    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbani_ On asking for help, I was told to DM my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number. I did that immediately. Your response? The same copy-paste template blaming "system limitations" and asking me to use the app. No case-specific update. No timeline. No accountability.

    @JioCare I have shared the screenshot and you can clearly see that there is no option to reschedule or call or track service request since the service engineer is not assigned till now how can I track or call the service engineer do not give prototype reply.

    Pathetic from @JioCare . You changed linked mobile number on my airfiber account and now I can't login to any channel. How can you change my number without my consent ? Restore it now.

    It’s been days since the rains cooled off, but @JioCare 5G is still down at my house. Getting <10mbps in just one spot, forcing me onto 4G. Exhausting my 2.5GB daily limit is a nightmare when 5G is supposed to be unlimited. Please resolve! PIN: 401209
