    @JioCare @reliancejio jio net speed is worst here at the tagged location. Since last 3 years jio executive are promising for better upgraded speed at the location but no improvement till now. Not even google is opening. Forced to use me the net of Airtel which is much better here

    HIGH ALERT / FRAUD REGARDING JIO AIRFIBER INSTALLATION @JioCare @reliancejio I paid ₹807 online for Jio Fiber on Saturday (Order No: I55116826500387 / NO0001ETOVIK). The agent came, cancelled it saying technical feasibility issue, and promised a refund. Refund is still pending!

    @reliancejio No connectivity since Monday no response from your side we are complaining since Monday no one is bothered how should we work from home without wifi how many days should we wait for the issue to resolve.we want our money refund we will switch to other network

    @reliancejio Every service request has been auto-closed or rescheduled without any technician resolving the issue. I've repeatedly followed up with Mr. Yash Sharma (+91 79846 14296), Mr. Nainesh (8200775740)&Mr. Hiren Parmar (6352793205), but there's still no solution.

    The most expensive blinking light in the world! Blinking and no internet for multiple days. Only action is reschedules and on hold of tickets. No phone call from the agent concerned. No ETA or Accountability @JioCare please resolve this issue #jio @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare We are being told since 5 month that we are improving the network in your area, then why has it not been fixed yet and you are still saying that it will be fixed, meaning there is no fixed date by when it will be fixed tell us a specific date or else tell us the refund process
