@OyeLovnesh @reliancejio Please don't waste your money by switching to JIO network Their pathetic service department & connection issues will frustrate you. The charge for 1month plans but you will get only 12 days of it, rest will be outage every month without customer service. Now you can decide.

I request all @ViCustomerCare customers to port out of the network asap. If you face a problem they won't ever provide a resolution. I can't receive or send messages but as soon as I can I will port out to @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare

@JioCare i am using Jio Fibre connection and it is not working since 27th March. I have called multiple times to get the issue resolved. But your team in not capable enough to resolve this issue. The common answer I am getting is we are not finding any technician. Such a shame !

@JioCare i want to discontinue with Jiofiber because its over a month and still my issue is not resolved. It seems jio don't want to solve the issue. May be i can switch to @Airtel_Presence now
