@JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

@JioCare @JioCare Yesterday, after Tweeting I got call from Jio customer care and promised that they will do home delivery of jio phone at provided location. But currently you are asking jio phone is not available. Why are providing false information over call.

@JioCare My dad has been hearing the same reply from jio since day 3 of complaint, yet no visits from the service team. I do not recall the name of the customer care executive. I called your Toll free number: 1800 896 9999 at 1:52pm today (4th May, 2022).

@JioCare no response from Jio since 29th April for my connection relocation request. From last 5 days they are saying it will be done today but no one turns up. If you guys are not capable the cancel my connection and return the deposit.
