    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    How should I disconnect and get refund amount of my jio fiber ?? The app provides a helpline number that doesn't help at all , employees at jio store gives the same number and the person who sold us the plan is now removed !! please provide suitable help @JioCare @reliancejio

    Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @JioCare Jiofiber WiFi has been down since 2 days & I’m only getting repeated automated ETA messages with changing timelines. No proper support or clear update, and my work is getting impacted. If this isn’t resolved urgently, I’ll discontinue Jio and switch to Airtel wifi.

    Very disappointed with JioFiber service.Yesterday, your customer care executive confirmed that I only needed to pay the balance amount upgrade to the 100 Mbps plan. I made the payment immediately, but the upgrade still hasn’t happened. Please look into this urgently. @JioCare@

    There is a network issue with Jio in my area every month, and we are unable to use Fiber properly. If you cannot provide services full-time, then how can you charge the full amount? This is not happening just once or twice it happens many times every month. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Iam nt geting any proper resolution or update. If the issue is nt resolved today itself i'll be forced to disconnect the main wire from the pole & then your entire technician team will have to come to the locationbKindly treat this as urgent & resolve the issue immediately (2/2)
