    I'm totally fadeup with @JioCare @reliancejio service. I am complaining about data speed from 2 months but all the time they come up with nonsense solutions or stupid excuses. Are you guys really trying to solve the issue or just pretending to do so?

    @reliancejio @TRAI What's wrong with JIO internet!! Been trying since afternoon, not even able to message on WhatsApp. Customer care number is also not responding. Worst experience on JIO till now. If this continues, there are other alternatives 🙃 UTTAR PRADESH, MUGHALSARAI

    @JioCare Even after multiple reminder the internet speed is very slow . I can't even troubleshoot . You know the problem and you guys will act like care and in reality you don't #WorstInternetProvider

    @JioCare I hate jio because i didn't use internet for my emergency net apeed was too slow 0.08 mbps please solve this issue fast i registered my complaint 3 more times but jio cate doesn't take any action

    @JioCare Sony Liv App not working on Jio Fiber STB, Gives Connection Lost error, All other apps and internet is working fine, Reinstalled the App from Jio Store but still same issue...Please have this checked asap.
