    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    @JioCare I have made 3 complaints regarding the pathetic network coverage at my home place since 1 month. I can't make any call. Internet speed is around 1 kbps. (Before 1 month, Jio was the best network in my area) No action has been taken yet. Please help.

    @JioCare I lives in village where one jio tower is there but facing network issues all the time, with no data speed. Kindly help. We are jio users since 3 years. We have population of around 20000 but jio is not focused on the area.

    @JioCare I had raised a complaint on jio customer care and they assigned a technician though the technician called and we had fixed today's time he hasn't appeared till now neither he's picking up calls also the complaint has been closed again WITHOUT SOLVING MY PROBLEM.

    @JioCare From internet to call, everybody from your end apologize only but nobody is genuinely concerned about the problems customer face. Already have registered my complaint with a complaint number in hand, but still no progress. I am discontinuing your network, thats all!

    Issue with @reliancejio billing. I have #JioFiber Postpaid connection. 7 days back, I have recharged it with 1499*6M plan. Now, i don't see a way to download invoice for above payment. Following up with JioFiber Support they are saying to
