    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    @JioCare I’ve called your customer care 25–30 times in the last 11 days. Every single call ends with the same line: “Technical glitch, our backend team is fixing it.” If nothing has changed in 11 days, at least stop repeating the same excuse. This is not customer support.

    It’s been days since I booked and paid for my JioFiber connection (NO0001EGIMW2), and still no installation. No one has contacted me, and there is no update. Repeated complaints only receive standard replies with no resolution. Extremely disappointing service. @JioCare #JioFiber
