At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    Complaint no:SR0000191NGH got resolved today by jio engineer on march 11.we have paid recharge of full march month out of which 10days till today got waste. Please provide us with coupun to fulfill our compensation of these days.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @BSNLCorporate why we are not getting good broadband connectivity if we are paying for the service. A humble request to @reliancejio please provide us #jiofiber connection. After every two minutes our @BSNL_JK Broadband is getting disconnected.

    @bsnl_care I'm using BSNL sim in sim slot 1 itself I'm raising complaint against not giving basic OTP services and incoming services even after expiry as before. Why this services are stopped? Are you giving up competition to @reliancejio and @airtelnews

    Very disappointing experience with Jio. Despite informing them repeatedly my previous USA international plan was active, they didn’t cancel the new ₹2550 USA plan. Customer care and store support were unhelpful. After 8 years with Jio, I’ve ported to Airtel. #Jio #JioCare

    @JioCare first of all your IVR menu sucks... It keeps going around in circles with no resolution and I am unable to even contact a human. And second, I recharged with the 399 pack and my hotstar is still not activated

    @JioCare I want to cancel my JIO set top box connection. How can I do so. No option in app or on IVR. I want to cancel only set top box connection and not the internet services.
