    I'm having a very poor experience.I recharged with the ₹349 unlimited 5G pack, but 5G still isn't working and it keeps showing LTE. It's impossible to talk to a customer care representative whenever I call. Now I'm going to port my number to Airtel.bye Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hello @JioCare, I am facing an issue with the Google Gemini offer included in my Jio plan. It is showing as already redeemed/used, even though I have never activated or used it. I have already contacted customer support and sent an email,but the issue is still unresolved.#jio

    @reliancejio Applied for MNP to port into @JioCare on Sunday and paid for a monthly recharge. Still no update on SIM delivery despite raising a complaint. Not a great first impression. Currently unable to make calls using my existing SIM. Please help

    A person I knew helped me get this SIM card in his name many years ago. Now the SIM has been deactivated, and he is refusing to come with me to get it reactivated. He has clearly said that he will not help. @JioCare

    @JioCare I am using both JioFiber and jio sim, earlier network was good but from past one month your network sucks. You are leaving me no other way rather than porting it to Airtel.
