Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

@JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

Ridiculous Experience of @reliancejio . I was unable to be in direct contact with customer executive. I'd tried toll free no, 1991, also whatsapp support but didn't got one. Finally reach by chat support in myjio app but the way of conversation by (Rohit) was very regrettable.

@JioCare The ticket for the registered compalin was closed without even confirmation from my side yesterday. I am not getting internet for 3 days now. Had to launch a seperate ticket for the same today. What pathetic maintenance and customer service is this.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, your services are pathetic. Internet speed is as worst as 3G. Your guys are saying I am in full coverage area but due to peak hours I am experiencing slow internet. Answer me does peak hours exists through out a day. 😡 @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio You are Worst internet service provider ever. I faced lot of problems internet related last 2 to 3 days and still it's not resolved and I am not able to download a single files when I try to contect service centers no one can respond. What are u doing?
