    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @JioCare Whenever I am calling customer service they are saying that they cannot assign an engineer or they don't know what can be done next? Don't know? This is complete non-sense. If you don't know, shut down the company. Don't sell your product if you don't know how to give service.

    For 3 months, I've faced poor network coverage, call drops, and extremely slow internet. Multiple complaints to 198 have achieved nothing. Stop sending scripted responses and fix the issue immediately. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare Your explanation raises more questions than answers. If local authorities have cut fiber lines across the area, how are Jio internet users and other service providers functioning normally? Why does the problem keep recurring only with my JioFiber connection? Please provide facts

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service ever, unable to generate UPC code for porting to other circle. Trying to call customer care and Store, nobody knows what to do, continuously paying in one or other way to Jio by way of useless resolutions. @TRAI UPC restricted by JIO.
