    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    My question to @jiocare @reliancejio here is, Is a customer eligible for a new jiophone purchase without losing the earlier recharge which is still valid fore one more year? And how much does it cost? If a customer cannot get a new phone without losing the benefits, its failure
