    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare Your dm is unavailable. I'm having issues with my jio air fiber, the internet speed is very slow. While trying to contact customer care they reply with the attached answer. My area pin is 191131.
