@JioCare jiofi was working perfect till yesterday, now Network shows red color on phishing power button. No Internet. I just recharged the SIM and is working well in Mobile so SIM and Network is OK. Fried resetting Jiofi, same situation, no internet.

(Part 1) Been in #mumbai for a few days. Noticed the #jio network speed is too sh***y. Contacted @JioCare . They replied saying there's too much congestion(no sh*t sherlock) in my area and they are working hard in fixing that. So until they work hard, here's my easy fix to that.

My take on this is after @reliancejio both the other player of telecom will bring back outgoing charges and I feel this is the only way to get out of the loss-making business and the whole talk about the losses is just to support their most probable future actions.

@JioCare 48 hours and counting... no one came to resolve the issue and no one bother to call me up to give TAT of engineer visit. I don't have instrument to cut the fiberoptic cable otherwise I would have done it without your pathetic service. This is the service they provide..

@JioCare @reliancejio as per the latest message recieve my service request will address by next 24hours. That means I have too wait 48 hours more. Final waiting time will be, 52 hours current wait + 48 hours new TAT = Total hours of TAT will be 100 hours. Tht means 4 days & 16hrs

@reliancejio @JioTalks I had a prepaid Jio sim and the int. plan for calling UAE was Rs.6/min. Kandivali store officials convinced me port to postpaid as I would pay Rs.2/min to call UAE. Today I’m still paying Rs.6/mins after taking postpaid & neither they help nor call center.
