@JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

So it all started with an bad network from @airtelindia at my place for with I raised a complaint as well as opted for porting for other network which is @reliancejio . A guy from airtel customer care called and said sir give us 48hrs to check on it and I will revert back but

Jio tower is just 2 meters away from my house BUT they are giving me connection from a tower which is 100 meter away. Due to such long wire, issues are coming after every 15 days. I REPEAT, nothing is more HILARIOUS than Jio Fibre helpdesk. @reliancejio @JioCare
