  @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

  @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.
