    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @JioCare Why should I again revert when I am telling you issue isn’t fixed and I have given you ticket number which captures every details then why you keep on asking me. Please advise what has been done to fix this issue till date?

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is happening second time. Suddenly internet and router stop working. And the best part is JIO service person will attend my request on 15th march? Seriously ? Soo fast ? dominance is dangerous in market ..its true. @HathwayBrdband was better. 😔

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5 days since registering entity on trueconnect and making a payment. Received invoice and email saying registered but we cannot move forward. Multiple complaint raised on email. Extremely frustrated! Urgent support needed

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.
