    @JioCare @suresh_kumar55 Jio is waste terms of improvment i also made a complaints, they say to DM you and after 3 to 4 days they will say we can see good signal in your area, you might be facing the indoor network issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Residing at Mohan Nagar Dahanukar Wadi, Kandivali West. I am single SIM jio user by choice, in multi sim phone. But connectivity and net speed is very low at above address. Call breaks freqntly. Kindly attend the problem & support in such lockdown boredom.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what is the use of jiofi when it doesn't work at all. When am using same jio internet in mobile why it doesn't work on pc cause your jiofi shows red bar which means out of network how is this possible.

    I'm unable to work without the internet. Our JioFiber expires on the Aug 8th. How am I suppose to recover the loss for not having access to JioFiber for the remaining days before I recharge it. This is causing major inconvenience. Please help! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had port my number from airtel to jio ...but your internet service is worst in my area.. so many times given complaint but no solution given by jio ...now I request to jio. Please allow me to port to back airtel..

    @JioCare Y r u hell bent on asking my address and bio data? I'm already a jio user, satisfied 50% of what @Airtel_Presence is, well airtel is not even a tsp anymore its a hair cutting salon rather but u need to improve ur data speeds too, calling is super i must agree but data is way slow

    A person named Asif Siddiqi contacted me as jio representative and asked me to change my existing jio plan from 699 to 999 and took Rs 2500 from me. Now he is not picking my phone. My existing jio Landline no is 79699678 and regd mobile no is 9810221342. Kindly help @reliancejio

    Earlier the customer rep mentioned that it'll take 48hours. After 48 hours I followed up and they said 24 hours. And after 24 hours they are saying 7 days. There is no proper response. All you need to do is send an engineer to the address I provided. @reliancejio @JioCare
