    @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber @JioCare i have jio fibet wifi at my house. Im an Android user as your employees said that i will get 100 mbps in iPhone and around 40mbps in Android ...but im not getting even my Instagram page is not loading kindly help me shortly

    @JioCare there is very poor connection of internet on my phone I can make calls but when i use internet its very slow or not working mobile data is also on and this problem is in just one of the room of my house rest every wer the internt is working proper

    @reliancejio in 3rd bhoiwada we most of time did not get any network neither we can do call or neither we can receive call from anyone. If it would remain the same then i have to do port and switch the network.

    @JioCare I’ve recd replies from u saying in my ‘location network problems , being looked into’. I live in vashi ,Navi Mumbai. Amazed that u dare reply like this for such a tech’y advanced city 😳. I will not share anymore details- u already have all. Go figure! @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare Network problems in Rahmanganj, a village under Taber Rambhojha, sometimes people have to go to the roofs to talk to someone, there is no service in the phone in the indoor, if the problem is not solved then all consumers have to portout the SIM in @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Third class customer care who don’t attend immediately . Being in office premises we can’t afford to have internet outages for over 12 hours now . Every month it’s a usual problem, technicians must attend. Guess it’s time to shift to @reliancejio :(
