    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare The service is good but facing issues with the internet it gets down for 4- 5 hrs from last 15 to 20 days no support has been provided The app also doesn't resolve the issue. Worst customer support and issue resolve

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Order NO0001EC0EV0 - Installation 5 July, promises broken since then. Waterproof **** missing (deadline 8 July). Speed crashed 26.5 Mbps to 2.74 Mbps. Technician unavailable. Demanding FULL REFUND of Rs 2221.46 within 48 hours or escalating to Consumer Court

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since this morning in Mumbai. Engineer visit slotted for 14th July — that’s over 60 hours of blackout! In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before.     One should not opt for longer tenured subscriptions with Jio fiber as you will not get a refund for cancellation even if the problem is from their side. You are stuck with it until the tenure is over even if you have netwrk connection or not @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioInternet

    @JioCare You cannot even commit a fair deadline for your service, cannot even speak to your customers before taking decisions of your own, keep rescheduling your own given dates and expect me to reconsider the decision.

    @JioCare Your team keeps changing the resolution date without fixing my internet. My work has completely stopped because of this. Either provide a confirmed installation/repair date today or process a full refund immediately. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare #india #jio
