With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

For over a month, I've been chasing agents for a JioFiber connection. Multiple contacts provided by Jio and friends have not responded. I then approached Hathway and received the same treatment.
