    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    @reliancejio I have applied for Jio Fiber connection yesterday, done all the formalities and payment. Sales person told connection will be installed by yesterday i.e. 22/05/2021 evening but installation person hasn't came yet neither sales person responding our call. Please help.

    @JioCare I am facing constant packet loss in a game called CS:GO from past 4 days. Speed is fine on the jio fiber but packet loss is unbearable. I am not the only one who is facing this problem on jio fiber it's a nationwide problem. Please resolve this issue. My pincode: 800020

    @JioCare I am really fed up with the worst service of @ACTFibernet . If you guys don't respond I will try to add any other broadband connection as an IT employee I've been facing a lot of issues while WFH

    @vodafonein1 I am using my sim on roaming and pay almost double the bill than other network users do. I'm still not able to use the services properly and want to port to @JioCare or any other network.

    I recharged with 199 plan where i get daily 1.50 gb data pack but whenever i get text from jio that i have used 50 % of data they slow down the speed of the data ...may i know why if i still have 50 % data why the speed is affected @reliancejio @JioCare
