    Hii i am in wardha Maharashtra (mahatma ghandhi hindi vishwvidhyalya ) . i found here that network is too low . maximum users in this university from jio. Please take it seriously and do something for this network problem. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    @JioCare i m stuck wid damaged sim outside india, as soon as i land in india, 1st thing i wl do is port to airtel/voda. I send an email for help, i get reply after 24 hours asking stupid things, i reply within 15 mins, nd next reply is again aftr 24hrs. Small issue, been weeks :)

    After a week of constant internet disruption and no proper support or resolution, I’m forced to disconnect Jio Fiber. Multiple complaints, zero accountability. This is unacceptable for a paid service. Make disconnection easier too. @JioCare #JioFiber #PoorCustomerService

    alert!! Jio sales team is doing fraud.. they are doing kyc and next time the engineer visit for installation they are saying due to no network coverage jio airfiber can't be installed.. My order no NO0001C9IM8A is still not refunded after 1 month pursue.. @JioCare pathetic

    @JioCare Are you guys still investigating? I think you all have been lying & not giving true picture which is a matter of big SHAME. Your department initiated refund unilaterally without explanation & JioCare telling me all this time that matter escalated to high level, assuring solution.

    @JioCare I made a recharge of ₹3599 on 18 April 2026 via Jio Wallet, but the recharge is not reflected on my Airtel number. Payment is successful but recharge not done yet. Transaction ID: 801321491140 Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
