    @JioCare it has been 4 days since I upgraded my plan and your servicemen haven't been able to install the STB. Pathetic service here in Bhopal. Haven't seen such a confused bunch of customer service agents as well as engineers.

    @excitel_rocks I am surrender device and close Excitel fiber connection and now over 4 month's but my security not yet refunded. Very bad and cheat to customers don't buy excitel connection @reliancejio @PMOIndia

    @JioCare what are you doing guys? Internet and calling is down from morning in my area. Previously you had said that there is some technical issues at kota, rajasthan and promised to provide resolution by 7pm. But still I can't make phone calls and internet.n
