@JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

Hey @JioCare, my internet isn't working and the red light is blinking continuously on the router. But when I'm trying to raise a complaint through call, it keeps getting disconnected after making me wait for several minutes. It is so frustrating to deal with your customer service

@JioCare This is the height of inconvenience. I am constantly unable to use internet services on broadband by @reliancejio my number is 0181-7964588. Since last 3 days the connectivity issues are so severe I'm unable to work. Plz atleast give me an explanation what's the cause.
