    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    @JioCare tv channels on Jiofiber giving trouble,at times some channels disappear,my plan is 150 Mbps,stb needs to be checked

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    Hi @JioCare What a pathetic Relocation protocol you have for Jio fiber . First your system takes up wrong locality and then next you don't cancel that for more than 4 days ? What kind of injustice is this ? My work is suffering for last 3 days because of this . Sort it asap.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Very disappointing service from @JioCare. Multiple engineer visits got rescheduled, promised resolution date (18th May) has already passed, and the issue is still unresolved on 19th May. Constant follow-ups, tweets, and complaints -but no actual resolution.

    Very disappointed with Jio service. I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio and inserted the new SIM more than 15 hours ago, but it is still not activated. My number is linked to bank accounts and important services, and this delay is causing serious inconvenience. @JioCare
