    @reliancejio I have both WiFi and cable tv with jio, if WiFi does not work my tv does not work, registered complaint, he says it will take 24 hrs to check, what nonsense is this, so @reliancejio should my house be without tv for 24 hrs, is this the solution,

    @JioCare I don't need this scripted copy pasted dialogues. I get this every altenate day. @JioCare is running a scam. Since 3rd of August I'm suffering and the engineer last visited after me calling the sales manager saidhe never got an update that there was an issue. Someone has to pay.

    @JioCare it's been 10 days I am facing issue making calls and receiving calls on my mobile phone. The phone shows full network bar with 4G+ data but neither the calling works neither the data. Raised complaint twice but customer service is not able to sort the issue.

    @JioCare Today the network is very slow. Too slow to speak too much. Messages are not going well. Having your own net pack, you have to take the hotspot of another network from others. This problem has been happening since last night. Please fix it. @reliancejio

    Want to test your pateince ? Call @JioCare SICK and tired of @reliancejio @JioCare customer service. Worst service ever ! After 5 mins they automatically cut your call and no call back! Needless to say no grievance redressall! Ugh!!!

    @JioCare once again there is no network on your jio fiber at Godrej Prime Chembur ID 400127357165.I called, sent a DM but nothing since evening. Claiming to be fibre and most if the time not there it's ridiculous. You guys should be take to court. @MukeshAmbanima @Pravirkumar15

    @JioCare @amanmalhotrax @airtelindia isn't ready to issue me porting number as my sim isn't working and I can't send sms to 1900. I visited gallery today as well. I reached 15 minutes before closure, they said it's closed. When I showed the timing on their own website, they asked to come tomorrow

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my jio sim with 3GB plan per day. Later I got a message that the payment could be completed so I recharged it again. Then the same plan got activated twice. I have been requesting the customer care to refund the amount.

    Hey @JioCare I am facing a lot of call not connecting issue with my number...when I try to call any1, it automatically gets disconnected, to resolve the issue, I have to switch off my phone and restart again..using postpaid plan, plus vowifi is also creating trouble...

    @JioCare Just called customer support and they said ticket status is resolved. Surprisingly no one came and issue got resolved? In reality it's not and i am still facing the issue. Now this is the height of mismanagement and service negligence

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a silver wifi plan offering 150mbs speed but only getting 30mbps speed for 2 months. What a major let down and the engineer from jio says, router replacement at Reliance takes 1 month, you should book a new one and get a refund. Watta sales tactic!!

    @JioCare Also, please see the actual issue being reported. It's not about NO internet connection all the time, hence even if router is blinking green stable at the moment, that would not be resolution of my complaint. Once again- please go thru my cmplnt b4 askin these questions.
