    @reliancejio - we are not internet since more than 24 hours at worli sea face and a lot of buildings are facing the same issue. Request you to look into asap. We’ve already sent multiple complaints but jio has been unresponsive. HELP

    @JioCare @JioCare U don't serious about ur service. I complaining from more than 6 months but ur answer is " We are Expanding Our Network " but I didn't received good network in my home area and the work area. I wasted my money in in Jio.

    @reliancejio reliance Jio hotspot is a cheating device. In the very beginning, reliance claimed that it will support to 23/32 devices but I am sorry to say that it does not support even one device. On complaint C care did not take complaint due to their network expansion in India

    @JioCare And when you say an update, all i recieve is an SMS with a probable resolution deadline, and on Myjio app I see it being assigned to a person without any contact details, so any update that you provide to a user is useless because there is no reason, nor ability to contact.

    @JioCare im the postpaid user but when I try to do the browsing I'm unable to do the same( very pathetic experience ever), in the same network your app is not responding due to network issue, you can see my account the plan data is still present, then why do I pay for the plan?

    @JioCare my installation partner Shiva who has been great help providing POC, n customer care which is a pain to reach out to as there is no option to directly get in touch with a person, N evn the person has no clarity to why they didn't show up as there is no comments on the ticket.
