The worst service I have ever experienced till date from the Jio Mart when i place the order it's stated that we will deliver your order by two days and it's been 1 week still the order is not not been received. @JioCare

@JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

And the worst part is when I try to contact customer support there was no response I sheduled a call back they called and disconnected it. I try to contact everyday still no one response. Now about E-mails I have send mails too still no response. Even i pinged @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence bye bye, finally iam leaving, no network tower from past 1.5 years, no wifi calling. Just fooling their customers everytime by saying we are upgrading. Fooling us. Worst service ever. At least @JioCare provide WiFi calling.

@JioCare I'm from mapusa Goa. visited to jio care store. for sim issue. But issuing new sim card and recharge are only service given by the store. For any other services they send customers to other store in other city. Adivice given to me by your store is to port the number.
