    @JioCare facing lot of problems. Some people came to our house last month and changed the modem without telling us that your numbers gonna change and charged us the security deposit of 1500. Now i recharged it to my old account as we had no idea that our account is changed. (1)

    @JioCare I had used port to jio option from your My jio app but your executive not reached to me till date. Please help out ASAP otherwise I will port to airtel. Because now I don't want to use the sim of such a stupid company. Who has nothing to give to its customers.

    @JioCare i never received any mail that we will visit your house or sms. I tried calling and explaining to your executives and they have hang up on me twice. I have the recordings of those calls. We don't have any receipt also just my father received some sms of the visit.

    @JioCare I am extremely unhappy with the jio broadband service. There is no internet from yesterday morning and after multiple calls to customer care there is no response on technician visit to resolve the issue. Very very very worst service from Jio. Request no. SR000014QYTA
