    @reliancejio My Broadband is down from 2 days but all I get from the helpline is tareek pe tareek. I had scheduled a service technician visit yesterday but no one turned up. If I register a call back, they just give generic pap and keep rescheduling service technician slots.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, this isn't app-specific. The issue affects all apps and websites, including YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Chrome, Speedtest, and general web browsing. The problem is poor network quality in my area, not any particular application.

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint (SR00003AD2NP) was raised on 6 July. I called customer care yesterday and was told an engineer would visit, but no engineer has been assigned yet and no appointment has been confirmed. It's been 3 days without internet. Pls resolve this urgently.

    Hey @JioHotstar @JioCare why are you suddenly blocking titles on JioHotstar and forcing users to upgrade, especially when these were supposed to be included in the bundle with the ₹899 recharge plan? This feels like a bait-and-switch. Fix this and unlock the content we paid for!

    Jio doest care about there customer I have texted them, emailed them but till date I haven't received a single satisfactorily result so I think this is the last way I can do anything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. As soon as possible @reliancejio @JioCare @OfficialJioTV

    @JioCare I got a Jiofiber installed and it didn’t even work for 2 minutes. The engineers took money for installation but wouldn’t bother picking the call 5 minutes after the installation. If it is this way, I don’t want your **** *** service and demand a full refund.
