    @JioCare I am attaching you the location of the place where every jio customer is facing some network problems , neither we can call someone nor we receive calls from other person. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

    You people have done fiber work on those areas which doesn't want or doesn't need it and many areas like me wants a fiber connection and your team is telling me wait for 10 days and it has been one month since they told me this kindly address my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio

    @VodafoneIN Using Vodafone from a very Long Time but now lot of issues with them , meanwhile so much Poor service , Technical Errors . Want to Port my Sims , shall I go with @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews or with @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Instead of raising service requests do some ground work also to fix the issue i have already received SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN and so on service requests. You are a reputed company grow up.

    @JioCare Is there is any development in Jio Network. Today True 5G launch in Jammu and Kashmir but in absence of No Network there will be No 2G/3G/4G or 5G. @airtelindia @ViVodaidea

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI 1/2 This disconnection is due to your mistake. It was confirmed by your team that they have services at the new address. Now you have backed off saying there are no services available. Check the history of calls and service requests. Its upto you

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I lost my phone along with my Jio SIM 2 months ago. I have visited the Service Center in Nagpur multiple times to get a replacement SIM, but the staff has failed to resolve my issue and activate it. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please help!

    It has been three days with absolutely no home internet in Vile Parle, Mumbai. We have raised a complaint, but there has been zero progress or communication from your end. Extremely disappointed with this lack of support. Kindly escalate and resolve this immediately. @JioCare
