    @JioCare please improve your fibre as well as customer centric services. Stayed for almost 15 min waiting in a call queue 2 times still nobody picked up the call. Also Internet services are down from past 3-4 hours. Area code : 135003(jagadhri).

    i can't able to make calls even it doesn't show any network along with internet. whatever 4 g network claimed by @Airtel_Presence is completely fake. One can get better service in other operators @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @Idea i personally suggest not to buy Airtel services.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio. VODAFONE HAryana , YamunaNagar Call failed , call mute and call disconnect is very common issue with vodafone, why u people are not serious. Internet speed 0.1kb ... JIO much better option now. Just do copy paste instantly fast

    1/1 @Airtel_Presence my grandfather who dont know how to use internet, they dont call much, they had a cell phone because they get some calls from thier friends, for that he pay Rs. 35 per month for increasing validity. Can you help or he should switch to @JioCare might be they

    @reliancejio @JioCare #MukeshAmbani My number is 9899232890. I have tried multiple times on JIO app, but chatbot has prerecorded answer and after multiple tries when its transferred to exec, they are either disconnect the chat or not able to resolve the issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Neither speed problem get solved, not data pack problem resolved. At this tough time Reliance is not even bothered to call and address the issue. Highly unsatisfied with the approach. Pathetic Reliance JIO

    @JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani #jio Purchased addition work from Home package , but not getting 2GB/Day Limit. Customer Cate says I will only get 2GB/Day data limit once my base plan data limit completely exhausted. This is complete cheating.

    @Airtel_Presence What the hell is happening had raised a complaint for connectivity issue escalation team had called saying the issue was escalated for billing and international roam and also no mention of manager misbehaving also no one has called me for network issue time to move to @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi team, i stay at Vakola, Santacruz. For the last 3 months or so, there is outage of Jio internet services mostly on weekends. The downtime is largely in the range of 6 to 12 hours. Many buildings in Vakola are impacted. Request help in getting this addressed permanenty

    @JioCare I don’t understand what you are trying to resolve and why this is taking so long. If someone has raised a complaint so many times, it should have been resolved by now. Seeing the same responses for almost two weeks makes me doubt how and when this will actually be sorted.

    @JioCare 7 day period given by the company to resolve the complaint, but I still haven’t received any satisfactory response Now 13 day's over Neither has the connection been canceled nor has the refund been processed. Now it seems that taking legal action will be necessary.
