    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @reliancejio @JioCare Just got a call from the no +918585077976. Telling me that he is from Jio Customer care. He wanted to install Jio towers at my space and for that I need to submit a security deposit of 25000 This is a scam going on using Jio name. Please take action on them

    @reliancejio Service request number is SR000014WGNJ. Till now no action has been initiated. The problem persist the same. Kindly look into this on priority basis

    @reliancejio The person reduced to shift the connection and asked me to call Customer service, I was told the same.can be done after 7 days Now I have been told to call on 30th May Or buy a new connection Is this the service Jio is giving this is the worst , even worst than mTNL

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , It's been 3 days since my connection is down. I've raised multiple complaints but no action taken. Today again I got a message stating it will be fixed by 14 th May, it takes this long for you people to fix a broken fibre problem? PS I've WFH

    .#JioFiber is having the most pathetic customer service, I have ever experienced in my life. Paid 2.5k 5 days ago and they did not start the service yet. Their customer care won't even answer the calls. @ACTFibernet is far better in this aspect. #jiosucks #jio @JioCare

    @reliancejio what an unprofessional way of working! Booked jio fibre connection and paid for as well 10 days back. What i got in return is only rescheduling of installation. The only solution ur support team has to offer is rescheduling. Ur service providing speed is not even 1G.

    Today I started a PORT request from Vodafone to JIO, 10min back a VI agent pretending as JIO agent called me & requested to send ‘CANCEL’ <my number> to 1900 to complete the PORT. Its utterly disgusting, because this will cancel my PORT process. @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio
