    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare I am not able to use internet services since 3 days and your service executive is not telling anything correctly, the time given for 24 hours has also ended. Time is being increased on time, if it is not fixed till 12:00 today, then I will stop the Jio connection,

    @JioCare OH Cable got damaged by a vehicle on 30.08.2022.Till your people not attending.I couldn't able to get your service personal thru custom care.

    @JioCare Have sent my registered number through DM please track service ID through that but it's really frustrating to wait for these many days but for new connection you guys are chasing like anything. My call was even disconnected by your customer care executives

    @JioCare i have been chasing for relocation of my existing jio fiber connection since 24th Aug haven't got single call form your team. Am calling customer support daily but no proper response. Can you have someone look into it today. I have sent my registered number through DM

    @JioCare , i have cancelled my service on 29th July 2022. Still my router is not picked up. Upon calling jiocare they are just rescheduling the appointment. Email's didn't work, even informed appellate authority, didn't work. Can u suggest a workable option. A/c no 299380403446.

    @JioCare Hello Rashmita, Jio had given additional days of service in case of such tech glitch in the past. But no problem, the same issue seems resolved after 4 days. Since y'day evening internet is working normally. Thank you for your support,
