    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare During MNP to Jio on 08-Dec, payment deducted twice due to technical issue. Despite regular follow-ups with sales agent and reminders to customer care mail ID, there's no resolution for 40+ days now. Please do the needful..

    @JioCare Sir the maximum internet speed on my mobile is about 70 to 80kbps then how will you say that the coverage in my area is good and at this time internet speed is 10 to 30kbps and network pillar is just half.

    @reliancejio I used jio number but my place have network issued and 199,198 & 18008899999 not in used.

    @reliancejio I think, jio must stress on providing the essential services at first. The company is incapable of solving my issue for past 7 days. Couple of engineers visited but no solution. I will make sure that all who want to shift to jio must reconsider their decision.

    @JioCare download speed of jio fibre is only 0.2mbps. upload speed is good. Customer care not responding. Jio fibre no. 1332796410. RMN is 7906767013. Not able to watch any OTT. What to do.
