    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare We recently came to know that if the number is not reactivated within 90 days, it may be permanently deactivated and reassigned to another customer. This number is extremely important to us, as it is linked to bank accounts, OTP verifications, official documents.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Worst service ever. Raised relocation request last week. Not actioned yet. Whenever I contact I get the same lame response that it will be assigned to service engineer but it isnt

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had a JioFiber technician visit scheduled today 25th May 3-4pm. It’s 6pm and no one showed up. No call, no update. Spent all day waiting. Support calls only reach automated voice, no human help. Fix this. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare Pathetic Service by your engineers. It’s been 12 days my jio fiber connection is not working and no response from jio. Using just chat bot everywhere. How can one even connect with you. No human response. Even engineer resolves complaints by doing nothing everyday.
