Further keot getting msgs which said that an executive tried to get in contact but could not which is a lie as I never got a call except once in beginning of March when I asked to reschedule by just a day or some hours. Look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare pathetic customer service as well as app experience. Why would you mention a time slot for 9-10am when there is no one available? The customer service representative at it's worst says "it's process and that doesn't mean they will come within the time frame" Awful app UX

@JioCare @reliancejio I am supposed to get 150 mobs under my plan but getting only around 50 most of the time. Your troubleshoot tool says it's great speed. Net is slow even for 50 mpbs. There's no way I can select an option from IVR or create a ticket. You have blocked customers

@SejalSud I would access the account of @JioCare and @reliancejio and give realistic timelines to resolve any issues of customers. Online, they don't commit any timelines, customer care executives always say it will be resolved in next 24hrs, but it never happens. #jiodoesntcare
