    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @reliancejio @JioCare, the network quality in Kankroli, Rajsamand is absolutely terrible. You claim to have seamless 5G coverage across India, but here in the city, even 4G doesn't work properly. Extremely disappointed with this poor service. Please look into this and resolve it

    What is wrong with @reliancejio @JioCare Internet? The connection has been extremely slow and frequently disconnecting for the last 10 hours. I’ve been trying to contact customer care, but there has been no response. How can I reach customer support and get this issue resolved?

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio If you don’t have WiFi then surely this will be an issue. Have that one at your and enable WiFi calling. WiFi router works like network tower.

    Please raise a disconnection request. Whenever I need the internet it's down. So, I am only wasting power after the JIO connection. @JioCare

    Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber Order ID: NO0001DY41PQ is still not installed. On 9 June, engineer Swapnil Girge completed KYC but did not perform the installation. He promised to return on 13 June, but since then there has been no response from him. Please support.
