilege to watch tv channels on my mobile as well and why I need a separate subscription plan for mobile even though I am a jio home customer unlike airtel.

    @JioCare After 5 days of repeated complaints, multiple calls, and the same “Rest assured” replies, my service request was even cancelled without my consent. There has been no resolution or accountability. Requesting @consaff and @jagograhakjago to take note of this poor customer service
