@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@reliancejio It still needs an expansion in service. I Paid for Fiber in Feb and it wasn’t installed by the due date, Later they refused to provide connection due to some technical error and refunded my money in around 50 days (due date was a week).Till today there’s no service in my area

@JioCare @JioCare it's been 6 days that we don't have internet. Nobody is even bothered to come and fix it. We have to keep calling and yet nobody is doing. No response. Please don't opt for the service what's the point of using the service. No customer value #horribleservice #JioFiber

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani No one is Responding, is any one is working or not 30days your services fiber service was noy working,i have not used your services my plan was expaird, either you have to extend the plan validity or you have to refund my amt.
