Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

Santosh Kumar Panda (@santoshbibhaash) reported@JioCare Ma'am, the first schedule was given for today for which I raised the ticket yesterday around 2 pm but today it was rescheduled to tomorrow, not sure of the reason, I am not staying in a big metro city wherein they can't come and fix one wire issue for more than 48 hrs.

And everytime a jio representative gives me an automated text which tells me what is a postpaid connection. I want my bill to be corrected... No one understands english here it seems.
