    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @loveinair225 @JioCare File a case in consumer court. These people will not resolve the issue. Iam filing for fraud and cheating case where iam neither getting service i paid for not the money back.

    @JioCare Your escalation system is so robust that, your senior escalation members don't know whom it got escalated to, who picked up, when they will exactly visit the site and whether they are really going to fix the problem. Hence rescheduled #GTvsMI

    @JioCare @JioCare Rebooting & diagnostics have been done multiple times The issue is recurring for months & gets temporarily fixed when technician comes but reoccurs again. Kindly escalate it beyond basic troubleshooting & provide a permanent solution instead of repeated temporary fixes.

    @JioCare Dear Aishwarya , Pls study the case before replying, I have paid for installation on 30/03/2026 still installation not done So I asked refund they said soon I will get it but see it was 23 days from my payment why I have not received refund what is you policy? Very poor service

    This is @reliancejio network reality in middle of Mumbai. Going on for months. And when I got my port oit request they start jumping onto me. Also despite of enabling AutoPay thei payment systems fails and they penalise customer without even telling why Autopay failed. @JioCare My port out code is valid so this time won’t be relenting. Someone Mr Mahesh from sr team called me 2 days back saying problem will be catered to immediately but 48 hrs later no network Did not want to post this but just wanted to highlight how hollow these people are

    @JioHotstar @JioCare @DisneyPlusHS, I have a major billing/access issue. I had a standalone Hotstar Premium sub. I got JioFiber and your system forced me onto the Fiber ad plan. Tried to fix it, but now my Premium sub is GONE. Need a human to restore my paid Premium access ASAP.

    My jio 63834994** number is inactive since 3-4 months and now it shows “No Service”, Is there any way to activate it again, because this number is important for me. @JioCare @reliancejio and i reallly need it. ( CHECK YOUR DM FOR MORE INFORMATION )
