    @reliancejio @JioCare The Jio store @ Goregaon West - Ashokraj have good staff but terrible senior team who don’t care to even speak or explain customer with their query and/or concern. They just dialled Jio helpline and there Mr. Surya Prakash explained procedure easily.

    Hey @JioCare I work here in Kensington SEZ powai & ur network sucks here. Im struggling to make simple calls leave browsing aside. Please solve this issue ASAP as this is hampering my work @DoT_India its sad how Jio can't provide network in prime location of a tier 1 city

    @reliancejio in 3rd bhoiwada we most of time did not get any network neither we can do call or neither we can receive call from anyone. If it would remain the same then i have to do port and switch the network.

    @JioCare Please note, i had raised a permanent closure request for my jioFiber account (connection no: +91-1413131642) dated 2nd April 2022 & it automatically closed through service ID no.299861490405 on 3 April 2022. Even I got a confirmation call but till date nobody turned up.

    @Sahilkings143 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.
