    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 21 days since I ordered a Jio SIM and it still hasn't arrived. The delivery boy calls, then hangs up and has blocked my number. Rs 350 payment was already taken. I can't even cancel from the app. Cancel my order immediately and refund my Rs 350.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber What kind of services do you provide? I have put a relocation request for fiber & hv paid for the relocation but none of your representatives hv contacted? D date was yesterday only. Pls resolve this asap or hv to get another service provider.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down for 40+ hours. Customer care keeps extending the restoration time but the issue remains unresolved. This is causing professional loss and serious inconvenience. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Please resolve urgently. #JioFiber
