    What’s happening tired of listening your irrelevant reasons .As i am fcng ntwrk issue since long time raised many complaints yet no improvement . Your satisfactory replies wont solve my prblm the only way left is to port my sim to Airtel as it provides good intrnt speed @JioCare

    @ANKIT_4_U @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare No improvement in jio internet service. At Kankradi area of village Govada, Taluka Umbergaon, District Valsad, Gujarat. No cognizance has been taken by Jiocare team. Disgusting.

    It has been more than 24 hours (approx. 30) that my Service request has not been resolved. The service request number is SR00001AFZPC. I would highly not recommend JioFiber as an internet connection. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice #Jiodown #jio

    @RelianceDigital @RelianceDigital Thanks for keeping my money 3 months and earn interest and then cancel my delivery. Your response deeply hurt Order date - 7 Feb 22 Response date - 14 April 22 @reliancejio plz recharge digital so customers get response soon.

    @JioCare I don't need assistance. I am highlighting for you to escalate and stop MTNL from playing mischief like Airtel and Vodafone used to do earlier. Please randomly try calling MTNL numbers and if you experience such issues then take actions to stop the mischief. That's about it ....

    @JioCare @JioCare which means I need to pay in advance for a particular package and against my payment will get some free stuff. That's absolutely great. But the final word is Need to pay in advance, not a postpaid service, then why it is promoted as Postpaid Service?
