We are facing so much trouble in using internet and voice break but when we contact the jio customer care advisor they always told me that your complain has been registered but they don't provide the complain number @reliancejio

@JioCare Yes it started working even before your service engineer arrived. Seems nothing moves nowadays unless you shout from the rooftop. But still thank you very much for prompt action.

Customer support executive was of no help. She wasn't even ready to listen to what I had to say. Pls sort this out at the earliest. Not going to pay for the month included in annual plan already. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio @JioCare
