    @reliancejio @JioCare There is 3rd class service provider company my internet close 7days they not provide adjustment. Yesterday I was made payment they told me invoice never provide to customer i don't know what type service they have.

    @ViVodaidea In Punjab if I search your stores nearby and try to find their contact numbers, it shows 9814012345 for every store which is the customer care. @JioCare and @airtelindia provides dedicated contact number of store. Grow up. Very basic mistake

    I thought having a #JioFiber connection would be a good choice. But they have terrible service, their app is useless, and their technicians refuse to help unless a formal complaint is filed - which is impossible to do because the app doesnt work. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have deposited of amount 1000 as a security for Plan change in Post paid connection as confirmed by your Customer care that these security will be adjusted in your bill after 3 months. But i have not seen any adjustments in My bill.Kindly do the needful
