If @JioCare is charging me monthly for an internet connection, I should be compensated for the down time as I'm not able to access internet. Despite countless calls and wastage of my time, I have not been provided with an escalation matrix for resolution.

@JioCare You guys really don't read! I have chosen not to renew my connection because your team, both techinal & digital, weren't able to resolve the connectivity issue when my membership was still very much active.

@fiber_jio @reliancejio was using the Jio fibre service in Odisha from Dec’20-Mar’21. As a process had surrendered the device and every defined step was followed. Out of the refund amount ₹1500, only ₹500 was returned. Have been following up since then.

@JioCare I lost out on two months of membership fee, beacuse your incapable team wasn't able to resolve a simple issue! Now I'm not going to renew the connection till the time the line is sorted out and the connection is restored
