    You people have done fiber work on those areas which doesn't want or doesn't need it and many areas like me wants a fiber connection and your team is telling me wait for 10 days and it has been one month since they told me this kindly address my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare The problem isn't solved yet @JioCare despite 24 hours gap I waited. Just tell me are you gonna fix this or not or I'll have to switch to a more reliable network like @Airtel_Presence

At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    @JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

    @ManojRa22325528 @reliancejio Airtel shows 5G icon on my iPhone 13 Pro and also the speed of 5G too. Jio had launched 5G in Kashmir Srinagar but don’t shows 5G icon nor a print 5G speed. Jio network is very pathetic in J&K Circle compare to Airtel

    @JioCare 1/1ENGINEER didnot visited ,how can he take photographs This is in reference to the Service of JioFiber connection for SR SR00001DIIDK. As per your request, our engineer has not taken photographs of the work carried out by him at your location.

    @JioCare Instead of raising service requests do some ground work also to fix the issue i have already received SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN and so on service requests. You are a reputed company grow up.

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    @reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution

    Pathetic service by @jio_fiber @JioCare . The engineer asked for cash and no help from customer care as well. They were asking for cash replacing my adapter without even giving the invoice. I want to stop using jio now. Have been using it for more than 6-7 years .

    @JioCare "I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Please consider this my final warning: if this issue is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will be disposing of my Jio Fiber equipment and terminating my connection permanently. I expect an immediate resolution."

    @reliancejio My mobile network & internet connection is very poor for the last 3 months, every week I am calling at 199, call centre simply give same excuses of network outrage that’s all, no improvement thereafter, they don’t even bothered to check?

    Dear ,@JioCare I’m a Jio customer since 10 years. My family uses 5 Jio numbers and I personally use 2. One number is recharged once in 3 months, but your team says it may get disconnected. But managing all recharges alone is difficult as I’m the only earning member at home.
