What’s happening tired of listening your irrelevant reasons .As i am fcng ntwrk issue since long time raised many complaints yet no improvement . Your satisfactory replies wont solve my prblm the only way left is to port my sim to Airtel as it provides good intrnt speed @JioCare

@JioChat @JioCare What kind of poor service are you offering in your text customer support. I mentioned my data got exhausted without usage and it suggests me to recharge. Is it how your system work? Get my query resolved or you loose on a customer by the EOD.

It’s been a week since last Friday I cancelled my Jio Fibre 30 days free subscription so that i get my refund back but i guess this is some business where they slow down and take some extra days so that they don’t have to pay my refund back!!! @fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio

@DoT_India can't just sit idle and relax. @JioCare can't deny its duty to immediately solve the network speed issue at the location. They're not lodging any problem to my complaint . they're good for nothing . Network speed Inside kolkata is so poor.
