    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare Neha appreciate your update but why shortly? What is duration of shortly? I need fix time also need to understand what stage it is & why not tomorrow? It's almost 2 months delay how long does it take to return my own money, not begging extra #jiorefund but my deposit

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio I've called customer care multiple times and contacted WhatsApp support, but all I receive are scripted responses and callback promises. No engineer has visited. Because of this outage, I'm unable to work from home and have already faced multiple escalations at my workplace.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @jio Complaint multiple times regarding network issue. But no action till now. Are you going to improve your network or shall I port my sim? I am not the only one multiple users facing same issue... call drop, voice breaking, low network signal.
