    Which is the best network in Malad, Mumbai? Because #Jio call drop rate is increasing everyday in my locality and the network is maximum time very poor. And this is happening since past 4-5 months and I see no improvement. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio In proper mumbai area like ghatkopar pantnagar there no proper network. In juhu too while using Google map the data's service, gprs is lost. Pathetic coverage. @Airtel was better.

    @JioCare 5 days Jio network was not working, 4th day you person visited but couldn't solve problem. 5th day evening issue resolved, can you ensure plan expiry date extended by 5 days since your network wasn't working

    Delightful service from @reliancejio @JioCare! They sent an executive quickly & he also changed the router without any prompting! Fantastic service! I'm a happy customer of JioFiber since 2018!

    @vipinpa13956040 @JioCare @reliancejio They have daily network issues once your wifi set up is done after a month you will daily receive messages due to technical issues network is down in your area

    It's seems jiofiber will be available in next life in Vasai......visited many times at the jio gallery.....only answer you get that it will take time.......horrible it's like begging for internet services @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @DoT_India @DoT_India I’m receiving calls daily and I can’t keep sharing these nos with @JioCare every-time (because they don’t do anything and it’s waste of time taking to them) how do I file an official complaint against jio for breach of privacy and failure to provide quality service?

    @nmehta4 Airtel is broadband, usually gets solved in a day or two. But @JioCare NO! Been 2+ years, they don't have a tower here and still haven't got any update on this. But coz Jio is usually one bar or X,I am complelety dependent on Airtel Wifi and one days that is down,I am unreachable

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence unable to connect to @MTNLMbiOfficial using my mobile. Not sure error is with whom but i am unable to connect any Mtnl Mumbai landline nos using my mobile be it Jio or Airtel. I kindly request you all to look into the matter & fix it asap

    @JioCare awful customer support 8 days and my jiofiber issue is yet not resolved irresponsible jio customer care highly disappointed with jio services... Better to switch over to other network never going to recommend anyone to buy jio again awful experience

    @airtelindia everyone who's using airtel please switch over to other network because airtel once again cheated us by removing live TV channels from xtreme app and only limited HT available in wynk app. @reliancejio I will be porting to jio and will never look back at cheaters.

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio Facing issues of slow speed since 3 weeks. Opened numerous tickets yet no luck. I keep on opening ticket and they keep on resolving. Even higher mgmt is not interested. SR0000155D0A31 & SR0000WXHYPQ are just two of so many opened. Can you plz help.
