    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @reliancejio @JioCare everything ok except #CustomerService there is no value where time is important but on every complaint #JioFiber taking 24 hours to resolve issues in now days where 24*7 services required if you have large #Customer network it’s not first time experience

    @JioCare The Internet hasn't been working for the last 13 days. It has become a safety issue as its connected to my house cctvs. Will the company compensate me for the loss of Internet for these 13 days for a fault of the company.
