    @reliancejio Just yesterday i received a call for upgrade and today my modem is not working. 6months /3months recharge in advance, when allready 3days ago recharge done !!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Horrible service by JioFiber. Internet not working since 3 days. Raised a ticket in MyJio app. But it automatically shows issue resolved. Nobody has visited & internet not working since 3 days. No response on tollfree number. Disgusting
