They told me to press 3 for slow internet. I kept dialing & pressing again and again. But their IVR is not working.

It's been over 15 days, and Jio True 5G in Arjunpur, Varanasi - 221403 is still extremely slow.Kindly provide a real update instead of asking for the same details again.
