    Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    @JioCare @reliancejio I booked jio phone, on website it is mentioned that one year plan is of ₹1499, but on contacting customer care they told that for frc i will have to pay ₹125, extra. why?

    @JioCare I am struggling for installation .I have paid rs 2500/- on 22 June 21,till now I have made more than 30 request for schedulineverytime cancelled by your team.Cancelling my all appointment saying put in hold as customer requested.I paid money for cancellations? Excelente

    @JioCare writing of my parents. Their jiofiber ac is not working for over 48 hrs. 5 calls later they haven’t responded back. This is incredulous service considering what they pay for the package!!!
