    @JioCare Sukhmeet i appreciate your kind words & help from your team. It's past 2+ months today still haven't received full refund yet & the reason 4 disconnection of fiber due to medical emergency didn't helped me but caused financial stress. I am hoping outcome in 1-2 days.

    @reliancejio / @JioCare It's been 72 hours since I requested for a service. Absolutely no help yet on this. Unfortunately had to register a complaint on @jagograhakjago because there is no way to get in touch with your customer executive

    Jio is working like "Maro". No sense of responsibility for customers. Their sole aim is only charging you for the Services, not providing it actually. Nothing has improved in Network. Worst and disappointing experience! @JioCare @jagograhakjago @jioreliance

    @JioCare @reliancejio @HotstarReality Being an AI & Automation Engineer, I know it's a backend token provisioning / API sync issue. Tried all basic troubleshooting (Clear cache, login via Jio data), but token is stuck. Your portal form was glitching, but I've successfully raised a ticket. (2/3)

    @reliancejio @JioCare relience fiber internet services are down in Bhopal arera colony E7, only my home is affected but other members from the same building have the service. No proper support from jio. Unable to speak to any of the executives. Restore it ASAP. Plz solv this prob
