    @JioCare STB BOX power is low. Same story everytime and month. validity never gets extended but I need to pay on time. Why services not yet restored ZERO services delivered. I m struggling even after paying. What’s the update ? When will it be resolved ?

    @reliancejio Very poor experience with customer service in Uninstalling JioFiber. Getting daily engineer visits rescheduled since 7th July. Latest date now given on 14th July. Was an advocate of the service before. False assurances being given by the customer service team.
