@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare Pick up of jio fiber instrument was done on 4th August 2021. Also provided bank detail. Got the sms.. within 14th days refund amount will be credited. After 12 days when nothing is credited. Then I have contacted to customer care..from that day again the waiting period is 14 days

@reliancejio you have given us so many wonderful things and services in the past but for last 3 months, we are paying for 4G bad getting a speed of 2G at our location. As soon as there is a power cut, speed drops from 300-400Kbps to 1-5Kbps within seconds.Location 247551,
