    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare complaint number SR00002L0E5S was raised on May 09. Till now connection is not working. Already rescheduled once after that because Your engineers do not visit. No communication. Now I can't connect to live agent on chat support call n Or 18008869999?

    @JioCare submitted MNP request to Jio on 24.04.26, provided UPC code & paid 349 , but even after 15+ days my no is still not ported.Complaint No: SR000034XN0B No response from CC, nodal officer or appellate authority. PG Portal complaint already filed. Please resolve urgently
