    @reliancejio?My area doesn't support JioFibre Connection. Its been more than 2 years and My sector has still not got Jio Fibre. When I try to contact Jio they say "they dont have connected in your area". What im supposed to do? @JioCare. My neighbour sectors have it since 3years

    @JioCare Still isn't resolved. Was told issue is with cabling and will br resolved in 2 days. 8 days of no net connectivity in entire building. Would you please refund my 6 month subscription fees paid and also my deposit.

    @JioCare It is the slow internet speed problem. Same issue at same address i have mentioned earlier but no resolution just assurance and it is with every application and website. Using sim in note 10+ nd Samsung said its the issue of network provider.

    @Airtel_Presence Frequent disconnect n lowest speed in today’s day also u provide 16 mbps where as other provider like @reliancejio gives 100 mbps , stop showing adds which u cannot fulfil it . And stop duping customers . Worst network provider .

    @JioCare Twice it has been cancelled for OTB required reason, although OTB was not actually installed. Recently, OTB was installed. And you cancel the application again. What kind of non-sense is this? Either the ppl are stupid in the organisation or you don't care about your customers.
