    @JioCare Again getting mail that my service request is getting delayed again! This is now so irritating that I want to burn that Jio router and wash away the ashes in the name of @JioCare to holy sea but guess what sea is also rejecting that stating it’s nothing but pollution!

    @reliancejio it has been 2 years since we all jio users have collectively complaining about zero network at lodha Park worli mumbai. Your appellate officers are blatantly closing complaints without resolving them. Before u move to 5g pls be kind enough at providing 4g networks

    @reliancejio worst of the worst mobile service. I have 65 days left & 5.6 gb data to be used, still they've disconnected my service saying Sim validity expired. Its a headache with such nuisance service

    @JioCare you guys seems to be a fraud. If we discontinue you jio fiber connection in the trial period you will refund full deposit. If we be loyal and continue and post sometime we discontinue your service you will deduct installation charges. Cannot understand why?

    @JioCare Constantly facing network issues every time I call you coustomer care I get one repeat statement ( heavy congestion in your area we require 6 months to solve your issues) is this how you function if 4G is this worst 5G would feel like 2G or even E #jio

    Ughh @JioCare will never improve, either shows 'Mobile network not available' or call gets disconnected within half a second you click on calling, basically never gets connected! This is literally standing on the edge of balcony,do I have to jump out for network now! @reliancejio

    @JioCare What the hell jio team My jio fiber got canceled over 1 month but only i got security deposit.And when I am complaining to the customer care about this, then they are sometimes saying the installation money has been initiated and sometimes say currently in processing.

    @reliancejio @jiocare I'm disgusted with your service. My broad band connection 4479683374 not working from yesterday. This is the second outage in the last 10 days. Engineer visit is available only on 13th. Weekend without internet. Reliance big in name small in delivery.

    @JioCare Just now 2 called to customer care executive Dipu poli he mentioned he is working from wfh, can't escalate internally. what a technical knowledge. It's jio fiber team. Can you refund my entire 6000rs amount. Airtel is far better than jio. Worst service, Customer support

    @JioCare My jio fibre is not working since morning. Tried to resolve it through jio care chat assistant many times. But no luck. Raised service request SR00001DSQG2 2 hours before. But didn't received any call till now. PLS Help. I need it for my online exams.

    @JioCare Took 6000rs in advance for new connection. last 7 days installation going on. Worst to worst service by Jiofiber. 300Mpbs plan speed is 100Mbps. Learn from Airtel how they are treating customers and provides customer support in one click or call. Refund my money.
