@JioCare It's 10 days today with no resolution how long does it take to resolve this issue where there is already a new jio connection working and u need to transfer the old one. Your bill meter is on and I'm not using the service for which I have paid in advance for a year

@reliancejio @JioCare #Broadband is down for over 40mins, text comes later about outage - that’s one part. But you taking 4 hours to solve that is the unacceptable part. Gotta move faster Motabhai.

@JioCare Why should i pay at first place. I want adjustment in this month bill. I am not paying extra money for incorrect billing. When customer care executive informed on July 12, 2022 that it is unsubscribed, it was still billed and now you are talking about adjustment.

@GTPL_Hathway I suggest to make necessary corrections to your service, or You may loose bunch of customers. as @reliancejio and @airtelindia fiber services has arrived last month in my area and will be active max by next month.
