    @JioCare the worst experience with jio it has very high Internet speed in which even you can't send messages.. You should pay for recharge and then forget about high network speed. They are just making fool of us.. They have given us complain number but no solution of that... 😠

    @JioCare you are worst customer care service provider I got till this date.. you never pickup phone and if you pickup the phone you disconnect the call without listening the full thing.

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio provide 30 days service or refund for inactive days. (4 days inactive in last 15 days). 24 hours is promised service time but your service team call in 24 hours and visit in 2-3 days.

    I am on Jio users also with family and my village peoples ,in that area network issues has been more than 2.5years After (cyclone fani) , I want to inform you there is very slow internet speed in indoor with high latency Adrs- Nuagan ,Biramakundpur, Indipur puri @reliancejio

    So I went to Jio Store Executive but they didn't give any proper response on the issue.Then I tried contacting Jio Customer Care Service again no response, and today I check on the bill it has raised to 1500/-. Please check to the issue and give proper response. @JioCare
