    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    10+ days, Jio AirFiber fault still unresolved. Multiple follow-ups via helpline, WhatsApp, email & LinkedIn. MyJio app fails to schedule technician, SR link errors, and complaint was marked “Resolved” without fixing the issue or my consent. @JioCareDTH @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I am tired of this. Resolve the problem or else I will now scrap the router and all. This is beyond my patience and pathetic service that you guys are unable to solve a simple problem. Even someone from your side told me to format my device that too I have done . Now I am tired.

    @JioCare I've been struggling with this worst network for a quite a while, more like years. numerous calls, numerous complaints but not a single improvement. Terrible network coverage, terrible network stability. Even after countless tries, they are proving to be the worst.
