    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioFibre @reliancejio @JioCare we are not able to connect to the jio fiber wifi from last 4 days. Everytime I call you are saying that there is an technical problem which will be resolved in 4 hours but the problem still remains. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

    Day 6. Still waiting for a resolution. I paid for Jio AirFiber after being promised 100 Mbps. After activation, only a 30 Mbps plan was provided. I've shared all the required details. Please verify the booking and resolve this issue. @JioCare #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Why this is happening so frequently? Why can’t you fix this properly. once in a while I can understand. But now within 3 2-3 days connection disruption is happening. this is not ACCEPTABLE.

    @JioCare @JioCare I never cancelled my connection. I had asked for fixing wiring issue. But the person came and asked me to raise relocation request (for same address). I had paid more than 5000 initially for getting 300Mbps plan. After the relocation my plan was changed to 30Mbps.
