    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare No one has called me no technician has visited and issue is resolved wow you guys are amazing all companies should learn this skill from you without calling/visiting customer and addressing their concerns to resolve issues!

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare Kindly install multiple C6 devices in our area and rectify this network issue permanently. Otherwise, please convert my Jio AirFiber connection to Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection, which will be more useful and stable for me. I prefer to continue with Jio service, (3/4)

    It’s been 2 days since @JioCare said my issue was “forwarded to the concerned team,” and still zero resolution. No follow-up, no engineer visit, no accountability. My JioFiber internet has been unstable for 5 days now and this is beyond frustrating. How long does it take to fix a basic service issue? Resolve SR0000357VZH immediately. #JioFiber #PoorService

    Facing extremely slow network and unable to connect to 5G at Embassy 247, Surya Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai - 400083. Calls and internet services are badly affected. Almost 200+ Jio users in our office are facing the same issue. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Recharged my monthly plan on 22nd April Internet down since 24th April 15 days since no internet. Scheduled an engineer visit 10 times. Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?

    How long are customers supposed to tolerate this? Jio network in Jalamb Village has become completely unreliable. Complaints, calls, screenshots — everything already provided, yet no permanent resolution. If service cannot be maintained, customers deserve compensation. @JioCare

    @JioCare I am sitting 2-3 feet from the router with full signal. This is not a WiFi coverage issue. High ping and packet loss happen during night matches in BGMI, COD, Valorant and Brawlhalla. Please escalate to the network team instead of generic replies.

    @JioCare 3 days without internet and still no fix. If I delay bill payment by 3 days, will Jio accept it? Appointments keep getting rescheduled and the contact given says he doesn’t belong to this area. Pathetic service and very disappointing. Request ID: SR00002KYV1G
